Even though the section we were shopping in was quiet and didn't have many customers around, a sales associate approached us quickly and offered help without being pushy. She went above and beyond by checking prices for us and helping us narrow down our options, which made the whole experience feel more personal and easy. Because of her, we ended up making a purchase--and that says a lot. Another nice bonus is that this location features a Toys "R" Us section, which adds a fun, nostalgic touch, along with a Macy's Backstage area where you can find a variety of items at additional discounted prices. Whoever redesigned it might want to reconsider their career path It feels like someone handed out Legos and said, "Go wild." It reminds me of the new layout at Walgreens confusing and not exactly shopper-friendly. That said, the team inside made up for it completely. One feature I particularly appreciate is the children's play area. It is usually kept very clean, and unlike many mall play spaces, the equipment does not appear overly worn out or neglected. It creates a comfortable environment for families and gives kids a nice place to enjoy themselves during a shopping trip. The food court used to offer a stronger variety of dining options in the past, which I do miss, but the mall still has a solid selection of stores and remains one of the better places in the area for shopping and spending an afternoon with family.
