I've been taking my dog here to get groomed for over a year. I've never had a bad experience and have always gotten good work done. Everyone that works there is very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend their services.

Ive been using them since February to help groom my West highland Terrier and also my adopted dog from the pound (who sheds more). They both love their "spa day" and the groomers for the cut I want (because he's a pet not a show dog) and what I would like any add ons such as teeth brushing or anal glands, etc.

BMB does a great job trimming up my Golden mix, who has a great deal of weird hair and super curly rear leg fluff. He never seems afraid to go back to the grooming area, which is great, because he is a rescue and has some separation anxiety.

Kayla did an amazing job on my shih-tzu. I Tried many different groomers before I came here, some couldn't complete the job, others just couldn't do a good job. I won't go anywhere else in the Longmont area and I would recommend Kayla and Bark Me Beautiful to anyone. On top of the great groom, the staff are all amazing and take great care of my dog. read more

Way over priced for a standard hypoallergenic groom of bath and deshedding - no hair cut or teeth brush and it was $100 with the teeth cleaning it would have been an extra $15 but usually that is included in a standard groom at any other groomer I've been to in the past. The company did not quote me a price prior to the appointment but I assumed it would be the standard price I have paid where I used to live in Las Vegas and other groomers I've taken my dog to here in Longmont $50-55 not more than double. It's quite laughable when you can go to other groomers in town who do just as good of a job and it's half the price which also includes a teeth cleaning. Staff is nice and of course the price gouge is not their fault but the owner who is over charging the local community, it's unethical business practices. I would suggest going elsewhere. read more

I have a husky/border collie mutt who's coat is more like a BC. They always do a great job with him as he is a hot boi but needs his fur for heat/cold/sunscreen. I love that I send him to them with pants and he comes home in shorts! read more

I dropped my dogs off there for the first time after they were recommended by someone. But my dogs came home with an amateurish looking cut. But what was worse was them coming home with fleas! They did not have fleas before going there a few months ago. No itching, scratching, biting themselves, etc. They were both scratching and biting immediately after the appointment. And months later we are still trying to get rid of these fleas! Never again! (Yes, fleas do exist in Colorado.) read more

I've been bringing my dog here for over two years and can't say enough positive things about this place. Every time I bring my dog in they go over what they're going to do and if I have any concerns etc. The groomers always do an excellent job and once when I had a concern they dealt with it right away. I was also impressed with their change in protocol concerning the pandemic. They went to great lengths to ensure a safe drop off/pickup when Covid cases were high. They just really seem to care about running a great business and it shows! read more

Having doodles, you hear about how hard they are to care for and groom. You also hear a lot about groomers not cutting their hair cute, the term don't poodle my doodle" is rampant in the doodle forums This has not been my experience once I found BMB! My dogs have always looked adorable, smelled good and have had a great experience with several groomers at BMB. I can't say enough good things about them! read more

Kelly, Keila, Kevin don't remember their name exactly at the front desk was extremely rude and hostile towards my sister and I when dropping off our dog as well as picking him up. They also hurt my dog in his genitals, I understand that dogs move around and are curious, however, they never even notified me about the injury and when I called to complain the groomer said it was a rash, and was taking no responsibility, and didn't even apologize when it is clear they had injured him as there were bald spots on his genitals. read more

This establishment has been absolutely terrible. To start, the customer service was terrible on all ends. The front desk person, Kayla, who saw me initially was extremely rude and hostile. For context, there was a miscommunication about when my appointment was, that resulted in me being 15 minutes late. I accept that and take full responsibility. However, that does not allow the front desk person to raise her voice at me and cut me off when I tried to apologize. After she was done lecturing me, she then tells me to move on to talk to the groomer instead of her and subsequently ignores me. Her attitude from the start was completely unnecessary and out-of-pocket. Then when my sister picked my dog up, my sister got the same terrible treatment. Once home, we noticed an injury to my dog's genital area. Again, this is something that can be understood if someone that works there would have told us when picking my dog up about it. Instead, nobody notified us about this injury, especially since it was NOT there before we dropped him off. I understand that accidents happen, but the problem arises when we are not given neither a notification of this injury or an apology. The whole culmination of these have really soured my experience with Bark Me Beautiful and I will never return again. read more

Wish I found these guys earlier. This friendly while professional team of groomers cleaned up both my pups in under two hours! Their shop is clean and uncluttered. The dogs on the groomer's tables appeared happy and calm. But most important, my dogs looked beautiful! Even my little nervous nelly, was happy and calm when I picked him up. Highly recommend this shop for your dog grooming needs! read more

I took my little 6 year old Yorkie here to get a major haircut after his fur got matted, and they did an amazing job cleaning him up! They got my fur baby in for an appointment right away and his appointment was super quick. He was happy and social when I picked him up- even though he's a nervous little guy- so they took good care of him! I can tell he feels a lot better after getting rid of his knots! We have been coming to Bark Me Beautiful for over 6 years. I have a labradoodle with a severe skin disease and Jane and the other groomers have treated my dog like any other understanding at times my dog has sores or bald patches. They are kind, caring and professional. I would recommend this doggie salon to anyone! read more

I have tried this place three times now. The first time Kelly did an excellent job, the second time I ask for Kelly but I'm not sure it was Kelly because the haircut was horrible. The third time I called, Kelly was gone so I tried someone else. Disaster. I know, I know I should not have given them another opportunity to cut Buffy but I have tried almost every other place in Longmont. This most recent time I gave them a written list of the things I wanted them to cut or not cut and they still did just as they pleased. Where did Kelly go? I've taken my Shih Tzu to many groomers in his 6 years on this planet, and Bark Me Beautiful is hands-down the best groomer in Colorado. I'm always amazed at how so many groomers have no idea how to cut my dog's hair, and he often comes back choppy, uneven, or misproportioned. Not here! He always comes home looking absolutely perfect. Kelly is fabulous and loves my pup, so I always feel 100% relaxed dropping him off knowing he's in such good hands. I hesitate to post this review because they are already crazy busy, but they deserve a huge shout out for doing such a great job. They are true professionals that really take pride in their craft. read more

We were taking them to the local vet we established care at but I'm not totally loving their cuts like I did when we were home in vegas. Contacted RegalRuff who refuses to groom my dogs who have veterinary documented notes for an anaphylactic vaccine reaction (high fever+seizure, hospitalized 3x after being vaccinated, had to see a vet neurologist for MRi etc to rule out other causes). As a human doctor myself I understand how rare adverse reactions are...but when they're something like having a seizure (which happens during anaphylaxis)? No, im not getting them vaccinated again. Vet neuro recommended this as we were safely able to put him under anesthesia for MRI. We do give them intranasal bordatella but no IM vaccines. My third dog is fully up to date so obviously I'm not against vaccination. If my dog were sick (which they're not, they're just old), then all of their other clients who are vaccinated should be protected from illness. If you're a facility that is unable to confidently appropriately clean/sterilize after each dog then that's an issue in itself. ‍

THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! first of all, the customer service they provide is beyond five stars! I wrote the wrong time in my calendar and I was almost an hour late. they still tried to fit me in when it was 100% my fault. I had to reschedule and (I think his name) was John was so polite and kind. The manager called me to get me rescheduled and she was amazing!!! I just picked up my dogs and they look BEAUTIFUL!!!! they are soft, and their hair cuts are perfect! they will treat your dog with love and respect! selfishly, I wish they were open on weekends, but I love that they put their employees first and want to make sure their work/ life balance is proper. they all have the weekends off. I have a high-energy mini Bernedoodle, and Kayla works her magic ever time. Boots loves going to Bark Me Beautiful because whoever is at the counter gives her lots of loving attention, and she never seems to get enough of this. I have been taking my Labs here for years and they have done a consistently wonderful job. They always come home clean, shiny and soft. They typically only have one dog in their lobby at a time which makes it less chaotic and stressful. Very kind and pleasant people. read more

Bark me beautiful did such a good job with our doodle! They were so kind and didn't shame us for the mats. We take good care of him and he's our baby, but he is such an active/outdoorsy dog and it's hard to keep up with his coat. They did exactly what we asked for. read more

They were great with my doodle. She was matted because my last groomer cancelled too many times. So they didn't have much to work with but they did a great job cleaning her up and plucking her ears and did a great job on her nails. read more
