It's expensive to get a cup full of ice with 8-10 ounces of a flavored drink served in a 24-ounce cup. You're paying $10-12 for ice, flavored water, and a plastic cup they call a megatea. Not worth it! On top of that buying a shake is $10-12 so you pay $20-22 for a protein drink and flavored water. This is nutrition? I didnt feel any positive vibes from the two running the place. While I understand these are toppings used for the protein smoothies it makes me wonder what the nutritional facts of their products and menu actually are... especially the protein muffins and other food that are baked separately from their herbal life products. I enjoyed my large protein shake which had a blend of milk, blueberries, vanilla protein, vanilla extract, spices and topped with low fat graham cracker crumbs. This creamy protein shake had a slightly thinner consistency than a traditional smoothie, with a good not too sweet flavor overall. I could not finish this shake immediately and gradually enjoyed it on my 90 minute drive back home. I would return here again for another protein shake, but a snack size shake would suffice for me.
