I told him he is lucky to have a parent that understands and willing to listen, but I also told him I will not buy him anything because I need to approve it first (as well). So, I guess the style regurgitates as well as parenting-style. Service was great. A big store with many items to look through (jeans, sweatpants, sweaters, sweat shirts, polo shirts, shoes, belts, etc.). The fitting rooms are in the front and look out for sales as well. I told Gavin we will return so I can get him another sweatshirt. I wish I was 13 again. Now I'm 43.

Went thrifting this afternoon and my first stop was Black and Brown. I'd never been there before…read moreand wasn't sure what to expect. Wow, what an amazing store. They mainly sell vintage and modern secondhand clothes, bags, and shoes for women and men, but they also have new pottery from a designer called Familiar. The store is spacious and carefully curated. There is no thrift shop smell and it looks more like a cute boutique than a secondhand store. You can sell your clothes there, too. There are two floors of women's clothes and a separate men's shop across a little courtyard in the back. Most of the customers when I was there were young adults of both sexes. The store was busy on a Saturday in the late afternoon. Fortunately, they have a dedicated parking lot behind the shop with plenty of spaces. The staff welcomed me immediately when I walked in. I was interested in looking at purses and they had quite a few vintage and newer ones from designers like Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, and Dooney & Bourke. I didn't buy any, but enjoyed checking out what they had to offer. I didn't pay too much attention to the clothes, except to notice that women's pant sizes on the second floor only seemed to go up to size 11/12. If they had bigger sizes, I didn't see them. Overall, I was impressed with Black and Brown and would like to go back.

I picked the pink one at first because "where else am I going to find a clean pink polo like this?" and the nice lady who worked picked it for me. Adding the tax came around 69 dollars and cents luckily. Return to get the brown shirt with my dad getting him a tie too rounding up to 70 bucks. The owner and workers were really welcoming and helping me to build confidence in fashion. The place is not pack, which it should be. Overall A+

There's a lot of stuff stuffed into there that wouldn't normally come to mind when gift hunting.

Majority of us would either go the Valley Fair or Great Mall location, so this is a time saver and easier commute for the community. The Uniqlo team had an awesome fun grand opening weekend from Friday - Sunday. I went to the Friday and Sunday openings, and it was professional, fun, and well managed. I loved how the management partnered with a local groups for a Taiko performance and Ikuka baker from Los Altos for catering. The free merchandise was great from Japanese candies, tote bags, and Uniqlo knot bag. The store is well stocked with the latest collabs of one piece, mofusand, and more. The staff are very friendly and interactive with their customers. I can't wait to return to this Uniqlo!

There's only one dressing room, so I waited about 15 minutes behind another customer. Store was noticeably warm the whole time, not the most comfortable shopping vibe. Minor tailoring (hems) is included, which sealed the deal. Solid 3 stars: cheap, functional, and staff knows how to fit different body types. Scannd the clearance section and found a bightly colored sweatshirt that caught my eye. It was the perfect fit and it was on clearance for $7.00, score. Bought an ornange t-shirt for $5.60. I have bought this brand before and it has a confortable fit. Orange gives me a pop of color in my wardrobe. Scanned the jewelry clearance and found pearl Croc Jibbets charms to add a bit of fancy to my house Croccs. Original price was $25.00, paid $7.50, score. Also bought two phone cross body straps, also on clearance. Original price was $22.00 and paid $6.16 each. Finally Bought a phone charm parl wristlet that was originally $26.00 and paid $4.54. this one was my favorite out of all of them. Plus got a 30% discout for the Kohl's charge event.
