Thank You guys for stepping in.

Hero's amongst us, Earthly Angels. I wasn't going to write this review since it's not about the food. I'd like to thank the group of Men who stood up to protect my friend and I eating at Daphne's. A one eyed homeless man walked in and circled our table a couple times. His energy was off and within seconds this man's vile behavior was directed towards me. I chucked my phone in my purse ready to swing it to create distance, I kinda blanked out because I'm not sure of the details. As soon as he stepped towards me the whole restaurant of MEN stood up and chased him out. I later learned he's been there before and has caused trouble. Since I was not hurt I don't feel I can make a report, but I do feel strongly that the restaurant should do a No Trespass on this guy for liability reasons. He's definitely elevated his level of engagement with people and someone will eventually get hurt. I won't return here due to this incident , it wasn't his first or last time targeting women. BTW my food was great, but I didn't get to finish it since I was pumped with adrenaline. My fight or flight response probably wasn't normal, and I apologize if I put others in danger. I'm truly thankful for the people who saw it coming a mile away and did the right thing.

Manager /register was completely rude the cook in the kitchen had better manners . ............................

Hair that I pulled from my salad

Went on a Sunday night a little after six. I try to give all restaurants the benefit of the doubt during Covid but this one I couldnt skip over... Got the mix plate with gyros and chicken skewer. The gyros were bland. They did not have the crust or color they should have and were mush. The chicken skewer was so dry it was inedible. Four bites into my salad I found a hair... hopefully they do better when things return to normal but right now I won't go back

This is what I was given as 4 pita breads

If I could give this place no stars I would . So I went in to order gyros and the lady Infor med me that for the price of the sandwiches sir would be a bette r deal to get their plate . Informing Mt that I would get 4 pita breads per each plate . If you look at the pictures ! It does not add up . Them I asked to buy more bread and was informed it was 1.0" per piece !! Omg are you kidding me . Then when I asked about the 2 soda at I ordered she acted like I had just kicked her dog . VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE !! Never have I been to a place and been treated so bad . I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN .

This is a copy of how much I paid for this tiny amount of food... I have never over paid for so little.

I dropped by on a Saturday afternoon, where a few other patrons were already dining. The seating has around 6 or so tables inside that can fit around 4 each, and they also have high chairs for children! I ordered a number 17, which is the gyro, and got a side of hummus and pita then found a table to sit at. I had just finished buckling my child into the high chair when my order was delivered to my table! They are super fast here! The super friendly waiter delivered my meal, and I dug in. The gyro was stuffed with meat! This is a huge deal, since a lot of places skimp and don't give enough. So extra points to Al Hamra for a job well done. The flavor of the meat was juicy and well seasoned, super delish! The hummus and pita was good, although I usually add a bit of spices to my hummus so this one was a little plainer than I'm used to. Either way, it was a nice addition to the meal. The grand finale were the desserts! I usually go for baklava, but decided to try the knafeh, a layered cheese dessert with syrup and pistachios. Get the knafeh! The warm cheese and syrup were so delicious and made for the perfect ending to a good meal! I will definitely be back, the food was super tasty, and the people working there were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the happiness, Al Hamra!

Our group of four adults and two kids came in starving. I had the chicken kabob wrap, which was a perfect burrito-sized meal, while my husband enjoyed a beef and chicken kabob plate that fully satisfied his appetite. Honestly, the highlight for me was the warm pita served with garlic mayo, so much better than the cold or room-temperature pitas you often get at otherMediterranean spots. We also shared dessert, the kulfi cheesecake, and left completely stuffed. Al Hamra is a cozy family-run restaurant with just a few tables, but the food makes it well worth it. I'll definitely rotate between this spot and Chicken Maison for future visits.

I own a business nearby and come here regularly for lunch when I need a quick bite. Service is fast, the food is always fresh, and it's perfect if you're in a rush but still want something filling and good quality. Their chicken kebob and chicken shawarma are both really good, the chicken pita wraps are always solid, and the Greek salad is fresh and well balanced. On one occasion, I arrived about an hour before closing intending to dine in, and I was told I couldn't eat there because "at this hour it's no longer possible." The restaurant was still officially open, yet customers were clearly being turned away. Recently, I came to pick up an order around 8:20 PM, with the restaurant closing at 9:00 PM. By that time, the dining area was already completely cleaned, tables stacked, grill shut down, and the entire place smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. The atmosphere made it very clear that customers were no longer welcome. As someone who has worked in restaurants, I understand wanting to clean up and go home. However, if you are open until 9:00 PM, the restaurant should feel open until 9:00 PM. This kind of rushed, pre-closing environment creates a very poor impression and raises concerns about food service quality and overall professionalism. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once, and it discourages me from returning as a customer.

The meal came with a generous portion of gyro, a small salad, two baked potatoes, pita bread, and plenty of garlic sauce. The place was super busy with a lot of takeout and delivery orders, but that didn't distract the counter person from providing outstanding service. I've not been back for a long timespan due to location logistics and not other real nor negative reason. I revisited it. The prices were higher for sure. That's 2025 and when you even look at 2000 and think that wasn't that long ago, it's a quarter of a century, 25 years of inflation in the economy with rising costs of labor, insurance, rent, food ingredients, etc. - - it's somewhat reasonable to expect price hikes from "the old days" without a doubt. So, I can't really complain about that aspect. If you look around at peer restaurants, it's pretty much the same. I did get the Asian Chicken Salad, but for some reason it didn't take the same as I thought I recalled and remembered it years ago as being among the best I've had. It was okay, but I'd probably opt for the pure roast chicken play next time as a solid reliable fresh go-to option. It still has the Mediterranean aspect to the cuisine and menu. It's been in this location for so many years as a testimony to their quality to endure a presence for so long.

The garlic fries were hot and crispy and came with tons of garlic. The mashawi Cole slaw was not your typical American Cole slaw, it was very herby and vinegary. This was my second visit, and unfortunately I had the same rude experience. I tried to overlook it before because I liked the food, but tonight sealed it for me. I brought a friend because I had been hyping up the spicy hummus, and we were excited to go. We arrived around 7:16 PM, and right away the cashier was rude and told us our order had to be to-go because after 7:20 PM they don't allow dine-in. I mentioned it was only 7:18, and she responded with attitude, saying, "Oh, it just turned 7:20." I don't mind paying for good, quality food--even if it's not cheap--but I won't tolerate rude service. No matter how good the food is, the experience matters just as much. Went with my daughter at lunch time so it was a tad busy. We had to wait a bit for our food. I take that as a good sign, though. If there's a line and constant people then the food is probably pretty good. I ordered a Greek salad with Chicken shawarma and my daughter ordered a chicken shawarma plate. They were both quite tasty! I ordered my dressing on the side as I prefer to dip my salad in dressing rather than have it smothered all over & it turned out, I didn't even need the dressing! Everything has a touch of lemon (hence the name Limone) which made the flavor perfect without adding anything else! Not sure how they make their pita or naan bread but it was SUPER TASTY with a nice soft texture and very flavorful. Food tastes fresh and we didn't feel loaded down afterward. The Enclave is like a giant food court area with inside and outside seating along with activities. It's a really cool concept!
