PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THE FITTING ROOMS!!! - MAJOR PRIVACY CONCERN !!…read more I'm posting this to bring awareness to a major privacy concern at this store. The moment I walked into the fitting room area, I immediately spotted a high mounted security camera that was facing directly toward the fitting rooms. The camera was placed so high up that it could easily see over the top of the dressing rooms making it possible to record people while they're changing. Let me be clear: if you can see the camera from inside the fitting room, the camera can absolutely see you too. I felt completely exposed and instantly uncomfortable. I had to ask the store owner to move me to a room that wasn't directly in view of the camera. When I brought it up, the owner told me the cameras "cut off" at the fitting room doors but based on the camera angle and placement, it's extremely hard to believe that. Whether intentional or not, there is zero sense of privacy here. Just knowing the camera was aimed in that direction made me feel violated. Please be aware and protect your privacy. You should never have to worry about being on camera while half naked in a fitting room. I strongly urge management to reevaluate the placement of their cameras, because customer comfort and safety should always come first. The BBB WILL BE CONTACTED and so will consumers affairs because there should be NO CAMERAS FACED DIRECTLY INTO THE AREA YOUR CHANGING IN!

I entrusted her with multi-generation family heirloom antique wedding Sari (grandmother's and mother's) from India. It had priceless sentimental value to us. Unfortunately, she incorporated about 1% of it in a new piece for us. I asked where is the rest of the fabric and she said it was thrown in the garbage. I still wonder years later where did that fabric really go.

She states that she can rush alterations in 2 days but typically takes 7-10 days. If extensive embroidery is required for pieces, she typically has pieces sent to India (to her sister) and returned in 6-8 weeks. She was very friendly and gave me a break down of the types of materials used and the quality work put into her pieces.
