I got the new Yuzu Ocean Bowl and it was delicious. There was Yuzu base and Pitaya Base with strawberry, mangoes, and of course the granola. I must say the star of the show was the coco whip. It was DELICIOUS!! It reminds me of the Erewhon Vanilla Soft Serve I had last month and I cannot forget about it. Service was very good. Staff was friendly and I got my bowl fairly quickly. It was like they were lazy and couldn't be bothered making an acai bowl (bowl containers?) with the toppings already on top and bowl sealed. For the amount of money charged, I would expect a nicely made acai bowl instead of the DIY. The acai with the two toppings tasted very sweet, which was expected. I've been to other places which specialize in acai bowls and for similar prices or less, I can get a custom made nice looking acai bowl with lots of interesting toppings included, not just 2 ordinary toppings. Look up Playa Bowls, which set the bar on how acai bowls should be made. This place really needs to put forth some effort in making acai bowls nicely for takeout customers.
