Even then, the manager initially tried to send me away until I asked him to actually check my account since I've been a customer for over 20 years. Once he did, he offered an upgrade to an iPhone 17 (the only phone in stock) and clearly stated it would be just a $25 monthly increase. The next day I received a text thanking me for adding a new line -- which I never requested. I then found my bill increased $35 per month, plus an additional $18 per month for Apple insurance that was never clearly explained. Now I'm being told canceling would cost over $80 per month. Very disappointing and misleading, especially coming from a manager. Long-time customer treated poorly
