I booked a wine tour for Friday at 1pm. I received multiple confirmations for the 1 pm tour. At 10:40am on Friday I received a call wondering where I was for the 11 am tour. I told them I had booked the 1pm tour so that's why I was not there at 10:30. They stated they would give me a call back and that shouldn't be a problem. At 11:30 they texted me stating there was no 1pm tour and that they combined the two tours together as per an email. I received no prior notice or email of the change in time. No one would call me back to discuss their issue. I now have been charged for a tip and tour that I never got to do and they will not respond in regards to my money back. They had texted to change my tour to Sunday but I am only in town for the one day as I explained to them. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever experienced. RUN!! DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place is a scam! I booked this tour through Groupon. Since Groupon has a good reputation, I never thought to look at the reviews. Well...lesson learned. I book a 4 hour wine tasting tour for my husband's birthday. I received a confirmation email with address for pick up location. I even signed the waiver online. I was also going to leave the tour guides' tip through the link before our tour, but thank God I decided to wait. My first red flag should have been that the company's emails kept popping up in my junk folder. On the day of the tour, my husband and I arrived at the pick up location 20 minutes early. There was nobody in the parking lot. I called the company and there was no response. I did receive a text from them shortly after my call. Please see picture below. This review is for the e-bike rentals only. Four of us rented the bikes for the 3 hour self guided tour last week. We only made it a few miles to one winery when one of us had a flat, we had to wait around 30 minutes for another bike to be brought out. Fast forward another 15 minutes, another flat on a different bike and had to wait again for the van to come out. At this point we threw in the towel and called it a day. We we got back to the rental place Mandy was super nice and called the owner to see if they could do something for us since our experience was ruined. We could hear him screaming "what do you want me to do about it" on the other end of the phone, which didn't seem friendly. At that point we just left. They need to invest a few bucks in Slime or Mr. Tuffy liners so future customers don't have the same experience we did. read more

I was on the 10:30 tour on Saturday, and I really hope driver ROB was an anomaly and that he doesn't reflect the company as a whole. But that said, we had been looking forward to this experience for months, and it was a fiasco. He picked a total of 8 of us up from the park in ride without any introduction, no here's where we're going, here's the plan today, nothing. When we picked up our next two guests from the winery where they were staying, he didn't get out of the van! We opened the doors for the two women and then had to climb out to figure out how to close the double doors. Still no word from Rob, and believe me, this was just the beginning of his incredible lack of customer service. Our first winery, no introduction. Here you go. He didn't walk us in, introduce us to Hannah, our server (who was amazing!). He didn't even tell us what time to be back at the van. He also didn't do a head count and we, the guests, had to tell him to stop, that we were missing the two ladies from New Mexico. Winery two, it's now 1:00 and our tour is supposed to include lunch, water, and a cheese platter. We arrive with no introduction, but at this point after being assailed by the Beasty Boys and Ozzy Osbourne the whole way over, we weren't expecting much. I asked, So are we having lunch at this stop? His reply, Oh, do you want lunch now? It's the second winery of three. It's 1:00. And we still have a cheese platter for the third winery. Of course we want our lunch. Rob proceeds to take two coolers to the outside tables (They had nice inside tables in the air conditioning as opposed to the 101 degrees it was outside, but we didn't find that out until the wineries servers came outside and found us later. Rob hadn't told them we had arrived.) So back to lunch. As I said, there were 10 of us with pre-ordered lunches that included wither chips or a salad. Rob had 6 lunches, 3 waters, and not enough sides and ZERO napkins or mustard/mayo for the sandwiches. Rob's reply? Oh, I guess I need to get more lunches, huh? I repeat, There are 10 of us. You knew you were picking up 10 of us. You should have known you needed at least 10 lunches. So Rob disappears to pick up more lunches while our group is inside watching the other tour guides hand out precisely packed box lunches to each person, along with napkins, silverware, and waters. When Rob comes back with, and I quote, This is what they had left, he drops the coolers on the outside tables. We were all inside. He did not come in and tell the people who didn't have food that he had brought it back. He just dropped and disappeared. Now on to winery three. At least we didn't have Beasty Boys on the radio this time and we, the guests, did a head count before we again closed our own door. Rob again dropped us outside without any instruction or introduction, but we're all used to this by this time. We're inside enjoying the winery and text Rob to get our cheese platters. We are informed there are not cheese platters. What The Heck?!? We paid for cheese platters (and lunch and water.) This is why paying gratuities in advance is NOT the proper way to do things in a service industry. I am happy to tip for service. This could barely be called service. This was not a budget tour. This is my fourth winery tour, and the price is the same as the lovely buses with friendly drivers who give you your full lunch and have water available all day. read more

Just terrible and not worth it !!!!!! Don't do it !!!!! My husband and I attended the 11am tour with 8 other people . My overall experience was terrible because of our driver and the company who runs this tour. Our driver was Rob. Rob was late picking us up in the parking lot provided to us . Next, he did not check that we already paid for the waiver fees. The instructions for this experience says we need to pay for this before the experience and we did , the next day I was charged again !!!! I think it's because he failed to do his job and check it. I called the company and it goes straight to voicemail. Next, to when we arrived to the winery's Rob gives us no Information about where we are or what we do and gave us a guess when we should come back to his van for the next winery. He seemed unsure of anything. I think this is lack of proper training on the companies part. Next, the picnic lunch was terrible . The food was soggy and Rob did not have a proper list given to him and he did not provide all the food where he had to leave and come back for everyone's food. He only brought enough food for 5 people and he has 10 . He clearly didn't even try to make sure he had enough. He was very careless and showed no initiative in his job. Furthermore, our package came with a cheese board and Rob never brought it , we inquired about it and his response was " none were made" and it appeared he didn't even want to tell us about this because we didn't realize it until the last winery, so being sneaky to not provide what we paid for just such dishonesty it's completely immoral !!! Each winery we went to we had no idea when we needed to leave . At the last winery we apparently needed to leave at 4pm and Rob never came for us. He just sat in the van even though he said "when ever you guys are ready, I'll be on the top " . Rob also drove pretty fast that my head hit the top of the car from the bumps. The driver sucked it was more like we had a random Uber driver. Or I would have preferred to have an Uber driver because they would have the actual excuse of why they didn't know anything. The company is clearly disorganized with their food lists and providing everything and it's practically inedible and lack of customer service for not answering phone calls . As Well as checking on their own system who paid for their fees since I was charged again !!!!!!! DO NOT GO WITH THE TOUR ITS NOT WORTH IT Regarding the wineries itself First winery, would have to say the Bel Vino winery was fantastic . The wine was amazing they had a great selection probably the most . The customer service was amazing . We plan on visiting again on our own. Second winery, the frangipani winery had a beautiful view where you can sit out or inside. They had a small food selection of cheese platters . I felt the wine selection was the smallest. I did feel some disorganization when our waiter kept switching so she didn't know which wine I was on . Third winery, Bella Vista had a gorgeous view as well and customer service. The selection wasn't very big but they had some very good wines. They have a really cool decor of barrels inside and out. I would definitely visit this one again. I RECOMMEND GOING TO THESE WINERIES ON YOUR OWN DO NOT GO WITH THE TOUR IT WAS NOT WORTH IT ! Don't do it !!! read more

I booked a home with Temecula Wine Country Experience on Airbnb in March 2022 and the host, Debra, canceled my reservation for 13 guests a week prior to my stay on July 8. She continued to blame Airbnb for the issues to which I contacted Airbnb and they explained that the host was in violation of their responsibilities and was penalized. She tried to switch homes, which did not meet the amenities of the original home I selected. I will never used this company for any future experience, extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I booked a guided e-bike tour with lunch. I tried calling the business and emailing the owner several times prior to the rental date to clarify details and never received a response. On the day of the rental, I showed up at the specified location, which was a dirt turnaround with several junked cars, trash, and a dilapidated shed. After calling and texting the business, I received a text asking if I could use assistance. I texted back the situation and about 20 minutes later a woman showed up and opened the shed. I asked about the guide and lunch and she said she had no idea about any of that - she was just "the housekeeper". She said the 800 number is never picked up and goes straight to voicemail but gave me the owner's number. When I called, it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. At this point I felt the entire episode was ridiculous and requested a full refund via text and email. I didn't receive a response and am now disputing the charge on my credit card. We booked a "wine tour" for 1 pm Saturday which according to them needed to be rescheduled. We were given an option to reschedule to 4 pm on Saturday or 11am Sunday. Not enough food for everyone, they didn't even consider my vegetarian request for lunch And there was 3 waters for 10 people. No cheese platter which is what we were promised. no customer service so Ron Didn't give a crap about the tour basically drove us from one winery to the next. Up front gratuity was ridiculous for someone who didn't deserve one cent. Don't go with this tour company. Waste of money! We had a terrific experience at all the wineries we visited during the tour. Everyone was very friendly and spent some time educating on the wines they produced and history of their wineries. We show up at the Park-n-Ride, and no one ever came. We tried calling, IM'ing on Facebook, chatting online, etc. No answer. Finally, after an hour waiting at the Park-n-Ride, some lady calls and says she's the "property manager" and apparently, the driver called in sick. She said she has nothing to do with the wine tours. No one bothered to advise us. She came and picked us up and drove us to one winery. That was it. I've been trying to reach them to get our money back (they even made us PRE-PAY for a tip!!!!) and I cannot reach anyone. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with, and you can't reach ANYONE!!!!!! I would NEVER ever use this company. You'll never reach anyone. Let me start with this... I have never been on a wine tour before! The tour started with picking up various people at the designated meeting place and the fun started from there. The group didn't know each other and quickly became friends, so much so that the group went out to dinner together that night as we all found a common ground in wine tasting and being adventurous!
