Service was very friendly, both from two young women, then by a middle aged man. The store was immaculately clean. Easy entry from the Clay Road side.

My friend had the regular burger, and was jealous of mine. I liked that they served wine, that different, and they are discreet about it. Their wine comes in cans, so you don't stand out. It was a fast food environment but XL. Their staff very helpful and friendly. You can order at the register or at a kiosk. If you order wine at the kiosk you need to flag an employee to check your id, and they enter a code. So if you are opting for beer or wine, I would suggest just going to the counter. The place was spotless, wasn't too crowded for its location, and so didn't feel like the wait was long. After you order, you have a seat and they bring you the food. Next time I will try a shake.

The fish was a bit soggy on the bottom when I went to eat it after picking it up. The fries at least were nice and crispy. Another time my wife and I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and chicken Caesar wrap with fries. The buffalo chicken wrap was fine, nothing to write home about. My wife was only able to get through half of her Caesar wrap before having a feeling that the flavor was just off. Both of our fries were terrible. They were these very small in size fries that seemed as if they had been cooked in oil from the day before. We were only able to eat a couple before having to throw them out. The service is always great, with food being cooked and served quickly. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly. Also, I had a mix up once where I did an online order on a holiday where they were no open, and the next day they still honored that order. The ambiance is nice and the restaurant is always so clean.

A friend took us to CF in Nashville and we were surprised how good it was so we went to the Pittsford location near our house and since then it's been a favorite treat place to go out about once a month. The dining rooms of most Cheesecake Factories are very large and in Pittsford a lot of the tables are long rows of 2 and 4 tops with a banquette on one side and chairs on the other side. This visit I had herb-crusted salmon since it was (somewhat) lower in calories than my usual go-to, Chicken Piccata. I was seriously impressed with the salmon. The portion was generous and the herb mixture was very flavorful. The asparagus was well trimmed but both the vegetable and the delicious lemon sauce it was served in were barely warm. I'm not sure if the lemon sauce is supposed to be served room temperature or it sat waiting for the other pieces to be ready? My salmon and mashed potatoes were both piping hot. This didn't stop me from eating every speck of the fish and asparagus. The mash was filling so I didn't eat quite all of it. The Cheesecake Factory rewards program doesn't work like most dining loyalty programs. You don't earn points, you just receive periodic offers for discounted gift cards or discounts on certain items (dessert usually). Overall, Cheesecake Factory is pretty expensive... Still, if I compare how I feel after having dinner for 2 at Cheesecake Factory for around 100 dollars for 2 (including 1 alcoholic drink and a shared desert) versus about 85 dollars for a similar lineup of items from someplace like Olive Garden, Cheesecake Factory has always seemed like a better choice. Forgoing an alcoholic drink helps the bill too. My 9 ounce wine glass was over 18 dollars by itself which isn't really defensible.

I'm bringing this up because I have been at a McDonald's for example in the past and tried to order a fish fillet at 9:30 a.m. while breakfast was still going on and they wouldn't do it. I've seen him taking orders, helping fulfill them, and even shoveling outside. You can tell he truly enjoys his work, and that positive energy carries through to the entire team. The employees always seem genuinely happy to be there. The location is always very clean and well decorated, even decorated during the holidays. We stopped in today for my son's birthday breakfast, and the owner surprised him with a Chick-fil-A cow, which absolutely made his day. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. We also ordered catering for his birthday party, and as always, it was delivered hot, fresh, and right on time. Exceptional service, every single visit.

They offer a mobile drive thru option, which I have found to be quicker than the regular line. There is also an indoor play area, which my son absolutely loves. It is such a nice bonus for families. The food has always come out hot and fresh. I do agree with some other reviews that service can be a bit slow at times, but that is understandable for a brand new location. I am hopeful things will become more efficient as they settle in. One thing that really stands out is their Mini Chef Club for kids. My son got to make a treat, received a personalized apron, and even decorated cards for other kids. It was such a thoughtful and fun experience. Overall, a great spot! We will definitely keep coming back!
