PARENTS BEWARE!! I ordered an OREO blizzard. To my surprise i found multiple nuts in it as I ate it. Luckily for DQ I am not allergic to nuts. Could you imagine if you ordered an Oreo blizzard for your child and then they went into anaphylactic shock because of careless cross contamination. This is no joke and unacceptable. Other ingredients should never end up in something someone ordered that doesn't have those ingredients in them. Be more careful DQ. We were at a state qualifier archery shoot the end of may and on our way home we stopped for a blizzard at this Dairy Queen. I was astonished at the service and the courtesy shown by the staff at this Dairy Queen. I'll go out of my way(somewhat) to stop here again. It's mind blowing people aren't considerate of others health. I only saw one employee wearing a mask, and its wasn't on properly. The rest of the staff including the manager did not have on a mask period! When I refused my food, and asked for a refund she was clearly offended. C' mon take responsibility. read more

This is DQ day #10 in Marshall, Tx and we thought we waited long enough for the crowds to thin out. The place was busy and the service was fast. We each got a steak finger basket and it was tasty. They have plenty of seating and several TV's to watch in this one. People checked on us 4-5 times while we were there....hope that type of service lasts. We will be back over and over. read more

We've had very few complaints over the years at this location. This afternoon my husband picked up a couple of burgers and two small fries. Got home (two minutes away) and the fries tasted like chewing on wood. My husband took them back and she said the "new" ones had just been taken out of the fryer. Tasted exactly the same. I have a feeling that they had been sitting around for awhile and were just tossed back into the fryer. At $5 for two small, nasty fries is ridiculous. Probably won't be going back for awhile, if at all. read more

Waited in drive thru for over 15-20 minutes behind 1 car for a small blizzard. Was told my option that I chose didn't have strawberries at the window so therefore still after 15 minutes staff hadn't made anything, just to top it off I had the free weekly blizzard coupon, which clearly states 2 times on the coupon "the week of" I was then told I could only do the day of. Which is quite annoying since I had just wasted 20 minutes for absolutely nothing. No business arguing with people so I just left to put a review on here. I got the hunger buster and it was the best burger I've had in this town! The bun was buttery and toasted and veggies were crisp with a hot juicy patty. Fries were piping hot. My cashier was very friendly and stopped by our table twice to ask us if we needed anything. I ended up getting a banana split and was even more satisfied with the portion. This DQ is like no DQ I've ever been to. The people at the window are not helpful nor are they kind. I asked for a thicker soda cup that I said I would pay for (when handed a milkshake that was running all over my leg and my car) the girl at the window said No we don't have those and shut the window. No napkins, No thank you, No sorry about that.. so if you like that feeling of getting screwed with no kiss, by all means treat yourself. If we want DQ again, we will keep driving to Jefferson Or Hallsville like We have done for many years before this one ever existed. We thought we were just stopping for some burgers and shakes, but they provided us so much more. The power steering in our car stopped working, but Brenda,a worker there, went out of her way to help us and made some calls. With the combination of the manager and a long time customer who happened to be a mechanic, we were able to get the parts we needed and fix the car.
