Our company provided each guest with three drink tickets, and many attendees -- including ourselves -- happily purchased additional drinks beyond that. Unfortunately, our experience with most of the bartenders was disappointing. We visited two different bar stations, and several bartenders came across as rude or uninterested, almost as if serving guests was an inconvenience. This stood out especially since the event was a large private rental, and guests were continuing to spend money throughout the evening. That said, one bartender truly made a positive impression -- Analilia. She was friendly, welcoming, and had an amazing attitude that completely changed the experience at her bar. She provided the level of service you would expect at a venue of this caliber. Despite the inconsistent service, we still enjoyed the event overall thanks to the atmosphere, food, and entertainment. I hope management recognizes team members like Analilia and works to ensure a more consistently positive guest experience across all bar stations in the future.

We drove out, paid for parking, and walked up expecting to grab dinner and watch the Mexico World Cup match, only to be told at the door that they had "just started charging admission for the Mexico games." Mind you, we came to Texas Live to see Mexico vs S Korea, USA vs AUS, USA vs HERZ, and were not charged. Seriously? If you're going to change your policy and charge people just to enter your venue to eat and watch a game, the least you can do is make that crystal clear before people spend money on parking. It was not on their website so this is UNACCEPTABLE! AND why just the Mexico games? I'd say that was predatory at the least. If it was solely about safety, let who arrives be served, but you took advantage and cost us $ AND inconvenience. DO BETTER!

From taking pictures with the bull, to the amazing food and drinks, I had a really good time. The staff were friendly and professional and the band was awesome as well. The rodeo segment was really fun to watch as well as engaging and it made my experience next level. Overall this place was a total vibe!

There are multiple areas in the establishment but bar's everywhere you you don't have to go extremely far for drinks. We came for a MMA event and had a great time exploring the venue itself. There are different foods in various locations, you just have to pay attention to the LED signage. We ended up at the pizza station but there were other places with salads, wings and other things. Service overall at the food places was good and staff around the venue was also very nice. We'd definitely come back to hang out with friends.

Watched the World Cup match between Croatia and England from Section 420…read more Unfortunately Croatia came up short and lost 4-2, but the atmosphere inside the stadium was incredible. Fans from both countries were loud, passionate, and fully into the match from start to finish. Even as a neutral, it would have been hard not to get caught up in the energy. The stadium itself is massive and impressive the moment you walk in. Even from the upper level, the views were excellent, and the giant video board made it easy to follow every play. Section 420 gave a great perspective of the entire field and the crowd around the stadium. Getting in and out was well organized, concessions were easy to find, and the staff kept everything running smoothly despite the huge crowd. While the result wasn't what I was hoping for, being able to watch a World Cup match in person at AT&T Stadium was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere alone made the trip worth it.

I was charged a significant amount for food that was never delivered. After the event, I sent multiple emails and received no response. The only way I was able to recover my money was by disputing the charge through my credit card company. Before leaving the stadium, I went to Customer Service to try to resolve the issue. I have a broken foot, so making the trip across the stadium was painful and inconvenient, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to help. Instead, I was told it was a "known issue." The staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving the problem, offered no meaningful assistance, and no one even apologized. It's hard to understand how a venue hosting one of the world's premier sporting events can provide such poor customer service. My first World Cup experience should have been memorable for the match itself, not for spending weeks trying to recover money for food I never received. Very disappointing.

When you arrive you can either park on the street, in a nearby garage or take the DART down to victory park station and walk into the stadium. Once you arrive you'll likely walk by the Dirk statue off of Nowitzki Way and walk past a few businesses to get into the stadium. Also you'll want to stand in line early as the lines can get long to enter and if your seats are in the upper levels the escalators can take a while. Our seats for this game were on the upper level so we headed up the escalators and found our seats. Once inside you'll be transported to a loud sports venue. This game came down to the wire, but unfortunately the Mavs ended up losing by a few points. If you enjoy watching sports, I highly recommend checking out a Mavs game.

I liked that they had Kona on draft, I could get two beers here for the price of one at a MLB stadium. The bar on the 3rd base side weirdly didn't have any draft beer. Each section on has about 8-10 rows in, so no bad seats really. We came the second day of the season and was surprised that the restrooms weren't very clean, all the sanitation bins were full - which didn't make sense. The stadium also had a fishy smell to it which I didn't notice to begin with but about half way through I couldn't not smell it! Most fridays if not all are fireworks and they let you sit on the grass - nice little display with a good view. Would come back again, hopefully they sort the smell and cleanliness issues out. Got a first time certificate but they don't have any stickers or buttons - they did have some in the store but wanted $5 for a small button! Game times tend to run longer than MLB, it was about a 3hr game.
