cheap and gross. I've been trying to find a place that beats one of my favorite Mediterranean spots but have had no such luck..

First, the food is good, not great, but good. The problem for us has been both orders this month were wrong. Hey, we ate it anyway because like I said, it was good. A suggestion, you might add harissa or some type of spicy sauce for the falafels. Too much lettuce and not enough cucumber mix. We'll try one more time and I will add to this review. read more

I decided not ever go back there if the manager lady is not on the shift. She used to keep this place very friendly and happy. Last Sunday, she was not there. The workers seemed disgruntled as if working there was some form of punishment for them, did not ask me about Pita Point number until I brought it up, forgot to bring my order, did not clean the table right away, etc... Great place for lunch, its not authentic greek food but its very delicious, i love their gyro plates and their rice is very delicious.

Walked in at 1pm and walked out at 1:35... For take out! Lunch rush or not there's no excuse. People who ordered after us got their food first for dine in. And to boot. The two of us ordered separately and got our food in reverse order about 7 minutes apart. read more

I had take-out from this place. I shared with other co-workers a meal platter. I couldn't say that I tried everything because there was lamb included, and I don't eat lamb. The rest of the food was pretty good, I liked the season rice, salad, but the hummus bread was a little too squishy. I've never had soft hummus bread, but maybe that's the way it's actually made. Absolutely Delicious food. I'm now hooked and a true fan. I can't stop talking about their fresh hummus, and domus (stuffed grape leaves). The BEST spankopitas in the entire universe. I am leaving this review purely for the staff at this location. I've eaten at several Daphne's locations and the food is always good. The staff at this location is always super friendly. They deliver your food quickly, always asking to make sure the food came out to your liking and if there is anything you need. When entering & leaving they always say hello & good bye and thank you for coming. read more

I eat at this chain all the time so I know the food is good. But there was this time. I waited 20 mins for my food. Everyone after me was eating and leaving and I was still waiting. Finally when I ask for it to go instead they realized they forgot about my order. Once receiving a meal to go I rushed off to the airport. Where I quickly realized I was missing half my plate. Only 1 chicken kabob, no pita, no salad dressing. I do give 3 stars for customer service and the food did taste good like always. But I will not be dining at this specific one again. read more

Used to think Daphne 's was good Greek fast food. Tonight I ordered their Dinner Deal. Soup was good. Gyros were tasty but the Steak Kabob was completely burnt with 4 sugar-cube sized pieces of meat. REALLY? I paid extra for that? Very disappointing. read more

We hit this place late one Sunday evening when I was tired and not particularly hungry. It was a pretty positive experience, though, as others have mentioned, the wait was incredibly long. We ordered the grilled steak kabobs, seasoned rice, tabouli, and roasted red pepper hummus, and it was standard fare for "fast" Greek. read more

I'm a big fan of Daphne's. Great selection of quality food. Excellent service. Very clean dining room. My husband can't get enough of their lemon soup. I really dig the spanikopita. The hummus didn't impress me, but their pita is very soft and fresh. We go here fairly often because we know we will get a good tasting meal at a good price. read more

We love Daphnes but THIS site is sooooooo inconsistent. Sometime you get 2 pita bread and sometime you get 3 and when you ask them why they say no we never gave you only two pieces. They say they weigh out the chicken but they do not.. Always a differenr amount... One time We found a bone In our street pita and when we told them about it they said that can't be because we only use boneless chicken. Ha ha ha. Ok and alrighty then, you only use chicken that has no bones. Please tell me where they raise such chickens. LOL. we come every week and every week something is different and we order the same food. I wish their was another one closer because we love the food and we would just go there instead... I had the worst experience today at my favorite restaurant. I went in today at 6:15 pm and was helped by Sandra. I placed my order and was told that it would be ready in about 10 minutes. Sandra then went to clean a table in the dining area. My order was actually ready within 15 minutes however Sandra was still busy cleaning tables. She then went back to taking orders while my order was sitting in the counter. Once she took the other customers orders she restocked the straws and then went to start bagging the to go orders because mine was the first one ready i was the last one called. When she called me up I asked why it took so long and why I was called last when I had ordered first and she stated that she did not know it was my order. She didn't know because she never looked to see whose order it was. I expressed my disappointment with the service and she basically brushed me off. When she showed me my food it was cold ,the salad was thrown in and I had the smallest amount of gyro ever. I told her it didn't look like it usually does and again she brushed me off. I am very disappointed in the service and treatment I received. Sandra provided horrible service and really needs to be re-trained on how to provide customer service. We go to this location regularly. Always good and fresh food, healthy options. The gyros is great, chicken and grilled shrimp very tasty. The lemon chicken soup is outstanding. And the family meal for 4 one the best deals in town at $30. We will keep going back. read more

The Chicken salad I had was large, filled me up, contained avocado, romaine lettuce, corn, pine nuts, feta, chicken, and a wonderful dressing. The dish came with a side of wheat pita bread. Traveling from out of town, I was unfamiliar with dining establishments. The idea of California Greek sounded great. Ryan waited on me. He patiently listened and responded to questions I had about the menu. He was absolutely professional. I brought the food back to my hotel room and absolutely enjoyed this Mediterranean salad and chicken pits. Also contributing to the friendly atmosphere were the cook and a co-worker who rung up my order. If you live in Inglewood or find yourself traveling to the area, it's worth the stop.
