Well what is there to say about Mustang Panther Stadium. As I'm the first to review I'll give the…read moregeneral basics. This stadium is owned by GCISD school district and the home stadium for CHHS & GHS high schools respectively. They host Thursday & friday night football games here, as well I think they use it for high school soccer during the spring. They may also use the track for track & field events but I don't recall ever hearing or going to those events. I've heard they will also hold dare program type things there for the younger schools in the district. When you go in expect a decent trek up hill to get to the stands, it can be kind of painful for those with health issues but it will give you a little bit of a work out to work off one or two of those nachos your going to get! They don't have a covered doam, so expect to dress for weather! If your attending a friday night football game there, parking is going to be a pain. You can't find parking in stadiums parking after a certain point. So if you want to park there I suggest getting their really early for the times they have tailgate type events which they usually have before every game. That or bring your own tailgate foods & non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy until they open the gates to come in. I normally suggest going ahead and parking at GHS high school which is walking distance. If you don't want to walk it they run school buses from that parking lot to the stadium gates, which my daughter loves to do so it's worth it to park further, and you get valet drop off at the gate so with small kids it rocks. Concessions are your usually basics ... soda, candy, nachos ... usually they will have at least one School district sponsors food option there like chick fil a or papa johns there as well to sell sandwiches or slices of pizza. Like where CFA will sell or donate them 500 sandwiches at a reduced amount to sell for "full" price at the stands to raise $. Concessions are usually run by one of the schools band booster parents so proceeds go to support the band programs. The field used to be grass but they upgraded to AstroTurf a couple years after I graduated high school, so I think around 2006-2007. Overall not a bad stadium, but it has been there for a long time so there is always room for improvement, but you can tell the district does what it can when it has the funds to do so.

Great high school stadium. Bathrooms are clean, concessions are good, bit a bit slow and after the…read moresun goes down, the visiting team side has a great view. Stadium is large, yet you feel close to the field and can see all of the field well. They could use more parking, but if you go in time, you shouldn't have any problems. If you have a truck or jeep, better yet, you can make your own parking!

Locals peddling thier products they have spent hours crafting with love to others in the community. And the city was so supportive of the vendors- the city employees working the event were constantly making rounds insuring everything was going well and the visitors were having a good time. The Mayor even came around and was shaking everyone's hand and taking selfies with the booth vendors. I see you, Mr. Mayor Jim. They had a ton of food and local bands/ performers as well. My favorite was Poly Hwy- go check them out on FB. They were Polynesian and had a very island-y vibe. It was the perfect chill music to have playing while you stroll around. John Tipton was second- dude if you are reading this- that was the best cover of Bad Leroy Brown ever! And all of this was FREE! Silver Dollar Winery was serving up vino- although I wish they would have had the frozen peachy wine slushie- hint hint for next year guys ;). Crazy Cowboy was smoking up a storm and slinging brisket sandwiches and Rahr beer. La Rosita truck was also there in case you had a hankering for a taco. Bedford is a hidden gem guys, real talk. It was a beautiful day and a great spot for all this fun. Bookmark this and meet me there next year!

I failed to remember the names of the people in the store but they were so helpful and kind. The man who greeted me was genuinely so excited to share information about all the services and products they offer. I really appreciate his joy and knowledge. He helped me research what incense would be safe around my cat. That was really thoughtful! I also really appreciate the woman at the register that looked up crystals that could help relieve and reduce inflammation for my mom's lupus. I'm really hoping the Malachite helps! I will most definitely be back to re-browse and find new goodies and maybe take a class or 2!

My mom, godmother and I were the only attendees since the other group never showed up. Although I had been to other "sip and paint" functions, this experience was unique because Randy was actually the author of the painting we completed and it was a tribute to Prince. He was very patient and kind even when we were super critical of our painting. He even performed "Purple Rain" for us which was a special treat. I'd love to go back.

She encouraged us all & reminded us that no 2 are going to look alike nor are they going to look like the example but they will still be a work of art. She was marvelous & I'm sorry I don't remember her name but her gorgeous face & her kind words are forever burned into my mind & heart. She never rushed us nor did I ever feel like we were on a time limit. We did go to the evening class, I don't know if that had anything to do with it but it was awesome. The whole class finished before the 2 hrs. We also loved that we could bring our own drinks & snacks. Javier had his Coronas which he loved! His daughter had her dr.peppers & I had my sweet tea. For anyone who still hasn't tried this get out from under your rock & do it! If you don't want to get out because of the virus, they make to go packages to do at home she let us know & they do private parties. This is so relaxing & as you can see from our pics no 2 are alike nor perfect but we had so much fun as a family. Even my boyfriend & his was the best! Now my brother wants to try it. Book your class! Go on a date! Have some fun!
