Danza is by far my favorite winery in Wine Country. I stopped in for the first time in June 2022 and ended up joining the wine club last December. I've been a member since and I absolutely love it! The staff is warm and welcoming and you can tell they're passionate about the wine they're serving. As for the wine itself - delicious. I personally think it's some of the best in the Temecula Valley (especially the reds), but taste of course is subjective. That said, no one complains when my husband and I bring a bottle to share! The outside patio area is also nice, especially on a great weather day. Super relaxing and easygoing environment. I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area and joining the club if you're a fan! read more

This was a small winery in Temecula. We had two bartenders who assisted us. Much gratitude for their amazing service! Lots of friendly vibes all around. My friends and I bought awesome deals for wine tasting through Groupon. Such a wonderful experience. All their wines weren't disappointing, we mainly enjoyed their dessert wine. Snacks and charcuterie boards were offered at additional cost. You can also ordered pizzas as well to soak up the alcohol. Live music was playing while you sip on a glass of wine. Really enjoyed the environment and would return in the future. read more

If I could give 10 stars for this amazing place, I would. They knocked it out the park! The venue is gorgeous. The food is delicious. Everyone is very helpful and kind and did not miss a beat on any service. But I can't do without mentioning the amazing Amanda. The. Best. Ever! While looking for a venue, Amanda immediately picked up on key details that no other wedding coordinator had. She was compassionate and kind and made sure every detail was honoring! She was a gift. Really nice quaint, family-owned winery off De Portola Rd. We did tastings and enjoyed the front patio which had a food truck and a musician was setting up. Wines are solid for Temecula and the servers were super friendly and knowledgeable. Erica knocked it out of the park! read more

We attended our grandson's wedding there on Saturday and it was amazing. the food, service decorations were amazing. The only two complaints I had were the ceremony was down several steps and definitely not handicapped friendly. Also the DJ was very loud causing my Apple Watch to go off with very high decibels. The bartenders were excellent. I believe it would be advisable to put in a ramp to make it accessible to where the ceremony is held. read more

Came in for a tasting I got on Groupon. I received great service from all service people behind the counter. Loved their wine and became a member that same day! I love this winery. It has a really open but warm ambiance. They were playing live music outside and had pizza at the tasting room. We went up to members area where they have another tasting room and food vendor. I was very disappointed with my visit. Bought a groupon for a wine tour and tasting. Called before to set up a reservation twice and left messages but they did not call back. So we went any way to see if we could go on our paid wine tour. The girl in the front said no and refused to see if we could do any other wine tours that day or any other day. My boyfriend and I had the best experience having Dave as our server! He was super friendly, took his time going through the vineyard, and explained all the wines really well with the best analogies ever. We even got to ride on his UTV through the vineyard, feed the horses and end the tour with a charcuterie board and more wine. The vineyard views were so beautiful too. We were here on a Sunday. Wasn't really busy and walked right in to the wine tasting room. Easy parking right by the tasting room too. They have a small outdoor area to sit and relax but no indoor seating. I've tried most of their white wine and few sweet wine and out of all 3 wineries we've been to on the same day, This was my favorite. I would recommend their Sauvignon Blanc for sure. For their sweet wine, try their estate Gewurztraminer. Their bathroom had multiple stalls, which all women appreciate. Overall, it was a good experience for us and would be back for me! read more

Went here as our first stop for a wine tour. Definitely the favorite out of the four we went to. Staff was very personal and attentive during our visit. We got to learn about the operations and processes of their winery. We aren't wine drinkers but the staff helped us out by choosing the sweeter wines and provided recommendations to us. Very calm and inviting environment. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to relax, especially for people who don't usually drink wine. read more

Parking isn't the easiest here, but it's worth it because they have some of the best wines in town. The Cab Franc is honestly the best I've had in all of Temecula. Their sister winery, Masia de la Vinya, wasn't really my style, but I have to say the staff there were some of the kindest around. read more

I've been in various wine clubs for years. We recently moved nearby and got a Groupon for a tasting here--it was so amazing (Ben helped us and he was excellent) that I signed up for the wine club right then & there. I couldn't recommend it more! Whether it's a tasting or a bottle, their wines are incredible and the service is unmatched. Kiah is an absolute gem--so knowledgeable about all of the wines, and just makes every experience fun and happy. She gives perfect recommendations if you're not sure what you want. As long as she's here, I'm keeping my membership! The grounds are peaceful and gorgeous. The tasting room and seating is warm and lively. I couldn't recommend it more! read more

Danza del Sol Winery, located on the De Portola Wine Trail in Temecula Valley Wine Country, is a family-owned destination offering Mediterranean-style handcrafted wines. Established in 1972, it features some of the valley's oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines alongside varietals like Cabernet Franc and Sangiovese. Established in 2010.

Formerly Filisnger Vineyard & Winery which was previously owned by Dr. William Filsinger and his late wife Katharine who provided Temecula Wine Valley with exceptional wines for nearly 30 years. After a much deserved retirement the vineyard and winery we purchased by wine enthusiast Robert Olson.

Hi Amanda! Reservations are not required but highly recommended. We do however take walk-ins. You may have to wait for a little during peak times. As you can imagine the weekends get quite busy. We are also hosting tastings at the bar too.

I'm not sure if it is different than during the week but during the week it's $18

I just called, they have tastings available for $15 on weekdays and $17 on weekends.

Typically an hour to hour and a half. Depends on group size and how engaging all the guests are. But it's loads of fun!

I found this place on Groupon. My sisters and friend wanted to try something new so we set on a winery. We weren't sure what to expect so we came in with an open mind. I made the reservation for the club house and when I called to let them know I was running late they very generous understood and adjusted my reservation time. We got there and had the option of table service which was so very convenient and easier for our party so we sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful view of the vineyard and trees and mountains, such a breathtaking sight! And after our tasting, the of so lovely wine educator HB gave us a very in-depth informative tour! She really protrays the love and life that the winery pours into their establishment and wines! She was simply incredible and definitely made the experience one of a lifetime. She set the bar very high for any other future winery we go to! We had such an incredible experience at Danza del Sol Winery! We purchased a Groupon for the UTV tour, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with a glass of wine and introduced to our tour guide, Dave, who immediately made us feel welcome with his friendly and down-to-earth personality. As we toured the vineyards, Dave shared so much knowledge about the winery, the grapes, and the winemaking process and the history. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable and meaningful. One of the highlights was driving by the beautiful horses on the property. Dave gave us carrots to feed them, which was such a fun and unique touch! At the end of the tour, we had a reserved table waiting for us where we enjoyed additional wine tastings along with a small charcuterie platter. It was the perfect way to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. We truly had an amazing time and are so grateful to Dave for making our visit so special. I had the absolute best time at Danza del Sol Winery today, and it's all thanks to Andrea--she's like sunshine in human form! I knew absolutely nothing about wine when I walked in, stammering through my questions as a total beginner, but she made me feel so welcome and excited right from the start. Her positive energy was infectious; she patiently answered every single one of my newbie queries with such enthusiasm and detail, like explaining the differences between varietals, how to taste properly, and even sharing fun stories about the winery's history that made everything come alive. Andrea went above and beyond with her suggestions too--she nailed exactly what I'd love based on my tastes, recommending a mix of reds and whites that were spot-on and turned me into an instant fan. What didn't I love about this winery! Went tasting with my girl friends and this was my favorite stop. This winery has a nice outdoor patio with fountains and plenty of shade. The tasting room is inviting with a great gift shop too. What really made our visit was the friendly, educated staff. From the time we opened the door we were greeted by a lovely young lady with a smile. Our server was Jarmila who was not only very knowledgeable, but loads of fun! She took the time to answer all of our questions too. And to top that off the wine here is fabulous. They truly have a wine for everyone. From light to full-bodied reds, to crisp dry whites, to fantastic sweet wines. I loved and purchased the Cab Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, new Mourvedre, and 2013 Sauvignon Blanc which was delicious on a hot Summer day. We will definitely be visiting this winery more often. We went here on a tour with little bus tours and this was one of their stops. The staff here was so great, and informative. They gave us a wine tour of the production area, and even showed us the best way for tasting wines and getting the full taste of all the flavors in a wine. The two blind tastes they had us all do were really fun seeing how different people could taste different things in the wines. We then discovered that there are no food servers-you have to order food at the bar and then someone eventually delivers it in phases. Plastic hardware, condiment packages. Based on some decent reviews, we tried it out. Ample parking, a handful of electric vehicle charging areas, and a nice/inviting atmosphere. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and some fun and games on their themed nights. The venue is family owned and operated (although we didn't meet Jordan, his mom was onsite to chat with guests). There were two other associates pouring in the tasting room and they greeted us warmly upon entering. We ended up doing a tasting of 6 of their wines ($25 fee): 2021 Grenache, GSM, 2018 Field Blend, 2020 Tempranillo, and Dessert Syrah. The staff was well versed on each of the wines poured, and I actually got to try a taste of the Sangrias. I preferred the white sangria since it was very refreshing and easy to drink. My husband really liked the Field Blend, so we opted to bring that home with us. It was reasonably priced at $40. We didn't purchase any of the snacks or food as accompaniment to the wine pours ( the charcuterie board, chips, other savory options and some sweet options too). The staff member did tell us that there were some great food options available in the area, so we just decided to focus on what was in the area, outside of this venue. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, as well as clean and rustic looking outdoor bathrooms. The decor is pretty industrial style meets cozy and casual. I'd definitely stop back in should I be in the area. Great experience!

Btwn all of us we had salmon toast, steak frites, prime rib cheesesteak and ceviche takaki. Food was good but not rave worthy. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to go here again if I lived near there. We sat out on the ginormous back porch to enjoy the gorgeous weather. This also allowed us to stroll down around the property with kiddos who were not interested in sitting still at a table.
