I ran into John through a mutual friend and he told me what his company did and I mentioned our phone company to him. He was very patient and explained to me what I could do to resolve the issues I was having and gave me advice to move in the right direction. He first helped me get out of the contract I was locked into and helped me with a fully customized phone system that works well for us. I would recommend them 100% to anyone with a business looking to upgrade their phone systems or even start small and expand.
