Here's the proof of the order

I bought my 12 year old daughter a signed autograph helmet and case authentic from the Dallas official website dec 12 2025. It said to call before dec 23 if it hasn't got there . It was to be a gift for my 12 year old daughter . After dec 26 when I called them they gave me another date of January 16 2026 that they will ship the items . Now it's Jan 20 2026. I still haven't got the item . Now the only option they are giving me is a refund . Cowboys staff and employees are ridiculous. They don't care on completing orders especially for kids.

While I'm not a Dallas Cowboys fan, I do recognize they're one of pro sports' most iconic and valuable franchises. Historically, the Cowboys have been the most valuable team in the NFL. There's no denying Dallas' success. To date, the Cowboys have won five Super Bowls, is tied for second-most in league history. The Cowboys were Super Bowl champs the following seasons: 1. 1971 (VI), MVP: Roger Staubach (QB) 2. 1977 (XII), MVPs: Harvey Martin (DE) and Randy White (DT) 3. 1992 (XXVII), MVP: Troy Aikman (QB) 4. 1993 (XXVIII), MVP: Emmitt Smith (RB) 5. 1995 (XXX), MVP: Larry Brown (CB) The coach of the 1971 and 1977 teams was Tom Landry, the coach of the back-to-back championship teams was Jimmy Johnson, and the coach of the 1995 team was Barry Switzer. Landry and Johnson are Pro Football Hall of Fame coaches. Landry coached the Cowboys by far the longest, from 1960 to 1988 (29 seasons). The next longest-tenured coach was recent coach Jason Garrett (10 seasons, 2010-2019). Garrett was NFL Coach of the Year in 2016, but he never led the Cowboys past the NFC Divisional Game. He did win three NFC East titles, though. Sports in the 90s were defined by the Cowboys along with the Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls. Current owner, Jerry Jones, has owned the franchise since 1989, overseeing the early glory years. Jones is a Hall of Famer along with many former well-known Cowboys players such as most of the aforementioned Super Bowl MVPs, Tony Dorsett (1977-1987), Michael Irvin (1988-1999), and Deion Sanders (1995-1999). The Cowboys haven't been the same since. After Jason Garrett, Mike McCarthy was hired as the ninth and latest head coach of the team a year ago (January 2020). He previously led the Green Bay Packers to nine postseason appearances in 13 seasons including winning Super Bowl XLV during the 2010 season. The Cowboys finished 6-10 (.375) and in 3rd place in the NFC East in McCarthy's first season in 2020. Finally, I can't leave a review for the Dallas Cowboys without mentioning the popular and world-renowned Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. They are widely-regarded as the No. 1 cheerleading squad on the planet.

Consistently disappointing. Every time I try enjoying again I am let down. I would avoid at all costs, there are much better options out there.

The Boys are still in town (not Frisco, yet).

There are two types of fans of the Dallas Cowboys: those who love them, and those that do not. There really isn't any in-between. Still known as "America's Team", the Cowboys symbolize both an American brand as much as an iconic NFL team. No matter how much you love or hate them, you really can't mention anything NFL noteworthy without discussing them at some point. The Cowboy's lineage alone is almost as if it is life defining a piece of art; a manner of poetry in motion, to which Cowboy's fans and enemies alike can describe this franchise in the manner of a Charles Dickens classic- "It wsas the best of times, it was the worst of times...it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness." Valley Ranch has housed the Cowboys since 1985. Although the Cowboys have outgrown this facility and will be moving to a new development in 2016, the facility itself is worth noting in being the genesis of a new era in Cowboys lore. The ghosts of Landry & Schramm still walk the hallways that witnessed the addition of three more Vince Lombardi trophies added to the glass case that contains the other two won during Super Bowls VI & XII. This facility witnessed the fall of a Bum Bright, and the rise of Jerry Jones, who added Hall of Fame names to America's dinner table: Aikman, Smith, Irvin, Allen, Sanders, Haley, and a host of others such as Jimmy Johnson, Barry Switzer, Jay Novacek, Moose Johnston, Tony Romo, and Dez Bryant. The facility is cordoned off by trees and foliage designed to keep the gawkers at bay. Surprisingly, this facility is surrounding by several apartment complexes and housing developments within the Valley Ranch area. Security is evident in the front. For those that want to either tour the facility or watch a practice, either call the team directly or get the tour as part of a package that also includes a tour of AT&T Stadium. You don't have to travel deep into the heart of Texas to see if the stars at night are big & bright. The brightest star in Texas shines in Valley Ranch. And for novice football fans that still need proof of such, just take a stroll down Cowboys Parkway and read the words of "Dallas Cowboys, World Champions." Welcome to Valley Ranch, home of America's Team.

The Dallas Cowboys "America's Team. Five time Super Bowl Champions. Yelp Challenge 44/100. I'm not going to lie to kick it, I kinda sorta liked them back in the day. I used to rock the Cowboys button up Starter jacket in Jr High and High school. But that was then and this is now. Do I like them? Hmmm, I guess they're okay. I just think Romo is holding back that team. Hey that's my opinion :) This team was really good back in the 90's. I loved watching them play my 49ers during that time. Especially come playoff time, those were the days. In my opinion the Cowboys and 49ers dominated the 90's. My favorite players during that time frame were, Charles Haley, Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin, Emmitt Smith, "Neon Deion" Sanders, Jay Novacek, Daryl "Moose" Johnston and Larry Allen. Like this team or not those were great players, The Cowboys had great players before this era. But that was way before my time. So I can't speak on it because I never got the chance to see the old greats play. The Boys got a good future with Dez Bryant and I really do like him a lot. So who knows what is instored for the Boy's this year. Probably the million dollar questions can Romo stay healthy and finally win the big one? I don't know about y'all but I'm ready for some Football. Vincent D aka VD aka Vebola aka Vincent Vega.. Always enjoying the simple things in life.

Ask the Community - Dallas Cowboys

Will the Cowboys be a relevant organization within the next 25 years or is the only accomplishable goal winning the title of "NFC East Champions"?

I think they will win at least one more Super Bowl by 2046.

I guess I'll be tbe first official review on the second official day of the tailgate…read more We came from out of town for the Dallas vs Patriots game and decided to check out the new tailgate party since my husband is a huge Dez fan. I paid $88 for entry and husband paid $250. Both got us entry to the tailgate, lunch, lunch, open bar, and a raffle ticket. His level ticket got my husband a brief meet and greet with Dez Bryant. There was plenty of seating and bathrooms and a/c. Decent bar selection. Today's menu was jerk pork chops, jerk chicken wings, fried shrimp, Mac and cheese, and beans. There was a DU inside and out playing music throughout the event. There was NO parking available and it took me a while to get that info the night before. So be prepared to pay at least $80 for parking on top of your tickets. The good: Food was yummy, drinks were plentiful, music was good, Dez was personable and friendly. The DJs kept their energy high, even if the patron's energy was kinda low. Needs Improvement: We showed up 20 min after they were supposed to open and we still waited 30 min. Dez also showed up late, which wasn't that big of a deal but we did have a game to be at. The raffle: the info says each person gets entered into a drawing to watch the game from Dez's sky box. We waited and waiting for the drawing, but all we saw given away was tickets for the next home game. Maybe they gave the grand prize away later but we were some of the last people still there and missed kickoff waiting. Never happened, which is pretty disappointing. Opinion: I'm glad we went once, but I don't think we'd ever do it again. It'll either get bigger and better or it'll fizzle out. But I do hope it's the former!

I didn't go for a game, just wandered through, but even without a crowd it had that big Texas energy. You can feel the history in the bones of the place--like it's still whispering old Rangers games to itself while gearing up for a rugby scrum or high school football showdown. The architecture is part ballpark, part modern facelift, and part "we're figuring it out as we go." I kind of loved it. It was quiet the day I visited, but the views were wide open and the breeze rolled through like it had season tickets. From the upper deck, you can see the whole Arlington entertainment zone laid out like a buffet--Texas Live!, AT&T Stadium, all of it. Choctaw might not be the headliner anymore, but it's still in the show--and it's got charm, history, and a little grit left in the stands.

Our company provided each guest with three drink tickets, and many attendees -- including ourselves -- happily purchased additional drinks beyond that. Unfortunately, our experience with most of the bartenders was disappointing. We visited two different bar stations, and several bartenders came across as rude or uninterested, almost as if serving guests was an inconvenience. This stood out especially since the event was a large private rental, and guests were continuing to spend money throughout the evening. That said, one bartender truly made a positive impression -- Analilia. She was friendly, welcoming, and had an amazing attitude that completely changed the experience at her bar. She provided the level of service you would expect at a venue of this caliber. Despite the inconsistent service, we still enjoyed the event overall thanks to the atmosphere, food, and entertainment. I hope management recognizes team members like Analilia and works to ensure a more consistently positive guest experience across all bar stations in the future.

I get casino vibes from this place due to the bright screens and layout of the area with all the eating/drinking options. Too bad the state won't legalize gambling to make this happen but if/when they do, I know this venue is ripe for conversion to that format. So this is the new field for the Rangers replacing Globe Life park. While I think it's silly and a waste of $$$ to get a new ballpark considering Globe Life Park is less than 25 years old, I give this new ballpark some props for the fact that it has a retractable roof to make ball games more bearable during those hot Texas summers. Plus they've built around this area which include the Texas Live! venue nearby for entertainment and lodging purposes. As for the views of the ballpark, each time I've been here was in section 303 cause tickets are cheap at around $20 per head. You get a nice overview of the diamond and the outfield and the seats are very accessible via the elevator. As for concessions, I saw on Instagram that they have some special concoctions but it's on the first floor somewhere. Plus I have no desire to pay $7-8 for a hot dog or $14 for a beer; both of which are highway robbery. Some tickets do include credits you can use toward food depending on where you're sitting and how much you pay. But for now, the $20/ticket is fine with me as far as all I need to pay.
