Prime automotive is the best car shop in the area in my own honest opinion. Mark is always upfront, honest so he will not cheat you just to earn extra buck. I know because I know cars but any works I can't perform he always does it the right way and he will tell you if he cannot do it also. I've recommended his shop to many of my friends and family and they were all very happy with his service. I highly recommend Prime Automotive and ask to speak with Mark. read more

This was my first visit to Prime Automotive and I was extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism. I received a detailed estimate with each item priced separately. We have been taking our cars to Prime for several years after using only the dealer for service and repair. Mark and his team at Prime are honest, reliable service people. You can trust them to give you the best service at the best price. we love supporting local businesses and it's so nice to have auto service locally that is not going to rip you off or charge you for work you don't need! read more

I needed an oil change, and was looking for an alternative to the dealer. I always wait for hours, and come out with a laundry list of expensive repairs I supposedly need. After reading all the glowing reviews, I decided to try Prime automotive. The wait was much shorter, and Mark was kind, honest, and reasonable. He appreciated my business, and I could tell everyone that came in liked and trusted him. as well. He found only two more issues I should address, and showed me photos of the problem. The estimates were very reasonable, and I made an appointment to get the work done. Again, it was completed well, and on time. I'm so happy to have found a mechanic I can trust. I highly recommend him. read more

My car had to be towed because the check engine light was actually blinking and I had to stay within a certain tow radius. My regular garage was outside the radius and I ended up at Prime Automotive, never having used them before for anything on my car. As I figured it would be, the repair was major and the quote was enormous. I was only going to be able to do half of the repair, but Mark was able to find a deal that cut the price. I wasn't able to do the whole repair, but I was able to get the major piece done. I would recommend Prime Automotive. read more

Recently got a new (used) car, and for the 6 month check up, obviously I had to come back to Mark. I had to get new tires and the dealership I got it from was USELESS in assisting. Where Mark and his team were quick and efficient to help me. If you want peace of mind for your car, go to Mark and his team. You will leave happy every time! read more

I have been bringing my cars to Prime for over 10 years now. As a female I have always been treated with respect and Mark actually listens to my concerns, which is very important to me. The staff is very polite and professional and I don't have to worry about being overcharged or unnecessary recommendations. Required service is always on point and wait times are acceptable. I always take my cars to Prime for oil changes, maintenance requirements and problems that pop up from time to time. Mark and his staff are always honest about what is needed and recommendations are sound and they are never pushy. Recommendations are given with explanations of why it is need, but no pressure or sales tactics. We've had the same wonderful experience every time we bring our cars to Prime Auto. The nearby barbershop recommended them to my husband a few years ago when his car needed an oil change and we've been so happy with Mark and his team ever since. They are competent and friendly and Mark always gives us good preventive advice for both our cars. They do the big repairs and maintenance work with equal efficiency and Mark texts or calls us when the work is done, which is always appreciated. We highly recommend Prime Auto for all your car needs. read more

We recently had a problem wIth our Aura RL. It was hit in a parking lot accident. It wouldn't start and we were concerned that there might be some underlying conditions which would make the car unsafe. We had the car towed to Prime Automotive to be checked. They checked the car out and found that it was safe to drive. They also uncovered that we had a bad battery. They changed the battery and checked for any mystery electrical leaks. They did not find any. We got our car back and it has been running great. read more

I called to request a quote for service and spoke to mark. He said the service was unnecessary at this point and that it represents a typical up-charge attempt that other service providers peddle. I have never used Prime Automotive for my car service before, but after this conversation, I will. Anyone who is this honest and is willing to "turn away" money, is worth my patronage. Thank you. I will see you for my next auto repair. read more

Prime Automotive took great care of my vehicle, answered all my questions and returned the vehicle promptly.

If mark is not there then just forget it. I never experienced such treatment in the last 3 years I've been going. 1) I came to get the brakes done here because I trust mark with my vehicle. I had the vehicle checked out at the dealership and came with the diagnostic report from Nissan which was just done 6 days ago to read more

Great service !!! Highly recommend . Great customer service and always on time. Please check them out.

Prime Automotive was recommended to us and we're glad we went there. Everyone there was very professional and welcoming. The service was great and made you feel like your vehicle was in safe hands. I've always been skeptical about auto shops, but not here. I trust that Mark and his team are going to take great care of my vehicles, and the price will always be fair. After several visits, we've always had friendly, courteous service, with decent pricing and good communication. We most appreciated when we pulled the bumper off one of our cars, they assessed it and said it needed to go to a body shop, but Mark pulled out a screw and drill and did a (free!) temporary patch to hold it in place until we could get it fixed. Surprising and appreciated, definitely going thr extra mile. read more

I take my car to Prime Automotive because they offer honest and fair service. They will fit me in the schedule when they can but will not over book and have me sitting there knowing that they won't get to me for a long time. They are always straight forward and say it may take a while. I can walk to the nearby mall or other shops in the area. They also text me when my oil change is due. I need this in my busy life. read more

I highly recommend this automotive shop, I went in for an alignment because when I was getting my tires rotated by Costco they said there was some uneven wear, they were able to fit me right in and even squeeze in some services that I hadn't told them about over the phone. I needed an alignment, my oil changed, I needed my windshield wipers changed, and I had a front headlight that was out that they informed me about helpfully. All in total it was less than I expected to spend on the alignment itself! I guess I'm used to dealership prices, they were very informative and checked in with me every step of the way. I really felt like they were looking out for me and I really appreciate that I will definitely be back to the shop with any needs concerning my car. read more

I just moved to the area, and I asked a friend for an automotive shop he recommended I try out. He only recommended one - Prime Automotive. I went there recently for an oil change. Standard pricing, and there was maybe a 1:15 hour wait to complete my service. On a Saturday morning, I thought that was pretty decent. One thing I really appreciated was their complimentary tire assessment. They provided me a printout with a reading on each tire, the balance, and the expected lifespan of the tire. I really appreciated this, and it didn't follow with any sort of pitch for purchasing new tires or any noticeable gimmick to get me to pay for any additional service. Mark was upfront and honest, and he gave me several options for consideration when it came time to purchasing new tires in the future. I will definitely keep going back here! read more

Ok. So I THINK they did a good job and that they were honest and that they saved me a ton of money. But there is another part of me that wonders if I was scammed. So I bring the car in, I know the brakes are worn down to the point I'll probably need brakes and rotors. Texted mark and he said it would be about $382.50. Fair enough. I brought the car in. Got a call from him about 2 hours later. He said the piston fell out and That I wouldn't get it back for like 3 days and that it would be $900 bones for the repair, furthermore he told me that he it wasn't safe to drive and that there's no way he could put it back together in a way that was safe for me to drive -- so I had to accept his estimate. I was pretty pissed. He called back 20 minutes later and said that he was going to try something -- putting the piston that fell out back in and praying the seal wasn't broken -- and that while there was no guarantee it would work, he hoped it would. It apparently did. He called 2 hours later and informed me that the car was good to go. Sure enough it drove like a dream and my brakes felt better than ever. He also apparently made two repairs gratis. He reattached the left side of my bumper(which was missing a bolt and partially hanging) And he replaced my TPMS sensor -- I assume because the tire light was no longer on and another shop had told me this sensor was broken. In the end he charged me $589. I think it was a good experience... Pretty sure? read more

Mark and his team are awesome! They are very responsive and always call to let me know what is going on and what the cost will be prior to any work being done. They are the most trust worthy and honest auto mechanics I have ever dealt with. It was also super helpful that they noticed the safety inspection was due and they took my car to get inspected for me so I didn't have to go to another place during COVID-19. Definitely recommend Prime Automotive for all of your auto needs! read more

Had a great experience with Prime Automotive. I prefer to avoid dealers and "big name" service places because I always feel like they pressure you for unnecessary repairs or service. Prime Automotive gave me a quote for my new brakes, and an estimate on the time it would take for the repair. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a local repair shop. read more

OMG!! I cannot believe how honest Mark and his crew are. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need. So refreshing these days. I will definitely be back. read more

Excellent customer service! I believe I spoke with a man named Mark and he was so informative about what my car needed done. They NEVER over charged me like most repair shops try to do. I shopped around all over the area, and this place was hiding in the corner. I stopped in and asked if I could get an oil change on my 14 Silverado. I usually like to do it myself but haven't had the time and don't trust other place e.g. Jiffy lube. I walked in and the guys seemed to know what they were doing and extremely friendly. I also asked them to take a look at my brake. Huge opportunity to make extra money but when I returned they said that my brakes were still good and I knew I had some more life on them. They also quoted me for 5 quarts for the oil change but with my V8 it needs 8 quarts. They didn't charge me anymore. I will be back for sure. I actually have an appointment next week for my wife's truck to get a full service done and I know they will do a fantastic job. Thanks guys. read more
