Much better deal than the general tire and battery store in terms of quality and knowledge for a bmw. There was some other issues with the computer portion of the car that was discovered when I returned and reset the car back to it's norm. UPDATE: Quincy continues to do quality work and really puts his heart into my cars. The only issue I've had is he does get delayed a bit (naturally since he has so many people coming to him). He is a trustworthy guy. He's done extensive work on my BMW E36 and E39. I've taken my cars to other shops that are much more popular and known in the NOVA area since my last review, but none of them hold a candle to Q's pricing and honesty. There are a lot of auto services in Northern Virginia, Q stands out as the best both in quality of service and price. I have a Lexus, Chevy Tahoe, and Ford F150. I have had a transmission replaced, brake job, fuel system overhaul and all sorts of major and minor services over the years and everytime Q has beat the competition both in price, time of repair, and qaulity. With the Lexus, Q is 40% cheaper then dealers and most independent repair centers. He is 25-30% cheaper on the American vehicles. All my kids take their cars to Q and keep coming back everytime.
