    Assorted Hi-Chews
    Ter L.

Not the greatest Daiso Japan. This particular store always looks extremely bare, giving off "close out" vibes. Items aren't as abundant as other locations but they carry the typical staples I look forward to. My favorite aisle to visit is the snacks department and the assortment of Hi-Chews offered absolutely gives me LIFE. Snacks can come off a bit repetitive but if you take the time to browse and with a little luck on your side, there are some pretty cool finds. 3 stars thanks to the affordable treats and the bargains pertaining to the plates, bowls, & it's additional dinnerware.

IMHO It's always fun to cruise the aisles at Daiso. You never know what you're going to find! Today we had to kill some time in the mall and knew that we'd be diverted inside Daiso. It's drought season in California and we need to conserve our water usage! In our household, we are saving our sink and shower water (showering in a big bucket...), and collecting the water to flush our toilets. Yes, it makes a difference!!! So I was looking for some small buckets to collect the water. I found two different-sized buckets for $1.50 each! The store is clean, organized and fairly bright. Customer service was friendly.

Loved this place! The day I came they were stocking up on a lot of items. I came specifically for their Rilakkuma/Sanrio section and they carried so many things! Happily surprised. I would recommend to come on a weekday for sure. Also they sell plushies here so that's always a plus in my book.

I am a fan of Daiso. This location however is just so so. First off the lighting was dull and it was messy, unlike all the other locations I have been to which are clean, well organized and well lit.

False advertising!! Don't trust what you see here!!

False advertising!! &bad customer service! They have the price of boba shibas for $5/each and when we made a purchase they charged us for $12.25. We showed them the whole 2-3 shelves with these boba shibas with advertised for $5 all over. The guy name Darwin Manuel even told us that he can't give us that price even tho 10 stickers with $5 price located right in-front, above, below these items.

    Large Inventory

This location doesn't look very big from the outside, but once you enter, you quickly realize that they have a fairly large inventory of goods for sale. I love the variety that they stock, you will recognize all of their products; just in Japanese import form, and will also see quite a few items that you have never heard of, but will absolutely want to have.

The last time I step foot in this store was a million years ago and I don't recall that I needed anything low of quality but last Saturday I took my daughter here because I promised her I would get her erasers (erasers shaped like food and misc. things), I found so many cute things that are both useful and useless to have. My kitchen appliances and cookware needs to be a certain brand (i.e. Kitchenaid, Cuisinart) so buying a frying pan here is out of the question but they have lots of plate and bowl settings that was too cute to pass up however, I refrained but I will return to get bento box sets because it's just too darn cute. I can make chicken katsu or tonkatsu and have a "Japanese" night. If you like to bake, this place has a lot of bakeware and cute ramekins. I not only love to bake but to give them away as gifts; this store has cellophane and goodie type bags just for that. I only put on eyelashes - OK - I pay for someone at MAC to put on my eyelashes for special escapades but after seeing the eyelashes here, perhaps I should start learning so I can look fabulous all the time. Lots of snacks. I wanted to look for the red wine Pocky (never had it) but I didn't see any. My kids enjoy those Asian shrimp chips so I got 2 bags of those. In the end, I had to walk out w/ at least one purchase and that purchase was a round egg thing I can use to microwave to get sunny side up eggs. What is blah is that the instructions to use it are in Japanese (2 attachments and I have no clue how to utilize it properly) but I have made eggs in it twice for my healthy bagel breakfast sandwiches this week. Don't scoff... the bagels are bagel thins and only consist of 110 calories!

Well I first heard about Daiso on one of my visits to Japan to see my sister. She shops there a lot. They carry some different items there that you can't get here. It's better than the dollar stores like dollar tree in my opinion. I like to stop in and get some things like eye glass cleaner cloths, garbage bags, chalk markers and other incidental items. You can't beat the price most items are $1.50, but some are higher so be sure to check the price out before you get to the check out line. They are pretty much everywhere. Each store carries different items based on availability.

I choose these cute little post-it's

Love coming to this store to feed my post-it's addiction. They always have the cutest little post-it's. I can't help but come in every time I'm at the mall. They also have a variety of Asian soups and drinks. This time they even had canes for $2.00 dollars. I might need to get one for my sister or me, joking. Come in and see what you find here I'm sure you'll find something for your office, a snack, or some beauty aid.

Small but well stocked. I'm always up for a stroll in Daiso just to see what cute stuff they have for my puppies. I also found this faux fur hair clip that was going for $14 at Nordstrom at $1.50 apiece. Such a small price to pay for random things that you don't really need!

Beware of their canned drinks! I bought this calpico and discovered that it had some weird squishy black thing at the bottom...

Not much of a selection of items compared to other Daisos such as Valley Fair. Small area and because of it the area is a bit cramped.

IMHO Interesting…read moreplace. Finally got a chance to check it out after reading about it. I'd read that it is really cramped and unorganized. I found that there was enough room to move about and aisles were clear. Yes, product is stacked high but not dangerous to navigate. There was one gentleman working, and we said hello. He said if we had any questions, to just ask. We had no idea what to expect or what we were looking for. You really have to take the time to slowly walk around and look high and low. I suppose you can find great bargains if you know your prices and are willing to spend some time there. They had tons of bedding, kitchen appliances, light bulbs and fixtures, huge rugs, weighted blankets, shoes, Water Piks, name brand luggage, and a ton of clothing on racks and some piled to be picked through, plus a bunch of other stuff. I even found some packages of pepperoni, but they were just thrown on a shelf. I guess they're shelf stable... All of these items are close-outs or returned to Costco, or just out-of-season (like the Christmas trees and wrapping paper I found.) If you like going on a treasure hunt, this is your place! I'm sure I'll go back, one day...

It was a fluffy little monster she made into a charm with a kilt pin, and I wanted to see if I could find one, so I stopped in there this morning. Five Below is like a dollar store, but most items are five dollars and below. They have lots of toys, craft supplies, beauty products, kids clothes, and candy. Their demographic is teens and tweens. It was crowded with families and kids when I arrived. The store had lots of Easter items near the entrance, as well as toys. I walked quickly around the store, checking out what they had to offer. I didn't see the fluffy monsters. The candy section was huge and they had a good selection. I picked up a few of the Ghirardelli dark chocolate bars I like to keep in the freezer and some Pocky Sticks. I meant to buy a bag of strawberry KitKats but got distracted and forgot. On the very last aisle I found some of the monsters I was looking for, but they didn't have the specific one I wanted. That's okay, I'll buy it on eBay. I'm not sure I'll be back to Five Below since it doesn't offer much for me.

First off, I want to state that some bad reviews here about this Dollar Tree are just in regards to…read morethis store having no public restrooms. There is no law that state stores are required to have public restrooms. However, restaurants are required to have them. When I go shopping, if I had to go, I would go before hand at home or somewhere else before shopping! I have been to some Dollar Tree stores that actually have public restrooms and they are so gross! - Graffiti, dirt, human waste, plugged up toilets - etc- get the idea?!? But all the more reason why there are stores that choose to not make their restrooms public. Read about one experience here on yelp at another Dollar Tree. GEEZE SERIOUSLY PEOPLE! Anyhow, I like to always look at the seasonal merchandise, themed socks, hair bands and barrettes, stationary, books and basic kitchen supplies at this store as for other Dollar Tree stores. It is a great place for items at bargain prices. Prices have gone up from $1 to $1.25 - $1.50 on most items (blame this on Trump's tariffs) but still are great deals. Dollar Tree has become my store of choice for most items that I shop for. The reason why I give 3 out of 5 stars is because I purchased two t-shirts there last Tuesday. Both t-shirts were sealed in plastic bags that I could not open before purchase. However, both had the size listed on the plastic. On the plastic, the brand said Brisco on both. One of the tees was exactly what it was supposed to be- same brand and as stated on the collar- 2x women. Great deal for $1.50! However the other one although marked 2x, was a Delta brand tee and the shirt was more like a medium in size! Now, as the shirts were only $1.50 each, it is not worth it for me to go back for a return or exchange. Buying items sealed at any store is always a gamble and I am disappointed. However, I now know that if I buy any more sealed items at Dollar Tree, I will ask the clerks to unseal the bags before purchasing and if they will not, do not buy. This is especially the case with stores like Dollar Tree where items like tees would likely be seconds and that is why the store ends up selling them. Well, at least one of them was what I expected- oh well....
