Tickets for entry are $15 at the door. Parking is $12 right by the coliseum and is so convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly. A really enjoyable experience!

Our company provided each guest with three drink tickets, and many attendees -- including ourselves -- happily purchased additional drinks beyond that. Unfortunately, our experience with most of the bartenders was disappointing. We visited two different bar stations, and several bartenders came across as rude or uninterested, almost as if serving guests was an inconvenience. This stood out especially since the event was a large private rental, and guests were continuing to spend money throughout the evening. That said, one bartender truly made a positive impression -- Analilia. She was friendly, welcoming, and had an amazing attitude that completely changed the experience at her bar. She provided the level of service you would expect at a venue of this caliber. Despite the inconsistent service, we still enjoyed the event overall thanks to the atmosphere, food, and entertainment. I hope management recognizes team members like Analilia and works to ensure a more consistently positive guest experience across all bar stations in the future.

There are different foods in various locations, you just have to pay attention to the LED signage. We ended up at the pizza station but there were other places with salads, wings and other things. Service overall at the food places was good and staff around the venue was also very nice. We'd definitely come back to hang out with friends.

I have a hard time flying with a heart condition anyway but be left in a place such as Chicago and can't get to my destination, it would devastate me and it was only logical to cancel the flight and drive . And know that I will get home safe . But to never be able to get a partial refund on my fight is unacceptable. I had no problem with even a 1/4 of the cost . But give me a credit that I can NOT and will NOT use is horrible customer service. I am not asking for a full refund of my return flight, I am asking for a partial refund. I will never let my family fly with a cheap pathetic airline again .

We came the second day of the season and was surprised that the restrooms weren't very clean, all the sanitation bins were full - which didn't make sense. The stadium also had a fishy smell to it which I didn't notice to begin with but about half way through I couldn't not smell it! Most fridays if not all are fireworks and they let you sit on the grass - nice little display with a good view. Would come back again, hopefully they sort the smell and cleanliness issues out. Got a first time certificate but they don't have any stickers or buttons - they did have some in the store but wanted $5 for a small button! Game times tend to run longer than MLB, it was about a 3hr game.
