Had to go to Restaurant Depot to pick up some catering items. Decided to pop into this Burger King, I had never been to this location. When we first pulled in, the line was 6 cars deep, we were expecting a long wait, cause the east ridge rd location is Slow. However, we went through super quick. We asked for our sandwiches to be cut in half, no pickles. Order was perfect. The woman behind the counter even confirmed everything. She was really nice. I don't remember her name, but it was Tuesday at 1:30, and she was working the drive through. We ate in our car, food was hot and delicious. Seemed like they have themselves down at this store. I will have to keep that in mind, next time I'm out that way. Recommend this location. Drive through was fast, and efficient. Staff were friendly and happy. Food was hot and fresh. The only weird thing, is the shape of the drive through, it was a little confusing for my first time, but it all worked out well. Might be weirdly shaped but not to the point where a dunce couldn't figure it out. lol read more

One star because zero is not available! I visit this location frequently since I work in the area,the woman who works evenings(after 9p)is TERRIBLE! Swung by around 10pm to grab some food in the drive thru. Ordering kiosk was super quiet. Drive thru lane has some SHARP 90 degree turns. So strange. Anyways... Used a digital coupon for 2 Whoppers, 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches and 2 (8)pc nuggets for $22. The service was good. Main negative is that both orders of nuggets only had 7 pieces instead of 8. Why is it that EVERY D@MN TIME I order a Whopper with bacon, they FORGET THE BACON? Three times in a row now! This can't just be coincidence; I'm assuming they 'short' takeout orders to save money. Last time, I orderd it through the app, WITH BACON (which costs extra!), and in the comments I wrote "WITH BACON" as many times as the text box would allow. Staff is nice, food is on point at least the Whoppers are good. They have all your fun flame broiled treats, chicken sandwich's and yes onion rings and sauce. They accept coupons. This BK probably has the friendliest morning staff during the week! It's a nice way to start the day. Coffee is good. The orders are always correct and the food is fresh and hot. Probably the drive-thru with the most twists and turns possible, but after the first time thru it gets easier. read more

When you just need onion rings, not too many. Not too big that you have to bite it and hope the whole onion doesn't pull out so your left slurping the onion and a fingerful of breading. The kind that perfectly fit in your mouth so that you can eat just one or two. Stopped on my way home from shopping today, used the drive thru. Ordering was easy, even with a coupon, wait wasn't long and drive through clerk (Rebecca) was very nice and handled my transaction accurately. Food itself was typical fast food, but hot & fresh so no complaints. If you like fast food, or Burger King for that matter, give this place a try, you should be ok. Went here and ordered a drink. It had white debris in it . Went back and they replaced it. The second time had bugs in it. Talked to assistant manager and was told we clean the soda machine daily and nothing she could do. She offered me a cookie which I took offensive because I'm a bigger guy. No solution or refund was offered. Worried about the sanitation of this location and the Management's response is concerning. read more

Wonderful experience tonight at this location! It was fairly empty when we arrived, so my fiance and I got our order very quickly, and with fresh fries! We ordered the new Impossible Whopper, and I was floored by how close it tasted to an actual Whopper Patty! I really hope it stays around, as I am trying to reduce my meat intake. The staff was very friendly, and chatted for a short while after our meal about the new Impossible Whopper. Shout-out to the entire staff for a great experience! read more

Just went to pick up 30 chicken nuggets on the way to work. The girl called out"30 nuggets?" before handing me the bag. I nodded and was about to leave when I decided to grab one to taste, and I noticed only two little bags of 10 each. I came back and asked, and the girl gave me another 10 and just said, "here you go" without even a single glance or word of apology, as if they just donated me some food. Stopped in St. Albans, VT, on a recent trip connected with moving and felt like a burger. Stopped at a BK. Burger in question was at one time in its life flame-broiled. And may have once been hot. But not when I ate it. Neither was the cheese. Solid and cold. Lettuce the light, chewy bottom parts. Barely red tomato. Stale bun which kind of fell apart. First time in a long time at BK, and definitely the last. I live in Rochester, NY, now and there are four local legendary burger joints with several locations each. Their burgers are first-class, with huge patties that are way bigger than the fresh, light, chewy buns and you can get just about anything on them. The local burgers are better than Five Guys, too, and while maybe not cheaper - sometimes more expensive - the quality is worth the price. In Rochester, choose from Bill Gray's, Tom Wahl's, Schaller's or Don's Original (formerly Don & Bob's of my youth - I was born in Rochester). But for God's sake, people, stop paying money to BK to serve you crap. In fact, in ROC, there isn't any reason to go to a McDonald's any more, either. (P.S. My fave is Bill Gray's!) read more
