The next morning, my car was fully diagnosed, and they clearly explained the issue and gave me multiple repair options without any pressure. Since replacing the transfer case is a major job, I was told it would likely take a few days. To my surprise, I received a text message the very next day around 5:00 PM saying my car was ready for pickup! I honestly couldn't believe how quickly they completed such a big repair. About a year ago my alternator started to go so I took it in and had them replace it. Pick it up a day or two later and go on about my business. About a week later some warmer weather hit and I noticed the A/C wasn't working. Called Tim up, and he assured me that even though he was really busy he would get to it. Sure enough, he checked it out and the A/C not working was due to a connection on the new alternator. He fixed it, no charge. I also had a wheel bearing replaced there back when I first got my car. They replaced it and it started acting up again 15 months later. Even though I was three months out of their "shop warranty" they still fixed it, free of charge. I have more stories like that about these guys so I won't keep going on. I won't go to another mechanic for 50 miles.
