I stopped in recently and spent far more time and money than planned. I don't have any babies in my life at the moment, so I spent most of my time looking at the goods for adults. There were so many cute things. Disco ball drink cups, dragon-themed mugs and knick-knack trays, Japanese hair products, cocktail accessories, books, and family games, just to name a few. For babies and kids they offer toys, books, craft kits, clothes, strollers, nursery decor, and more. They also have some cute pet toys for dogs and cats. The young woman (Ariana?) who works there was very kind and friendly. After we chatted a little, she pointed out a few things I might like in a helpful way that wasn't pushy or made me feel like I was being pressured. I did a little holiday shopping for family and bought myself several items. The young woman carefully wrapped a ceramic gift in tissue paper and put it in a little bag with gold ribbon. I'm glad we have a store like this in downtown Willow Glen now and hope they do well. Looking forward to going back.

I can't rate the product because they said it couldn't be shipped to me because my address wasn't valid. Seriously? Amazon, UPS,USPS and Fed Ex can find me and have found me no problem. However actually purchasing with them was an absolute nightmare of an experience. I purchase two items a bunkbed, and a king size bed frame. The bunkbed arrived with chips on the ladder. The delivery person tried to tell me that it was OK that the ladder had chips and I proceeded to let him know it was not OK and I took pictures of it so that I could send it to the store themselves. Once he saw me do this then he took the ladder down and he took it back to the warehouse to fix it. I had not heard from anyone for three weeks. I finally called the furniture store to ask them where my latter was, and they immediately they immediately delivered it within 48 hours. The king size bed however, was not nearly prompt. The bed was estimated to arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. I called them nine weeks after I purchased the bed that cost me a lot of money and I was told that they had tried to get in contact with me. I had never received any missed calls or any voicemail from the furniture store. Then once I did call them and follow up the bed was delivered to me within a week but it was missing the four drawers that were at the bottom. The delivery folks had attempted to call me but hung up after one ring and left my apartment when I did not open the door. Finally, I received the drawers two weeks after the bed and even then did not receive the phone call that was promised to me on what time they were delivered the drawers. The drawers were left outside of my door and I found them when I came outside. I found the service to be very poor. The follow up on the side of the furniture store was very slow, and I had to follow up many times in order to actually receive my furniture. I would not purchase from the store.

Some of the stuff is tightly wrapped taped making it difficult to examine it before buying. But hey you expect for the price you are paying and their claims of being upscale, no one would be selling a broken item. Attached are pics of items that o took home and opened was hugely disappointed. One is bob snack tray attachment that is broken and another is a raincoat that was tightly zipped with a tag which I opened at home and found it's torn from inside. This is not what you would expect from an upscale sale. I went back to them to show them the defective items that were sold to me and they said they have no way to return it. They claim they have stringent policy on scanning through each item but they might have missed it. Now I am stuck with two proven pieces paid for my an upscale amount! That's not a customer service you would expect from a business. I would stay away from this sale as a buyer unless you gave all the time in the world and very carefully examine, rip off all the packing before buying.some of the items for being second handed were ridiculously priced too.

If I had to guess, I would say there were only 20 pairs of shoes in each size (including both boys and girls). Prices are set by the individual sellers so it ranges from ludicrous (i.e 10% off MSRP for a used item) to excellent. Their checkout process is pretty slow. They had four or five people clipping tags, which were then handed to one of maybe three people behind them who were doing the actual ringing up and credit card. So, not ideal even when things are up and running. To make matters worse, their system went down while I was there and I spent an hour and a half in line.
