My friends picked this place to go and hang out. I loved it! It feels like in in a backyard, despite it having a parking lot and highway next to it. The decorations hide everything. It felt like chilling outside. We got a few drinks and food. Everything was perfection- I got steamed veggies and tater tots, both of which were excellent! I did get a few mixed drinks, they felt like more sugar than anything, but were still good. Our server was the kindest person! Come over several times to check on us. There was also a live band playing 90s music. It was a great night and we made several memories! read more

We came to ice house for a couple of drinks. The prices the prices are amazing. They have really good cheap drinks and the atmosphere is very chill. The stars game was playing and the crowd was piling in. We had a waitress Hayley, she was attentive and funny. I also ate the crispy chicken Caesar wrap and it was amazing. Will definitely be back. 9/10 recommend, especially for a little pregame. read more

Don't come here with a large party (by that I mean a party of 6). Took over 10 minutes to even be greeted. Extremely slow service and very mediocre food. Hamburgers over cooked and extremely basic, fries disappointing and overall other food just not very good. I'd say go to Boomer Jacks but in all honesty if you're in this shopping center just go to McDonald's. read more

I started going to this bar not long ago and there is a new lady working there I believe her name is Andrea or Andria, really nice and super attentive to all of us customers. I was there the other day and she was super busy but she never forgot about us and always smiling. good job icehouse for hiring people like her, I seen other just waking around but she was on point and It only took one time for use to order and she remember it all the time we were there . good young lady read more

stumbled upon this place after watching a movie next door and it was a very pleasant surprise! they were having their weekly open mic night, so the crowd was very lively, and the patio is beautifully lit with string lights. perfect for a nice drink outdoors. also their drink specials/prices are unbeatable in the area- definitely recommend for a lowkey evening out read more

Super disappointed with service. Orders were wrong, staff were not friendly, and ignored us when we came in. Tried to give them a pass because they were busy, but it just got worse. 90 proof cover band was ok. The songs were good but they were good on their own. Twice I went up to get merch but was ignored and even stepped around. read more

Wife and I were meeting another couple here. We arrived before they did and were told to seat ourselves. We waited 10 minutes or so and no one came over. I went looking for a server and found one who wasn't ours and she assured me she would let our server know. Five minutes later we got up and left and not a single employee cared. We went next door and had a great time. read more

This is by far my favorite local hang out. The food is great, music and events are fun and a great way to end any day. Rob is by far the best bartender around! He's always friendly and ready to take care of me or my husband. Anytime I'm up there he's the guy we go to! read more

My friends and I go to this establishment at least every Tuesday night for their Open Jam and also visit frequently to hear live music. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful. One great thing about any neighborhood bar is when your bartender gets to know you. Every Tuesday night for the last two years, I make sure to sit at the side bar because I know Rob C will be there to serve us cold drinks, have some laughs, share good music and conversation. Rob will make my drink for me and have it waiting, as he sees me start walking from the parking lot. We poke at the fact that everyone wants his attention at the same time. We keep him hopping and he always comes through. We celebrate birthdays of his, and ours and our kids and band members at his bar. We give hugs and share prayers. He's one of the people I look forward to seeing every Tuesday night read more

Drinks are great! Staff is kind and bust their butts! Food is great at a great price! Sadly they ruined their outdoor patio. They put fake grass down with not appealing decor but that can be over looked. The cat pee smell outside on the patio is just overpowering. Stay inside or stay off the fake grass area!!!!! read more

I live in Phoenix but travel regularly to DFW for work. I make a point to always come here to relax and unwind after a day's work. Rob does an awesome job!! And I make a new friend just about every visit, it feels like home here! The wings are fantastic, too! Thanks Rob, for a home away from home! read more

As regular customers, this experience with Rob was especially disappointing. We've supported this bar & grill consistently for many years, but the service during our recent visit and recent previous visits with Rob was poor and inattentive. Long wait times, lack of communication, and feeling overlooked made the experience frustrating. Loyal customers should feel valued, and unfortunately that was not the case this time. Rob was rude & slammed the drinks down on the bar counter. When another regular customer was asking for a drink, more than once, that customer was lectured by Rob that he will get him a beer when he can. There was multiple customers leaving at the same time due to the way Rob was handling his regulars at the bar area. The manager Denise is kind and has fun with her customers (regulars). read more

Went for green beers on St Patricks day. Not crowded at lunch. Great atmosphere with live music on Fridays, Dj, open mic karaoke on other nights. Great outdoor patio with tvs but too cold for that today. Our server Lexi was awesome, friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Birria tacos and quesadillas were good. Good drink and lunch specials. We will definitely be back read more

Enjoyed the drinks and food. Zoe was my waitress , she gave me great service and I will definitely be back!

It was a awful experience for me and my friend. We ordered take out which took 45 minutes to come out, when if i wanted to stay that long i would have ordered in! Waiters were taking their time and not moving with urgency, this spot was recommended by a friend and i will be telling everyone not to come here because food quality and quantity doesn't match up with those prices at ALL! Do better staff for the next victims of this BS! read more

Excellent service !! you can never go wrong with Kim behind the bar !! Everything is good !! drinks are awesome !!!

Had an incredible dining experience here last night, largely thanks to our server, Anna They were attentive, warm, and knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations that really elevated our meal. Thursday, Aug. 7 - there for a benefit. $20 to reserve a table! Ordered nachos, she asked if I wanted beef, chicken or half n half, I said, half n half. I asked if I could have jalapenos and she said yes. Nachos, full order of beef is $15.99. But since I said half n half, I was charged $4.99 extra for the chicken - so I paid for a full order of beef, but actually received half beef to make room for the chicken. The jalapenos were $1 extra. NONE of the upcharges were disclosed, which is not right. Had the charges been disclosed, I would have said no to the chicken. Most restaurants don't charge for the jalapenos. Jalapenos should come with nachos because after all, they are nachos. And all in all, the taste of the order was okay, not that great. A friend bought me a strawberry margarita - I don't think there was any alcohol in it. I doubt that I will go back there. read more

Britney was our waitress. I ordered the steak, requested Medium Rare with the sweet potato fries. Unfortunately the steak was far from medium rare. It was very rare, extremely chewy and far from any appetizing flavor. The potato fries was undercooked too sadly. I informed Britney, she said she will see what she can do. Waited and waited. Over thirty minutes later, still didn't give me any options to fix the situation, didnt even offered to recook the entree; but she did take the plate without asking then charged me full price for inedible food. Throughout the night, she made eye contact with me yet never tried to fix the situation despite informing her prior and taking the plate away when most of it was untouched. At least recook the food so I can actually eat the food I paid for! I paid despite the inedible food and the neglectful service. My friends I was with were shocked with how my situation was handled yet for them they were treated much better. I still tipped despite the terrible experience. It was not fair or right being treated that way. It was a shame as a first time customer because I honestly would have liked to go there again for the ambience and experience the live karaoke again. But after the neglectful service and poor food control, it unfortunately seems I like it may be a smart idea to skip this location for now on. My advice, stick to karaoke and the drinks at this location instead. My stomach was hurting throughout the night after trying out the steak and fries. read more

We only stopped in for a few drinks and to check out the Live Band Karaoke they offer on Thursday evenings, but the vibe was great and the live band did fantastic despite the fact the song requests were from a variety of genres and decades. We didn't sample any of the food, but we'll be back at a later date! The bartender was super friendly and service was on point. Music is a tad loud if volume bothers you, but that's what I expected from a live band in a small-ish indoor venue. read more

Was at the Bedford Ice House this past weekend and I had to drop a line to make sure I let folks know how good the food, service and atmosphere was.
