We've been bringing our vehicles to Stan Rollison's Automotive Service for more than 8 years, and…read morewe truly can't recommend them enough. Rick and Elizabeth are the kind of people you hope to find in the auto repair world -- honest, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to their customers. They never try to upsell or push unnecessary services. If something doesn't need to be done, they'll tell you straight. That kind of integrity is rare and exactly why we've trusted them for everything from routine maintenance to major repairs. Their work is always top-notch and backed by a guarantee. We're moving soon, and honestly, one of the things we dread the most is having to find a new mechanic. Shops like Stan Rollison's are one in a million. Thank you, Rick and Elizabeth, for years of excellent service -- we're going to miss you!

This is my first experience with Stan Rollins, and I'm disappointed with how an ongoing concern has…read morebeen handled. Since receiving my vehicle back after repairs in August of last year, I've experienced intermittent starting problems that I never had before. More than a year later, the issue remains unresolved. I've provided videos, confirmed warranty coverage for the installed part, and brought the vehicle back. Staff witnessed the starting problem when I arrived and acknowledged that it happened again during testing. However, I was later told they couldn't consistently recreate it, so no resolution was provided. I understand intermittent problems can be difficult to diagnose. However, I've explained that my vehicle sometimes sits unused for several days. Starting it every day doesn't reflect the conditions under which I experience the problem. I shouldn't need to start my vehicle daily just to rely on it. Before dropping it off again today, it took nearly five minutes to get it started. This has become stressful, especially when I'm left waiting after medical appointments. I'm hoping this visit leads to thorough testing under the conditions I've described, clear communication, and a lasting resolution. I want to feel that my concerns and the problem staff have already witnessed are being taken seriously.

The owner was always available via phone or text. He completed the PPI quickly, took several pics of the issues, and gave a written summary of all the problems. It turned out that this vehicle was in very bad shape and would have been dangerous to drive. Suffice it to say, this shop saved me thousands of dollars, time, and a lot of headache had I not gotten the PPI done. I highly recommend this shop! Also, the price for the PPI was about half the cost it would have been here in Texas and the owner was great on the phone. He never made me feel rushed and was happy to answer all of my questions!
