Greek Salad
James P.

Awesome greek salad! Salad dressing is homemade and delicious. Big portion of well marinated chicken and lots of feta sitting over a big fresh salad. Comes with pita bread as well. My go to for salads in Woburn.

a bowl of soup and a piece of chicken

First time I been back to this Andrea's in a long time, (not to be confused with Andrea's in Winchester), and it will be the last. I got a steak & cheese here a few years ago and it was garbage. I won't even go into it. So I thought maybe the re-vamped the place, maybe new owners, give them one more chance. This time I tried a ham & cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo. Plus a salad with grilled chicken on the side. ( I never get it on top since it wilts the salad from the heat and the moisture from the hot chicken.) Got to work, opened my sub wrapper. Looks pretty good, except, once again, ONCE AGAIN, *sigh, *groan, not toasted enough Even though I asked for extra toasted over the phone. What the #@&* is it?! Does it cost that much more in electricity to keep the bread in the over for a couple minutes more? Every sub shop I go to, the same thing. I give up I swear. First thing I tasted when I took a bite was sourness. It must have been the mayo or the cheese. The domestic ham was usual, nothing special, it's ham. They skimped on the ham though, as well as the cheese. The only part of the sub that was tasty was the roll, I could tell right away it was from Piantedosi Baking Company, the best bread and rolls around in my humble opinion. I then turned to the salad I bought for dinner later. 90% of the lettuce was the yellow part. 2 paper thin slices of cucumber, 2 slices of green pepper, and 2 cherry tomatoes. The 2 small cups of house dressing was basically oil with a weird color to it and had red bits of something floating in it. I tasted some on my finger, no taste at all. The side of chicken was just as disappointing. Gristle, fat, dry, cartilage still on it, bland as boiled chicken. Are you salivating yet? Needless to say, my stomach was growling for most of the day until I got home and had a frozen dinner. Thank God for Swanson and Tyson huh?

This place is what you'd expect, reasonably priced food, and pretty good tasting.. But that's not what brings me here- the staff here has an outstanding attitude and are ways so welcoming. Thanks Andreas!

Got a great chicken pizza (the number 1) tonight. The crust was really good, toppings were just right. I'll definitely be back!

God help us. The roast beef sandwich is unbelievable…read more.. My husband and I got off a plane at Logan from South Carolina and immediately drove here. Our first stop was not to see family and friends, but to get roast beef!! I got the 3-way junior beef while my husband got the super beef, however they seemed almost the same size to me. The texture of the beef is so silky smooth that I don't think you need teeth to eat it. That along with the tangy sauce, cheese and mayo combo, it all just melts in your mouth. I couldn't stop eating it even after I was full! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to one of these sandwiches. Your arteries might get clogged but your tastebuds will be beyond satisfied ;)

It's a hole in the wall spot in Woburn and it's awesome for so many reasons…read more It's small inside and hasn't been touched by an interior designer. It's exactly the kind of place you know could end up being a gem. Save the pretentious dishes for some high end place and give me this rare roast beef piled high on an onion roll. Wow. The beef is oh so rare! That's my favorite kind. It's a rich pink color and so tender. It comes with bbq sauce, cheese and mayo but you can customize it. Onion rings are done in house. None of that frozen crap. If you like onion rings you need to get these. So good. Light and flavorful. The guy behind the counter was so nice. He explained the roast beef options to me and other menu items to other patrons. There were some other first timers in there and the long time customers were giving advice on what to eat. It was magical. 5 star for the Roast beef and onion rings. Can't speak to the other items. They were sending out alot pizza for take out orders but I can't imagine not getting the Beef when I'm here

Good spot went for lunch a few times this week and enjoyed it every time…read more The line was quick not bad

If you've ever been to a Pressed Cafe (yes, just one), you may be forgiven to assume they're all…read moremostly alike. This review is to tell you otherwise. Some are much larger (like this one). Some are drive-thru only (like the one near my house). I'm gonna talk about the former real quick. Naturally, the menu is basically the same. On this day, I was having lunch. Ergo, I opted to try the Chipotle Short Rib & Egg burrito (as a bowl because I'm a man of culture) accompanied with a cup of chowdah. I must say...I expected there to be a bit more flavor, what - with the Chipotle sauce n' all. Alas, I had to add my own salt. This is mostly a nitpick, but really...can we please season our beef? Just a lil bit even? So, the biggest difference you'll notice at this location is the parking situation. It's....annoying. Because on the one hand, you technically have ample amounts of spaces to park in. Or...you WOULD, if not for the signs en masse that read "[insert corporate company name here] parking only - all violators will be towed at owner's expense." I find this hilarious because I feel like that would be impossible to enforce for folks parking less than 10 minutes to pick up an order like I did. So, I guess my pro tip of the day would be: feel free to park wherever at your own risk if and ONLY if you're getting take-away. If you're actually dining in, I suppose you'll have to wait painstakingly for one of the few parking spots actually designated for Pressed specifically to open. By the way, if you're picking up a take-away order, the take-out shelf is smack dab next to their side entrance opposite the side where you would normally order your food. It's one of those "blink once and you'll miss it" type things the first time visiting. From my vantage point, this place stays quite busy. Not surprising, considering the Burlington area in general. Clearly, a lot of folks come here mid-work day which is also the only reason I came here to begin with. Overall, not a bad lunch stop, though the parking can be slightly obnoxious. I'm giving Pressed Cafe in Burlington 4 Chipotle Short Rib bowls dubiously seasoned out of 5.
