Kevin was recommended to me when my son's computer was acting up. Kevin came out the next day after I called him, looked at the computer, said the computer probably had a couple of viruses and that the anti-virus software that was running was not all that powerful. He took the computer back to his shop spent a couple of days getting rid of the viruses, spiffing up windows, and making sure everything was up to par with the hardware and software. When he brought the computer back, he made that it was working properly, and then he did a run through on my computer to make sure it was working properly. Kevin also recommended a very highly rated and powerful anti-virus software, which we bought for both computers and have not regretted it purchasing it. It actually sped up my computer's performance.
