Interior Dining

We always have our pizza dinner here when visiting Rehoboth Beach. Pizza is always fresh and tastes fantastic. We have had 4-5 different versions and they were all great. Very fun and cozy atmosphere with great service and reasonably priced. A much better pizza alternative than the local big gorilla chain.

A very good pizza option in the vicinity of Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Perhaps the best pizza in the area. This parlor serves Roman Style pizza which is thin with crispy crust. Because it is baked at a lower temperature, it takes longer to prepare as was the case on this visit. Not a problem, but be patient as your pizza is being prepared. On this visit, there were no other patrons in the restaurant as I believe I arrived shortly after opening. Because of that the experience felt more private. The customer service was very good and friendly. I believe the two individuals I chatted with were on the ownership/management team. What I appreciate is the kid-friendly accommodations. The garlic bread was absolutely delicious and so was the pizza. I do wish the bottom of the pizza was a little more rigid and capable of holding up the topping better. I love the decor in the dining room and lavatories. Overall, a very good experience and a great option for a higher quality pizza with cloth napkin dining off the boardwalk.

White lightening pizza

My first experience with the pizza from this place was a takeout order. We sampled the Pepperoni 101 and the Sausage and Peppers. The pepperoni was crispy and with had loads of little pepperoni slices. Of course, my traveling friends have noted that you don't really see pepperoni served in Italy, but it's a staple over here! Very flavorful sausage and peppers, a lot less heavy on the meat topping than the pepperoni. We visited the restaurant on a rainy evening. Not at all crowded. Decor is old style American pizza place, even the beer mugs are the old heavy glass. Cute, but a much smaller pour than a pint. The white lightening is tasty with these crispy kale chips. The spicy boy is a very flavorful. Note, the anchovies on the Caesar are an upcharge. Not your average pizza and priced for it as well. (Now, let's see if "joe t" from Lewes gives this an "oh no").

Great service and good! We had pizza, garlic bread, Ceasar salad and pasta, everything was great!

When in Delaware...

In search of a quick bite to eat, Yelp led me to "the best pizza spot" in Delaware, or so it was described. The service was awesome, I can't lie, but I can't help but feel a little underwhelmed with the product. My pizza - the spicy Italian was just ok, and that was the overall sentiment from my entire family. My wife had a all white pizza with a bunch of veggies and feta cheese that she didn't love, my daughter got a meatball calzone that she didn't eat, and the half cheese half pepperoni was just ok. The wife and I ordered two Espresso Martini's that were a little on the non traditional side considering that's my go to drink and it didn't look, nor taste like any that I've had in the past. I think the part that got me the most was how expensive this place was, three pizzas, two drinks and a calzone ran me for $170 bucks. Never one to complain or be cheap, we simply paid the bill and vowed to never return. I hate to write such a poor review because my waitress and business boy were extremely nice and I loved everything about our interactions with them. But that's where the good begins and ends. We took our leftovers to our beach house and ended up throwing them away because nobody wanted them.

The ambiance is great. I love that classic Italian restaurant feel with old movie posters and checkered table cloths. We had their spin on an antipasto salad, it was amazing! I liked the music too. This restaurant is a must if you visit Rehoboth. It's a hidden treasure just a few steps off of the Rehoboth The wait staff were so attentive and friendly. Excellent service!

We had mixed opinions on the pizza, the overall consensus is the size is too small, the ingredients (sauce, cheese, seasonings) were sparse

Excellent, from the food to the service. The pasta is fresh and the pizza memorable, definitely a must try for your first meal in Rehoboth.

The best pizza in the Rehoboth area!! We're glad it finally reopened after its sister restaurant (Bramble & Brine) opened in Lewes.

However, when we arrived at the location there was no happy hour going on. This was my first visit here. The ambiance was bright and roomy with New York deco and photos. The staff were friendly and courteous. Our server who was also the bartender greeted us in a friendly manner and told us the specials of the day as well as recommendations of best sellers. We opted for the $30 special for 2 which was a choice of Greek salad, Caesar salad or soup to start for each person and then a pizza to share. The pizzas are 12". We ordered the Greek and Caesar salads and the Arugala Bianca pizza. We also ordered the Smoked Burrata as an appetizer. The Caesar and Greek salads were fresh and rather large portion. The Smoked Burrata doesn't come with any bread so you have to pay extra for $3 for that. I feel it should be included. Delicious! The roasted red pepper pesto is very tasty but does have a little bit of heat. The bread is made in house and served with an herb butter. Very yummy! Definitely a must have! The pizza was nicely layered with toppings. It comes with a truffle oil but because I am allergic to mushrooms we did not have that. It definitely needs a little more of something. A balsamic drizzle would have been perfect and probably the truffle oil. It was nicely cooked with a crust crunch with each bite. Everything so fresh on it. Yummy! Definitely of the NY style type of pizza. Overall we were pleased with the meal and experience. We will be back to choose a pizza with some sauce on it.

I've had the quattro formaggi pizza twice now, and while I enjoyed it both times, the second time had a bit too much wet cheese on top, which is the only reason I gave this 4-stars instead of 5. The inside of the restaurant is cute, and the menu has a nice selection of options. The staff were conscientious of my gluten allergy, which I really appreciated, and they were kind. I've been surprised many times when we've driven past that there aren't more cars in the parking lot, so I'd highly recommend giving them a try if you're on the fence!

I loved it with the dipping oil. I wanted to keep eating the bread, but had to save room for the pasta. Their pasta is made fresh in-house. I had the cheese wheel pasta and added chicken. We arrived around 6 PM on a Wednesday, and the place was pretty full. It's a small but nicely decorated spot. Just a heads-up: there aren't any large tables, so they push smaller ones together for bigger groups. The seating along the walls is built-in wooden benches. It works, but it's not the most comfortable. We were a party of three. There were a couple of 2-person tables open, but since one party had just gotten their check, we waited for them to leave instead of making the staff rearrange tables. Once they left, the table was cleaned quickly, and we were seated right away. The staff was very friendly. The menu is small, just two pages for dinner and one for breakfast. They bring a carafe of ice water to the table, which was fine since that's all I wanted. I didn't ask about other drinks, but the only ones listed were coffee options on the breakfast side. They also brought out a bread basket with olive oil and herbs. The oil was a bit bland. A place near my home does a similar thing, but with much more flavor. I assume it comes down to the herbs they use. For dinner, I had the cheese wheel pasta with shrimp, my mom had it with chicken, and my brother went with plain spaghetti and marinara. We all enjoyed our meals with no complaints about the food. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd go back, but I might try the takeout location next time
