Tasted fine, but not the lightest soufflé pancakes I've had - Dubai Chocolate Soufflé Pancake: OK. Nothing too memorable. Service was the sore spot. The staff are nice but food came out incredibly slow. The latte and croissant took 20 min. When they delivered it, they said our pancakes would came out after. After waiting 35 min and noticing other customers that arrived after us getting their pancakes, we found out they forgot our order. They needed another 15 min to complete our pancake order - that is a total of 1 hour of waiting. They did volunteer to refund us for the pancakes, which is the minimum they needed to do after such a long wait. Overall, not great. Even if they hadn't forgotten our order, I wouldn't give more than 3 stars based on the food. If they hadn't offered a refund, it would've been a one star review.
