(They have a work area in the back) I had never done it and he didnt want it done in the store. I told him that I bought it here and it would be good customer service to help with installing it. As I stated, I had not done it before. He said thats not part of the deal and that its not the policy of Oreilly to handle caustic substances. I walked outside and on the sidewalk installed the acid using the directions. Turns out it was quite simple. and put the plastic cover over the holes. The label said it needed to be trickle charged also. Directions said to let it sit for 20 minutes before charging. I went back in with the battery and asked for a trickle charge and not to start for 20 minutes showing him the instructions in the pamphlet. The young man i spoke to took it back to the back. They started charging it in the back and he came out and said it will be ready in 20 minutes. I said NO its supposed to sit for 20 minutes before you begin the trickle charge. (remember i even showed him the instructions before he carried it back to the work area) Fortunately the young black man there looked over the directions with me and saw how long to trickle charge it. He agreed to wait 20 minutes to begin the process. I cant tell you how disappointed I was with the refusal of the technician who refused to do a simple task to help me install the acid in the battery i bought from them (again i had never done it). Lesson: Dont count on customer service at OReilly Auto Parts. Wish I had gone across the street to Auto Zone or NAPA. Was it worth losing a customer for life? I wont be back.

I had to go to the Mazda Dealer for a reprogramming of my key fobs, and just happened to choose…read morethis one due to it being close to me. However I have to say the service team: specifically Victor and Perry (Service Mgr) were great throughout it all. I will say at first I was a bit annoyed because I had an appt scheduled one day and the people on the phone told me incorrect information when making my appt. so I wasted my time to go out there in the middle of my workday for no reason. Only to get there and then tell me I couldn't have it re-programmed. Where some places would've probably just programmed and may have left you stuck. As Mazda vehicles require 2 "good keys" to reprogram, and one the process is started it deems your vehicle immobile if it doesn't pair. Victor and Perry took the time to explain to me the chances of the other key not programming and all my various options and costs associated with it, so I could make the best decision for myself on what I wanted to do. Victor and Perry kept me updated throughout the whole process, and thankfully it all worked out. What I appreciated besides the communication with Perry and Victor is the fact that they took the time to explain in lamens terms the whole scenario and possible consequences of them doing the programming. I know some places definitely would've just gone ahead and if it didn't work, forced you to buy the Mazda mfctr key through them which is like $300. I also chatted with some of the sales guys while there, and they weren't pushy just talked about the feature of my car versus some of the other models. I would definitely recommend them and will be back for servicing or if I choose to upgrade my car. Thanks for making what could've been a nightmare of a process, a great experience Victor and Perry!

Ash Galoyan and Zack Alia was incredibly patient, honest, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept communication open throughout the process, and worked hard to help us get a deal we felt good about. The finance team were also great to work with and made everything straightforward and transparent. We purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus AWD and really like it so much already! The vehicle was spotless, the process was efficient, and the entire team treated us with kindness and respect from start to finish. If you're looking for a dealership that values customer service and professionalism without the typical high-pressure tactics, we definitely recommend Town North Mazda. Worth the drive from Louisiana for us! Thank y'all again for such a great experience!

After I asked a few basic questions, he became noticeably irritated and redirected me to someone else. He told me that his colleague Marrick--who I had not yet met--was the "test driver," which I later learned wasn't accurate, as Marrick is actually a salesperson. The interaction felt dismissive, and I brought my concern to the manager. A review should reflect the entire experience, both good and bad, and this part of the visit was disappointing. Kevin's attitude and impatience cost him a sale. On the other hand, Marrick was excellent. He was patient, not pushy, and genuinely helpful. I would have rated the visit a 3 based on the initial interaction, but Marrick completely turned the experience around and ultimately earned the dealership a full-payment sale. My review reflects what I truly believe: it's not the company itself--it's the people representing the company who can make or break the customer experience. In this situation it was Marrick because I could have purchased a Mercedes for less than what I purchased the Camry for. I picked up my new wheels on November 14, 2025. Marrick is the best if you want a great sale experience. S. Jones

Kept interrupting my wife when we were trying to ask questions. Extremely arrogant too and told us he's a pro at this because he grew up in the car industry. Cool story bro but no one cares. The customer DOES care about how you talk to them and treat them. They will finesse every dime out of you and charge you for THEIR expenses which is ridiculous so do not fall for it. Pro tip: do NOT under any circumstance tell them how much of a monthly payment you would be ok with. This is a tactic dealerships use to squeeze every dollar out of you without negotiating the price. Last thing: they told me they would take an outside lender for a loan, but when we were trying to buy, Jacob the douche told me that they don't and only use their bank of choice or whatever. STAY AWAY. you'll thank me later
