I saw a peek into the back room which is open for everyone to see and I saw mini m&ms, Oreos, and caramel sauce stocked up in there. While I understand these are toppings used for the protein smoothies it makes me wonder what the nutritional facts of their products and menu actually are... especially the protein muffins and other food that are baked separately from their herbal life products. I enjoyed my large protein shake which had a blend of milk, blueberries, vanilla protein, vanilla extract, spices and topped with low fat graham cracker crumbs. This creamy protein shake had a slightly thinner consistency than a traditional smoothie, with a good not too sweet flavor overall. I could not finish this shake immediately and gradually enjoyed it on my 90 minute drive back home. I would return here again for another protein shake, but a snack size shake would suffice for me.
