Their connection is highly reliable, fast and not to mention affordable. We highly recommend choosing Cybernet as your provider. They charge a very affordable rate relative to the high quality service you receive, and I think they might even be able to work with clients in terms of financing. Give them a call and try to schedule a free consultation to see the different levels of pricing that they have, a lot of friends had recently set them up in their office spaces and they have not had any complaints yet either.

Now, with CyberNet as our provider and with their fast and incredibly stable network, we can maintain smooth video conferencing.Being able to rely on a network provider the way we rely on CyberNet is something that every company should have, and that is why we highly recommend to everyone to consider signing CyberNet as their telecommunications provider! Top-notch telecommunications services mixed with impeccable customer service is what CyberNet is known for. Their staff is always on point and they never disappoint. We've been using their services for some time now and we would not have it any other way.

South Bay Internet

I heard about SouthBay Internet about a year ago but did not believe they could do what they're…read moredoing. I'm extremely pleased with my service. I called South Bay Internet (SBI) Friday, told them I was recommended by several neighbors but I wanted to know what was the difference between their service and my HughesNet service that I've had for a year and a half; one thing she said was there are no data caps with SBI. I love that. Usually 2-3 days into my monthly cycle with HughesNet, everything is buffering, and never plays, I guess I exceeded my data usage and I refused to buy more. So I've never been able to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime movies or any of that, only if I use my cell phone I was told Paul, the owner, would call me back to make an appointment ; he did. We scheduled the installation for Sunday (can you believe that!!). It took maybe a couple hours to hook everything up. Once we set up a Network name and password, Paul had me hook up whatever I needed to the internet and he verified the signal strength before he left. Everything was working beautifully and continues to do so as I write this review. From my initial phone call to the company to my interaction with Paul it has been nothing but five star. Extremely professional. Paul told me if I have any questions or problems to call him directly. He stands behind his work/company name. If you have smart TVs, as most people do, or cameras, those things are very draining to your Internet system so running these things, uses data. I was a Spectrum Internet customer for years before I sold my condo and moved to my current location, never thought in terms of struggling with the Internet. I've already thanked my neighbors for the recommendations now this is my recommendation to YOU!

When we shook hands for our goodbyes I caught him walk to the back one last time to check his work. That's almost fanatic diligence. I wish all owners were this dedicated to customer satisfaction. I'm satisfied with his company, in satisfied with his service. 5 big stars!

Super friendly, professional, and…read moreclearly experienced--he was thorough and did a ton of troubleshooting to make sure the setup went smoothly. He even discovered a damaged wire in one of my walls and went above and beyond to get everything working through another cable port. He was incredibly patient while I shifted things around so he could reach the panel in my closet, and he also helped me update my SSID and password, which I really appreciated! Did a wifi speed test right after and it matched the target right off the bat! Highly recommend Bai Connect/Zentro--their value for the speeds totally beat out AT&T/Spectrum (not to mention headache-free!)--and I'm super happy with Jeff's excellent service!

This is a terrible ISP and no one should give them their business. The #1 issue is that if you ever…read morehave a problem with your internet that requires anything more than merely restarting your modem you are going to be placed in technical support limbo for days, weeks, and maybe even months. As noted in other reviews, the way in which the customer service works is by transferring you to a representative that at best can only ask you to unplug your router and plug it back in again. If you have a more serious problem, then the best they can do is refer you to their mysterious "tier 2" team. They will tell you that your issue has been escalated and to expect a call back the same day or the following day. Currently, I have been waiting back to hear from this team for a month. I have called over and over again and I am unable to reach a single individual who can help me with my problem. This is a nightmare for someone who works at home and requires stable internet to do their job well. Reading other reviews and looking online demonstrates that this is a common enough problem that signing up for this service is a bad idea. If you are searching for an apartment and you find one that offers BAI connect, I encourage you to keep searching and to tell the apartment management that you will not be submitting an application because of the ISP they chose. Trust me, you do not want to be stuck in this hellish scenario of wasting hours of your time weeks on end to get no where. What you are paying for is just not worth it. I have been a customer of ATT and Spectrum, while both have their failings, I can at the very least say that I was able to get a hold of someone who could help me eventually. If your service works as intended, then great, but do not get fooled by reviews written in the best of circumstances. If one thing goes wrong you are going to suffer for it because they are either too lazy, incompetent, or just plain spiteful to help you get your issue resolved. Finally, if this review speaks to your own experience, please leave your own review on yelp and file a complaint with the FTC. They are defrauding their customers on the most basic level by denying them access to adequate customer support. Further, make your voice heard and force apartment buildings to seek better service providers. Avoid BAI connect at all costs.

Spectrum - It's quite busy at 11:30am on a Weds. I would come earlier or way later next time.

Spectrum

I like Spectrum! We have had Spectrum (formerly Charter) for internet and email for well over a…read moredecade. Their app is okay, it's not the best app; however, the customer service are always beyond helpful, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our Spectrum internet was erratic for a while, and the technicians came out to our house several times before actually fixing the issue. Our router crapped out once, and my husband had to spend an inordinate amount of time waiting in line to swap out the bad router with a new one. Any time we have had an internet outage, a phone call to Spectrum gets us set up with a refund for the internet down time, which is typically around $1.00 or so, and I don't bother with the calls much anymore. I like their text messaging system with which they advise you of both an outage in our area and the outage's resolution. That's nice information to have! Spectrum is crept up in pricing over the years and we recently switched to AT&T Fiber. For now, it's "so long" to Spectrum; however, it's nice to know they service our rural area should we need them in the future!

Let him know personally how shitty Spectrum's UNreliability is. He only makes $5.75 Million/yr. Got time to post this b/c for the 3rd time today (2 days before Christmas) our internet (& security cams), TV, and landline (no calls from Grandparents) are ALL out, thanks to Spectrum. So no Mon. Night Football and the gifts we had loaded up on our computer to buy...no access. And they can't tell us when service will be restored. Merry Christmas, bitches! This happens every other week. But do we get even 3 cents credited back on our next bill? Hint: rhymes with shit no! This incompetence is not the fault of the DMV-wannabee-employees at the Spectrum Store. It's their corporate overlords. So: 1) Contact Mr.Winfrey directly, AND 2) file an online complaint with the CA Public Utilities Commission (cpuc.ca.gov). While writing this review our Spectrum Internet came back online... for 60 seconds and then crapped out again. (So 4th time today). Well, Merry F-you-all Christmas! :-(
