The wings were fairly small, marginally crisp, and more than marginally juicy. They seemed to cool quickly. Decent. -- Fries (on a combo): Hand cut, long, a little dry, and very crisp, like Durkey potato sticks from back in the day. -- Coleslaw (on a combo): Small container of crisp but heavily mayo'd slaw for a creamy antidote to the hot sauces. -- Boneless Wings or Tenders: Even though I prefer bone-in, these were the hit of the meal, bringing large pieces, nicely battered to a bumpy texture, with very juicy white meat underneath. I went with the Wicked Hot Buffalo, which seemed fairly mild at first but gained heat significantly as I went along.
