It has been a minute but hey, I'm always down to re-check out a place. First off, the lady that took our order was SUPER friendly. She was patient when we struggled a bit with our order (we did take a bit) and just gave a great vibe overall. We pulled up (drive-thru) and paid. The odd thing was that we were the only ones in the line and it took us like 14 minutes before we got our order. It was really odd waiting that long for fast food. However, I'm conflicted to give it a 3 on the rating b/c well.. the food was good. Great quality, fresh, hot, I mean seriously... if I had to pick between crummy and cold, I'd obviously choose the fresh and hot. SO.. overall, if they could keep the quality and staff friendly but drop the time a bit, this place would rock solid 5's all day. It's a rendition, the spices they use have an Indian flavor that I was not expecting. The quality of the food is great! The chicken tenders are huge, juicy and very flavorful but maybe not the flavor you would expect. Knowing this now, I would go back to try it again. The Dave's sauce is also not my favorite but mixed with honey makes it better. Also if you want the full flavor get the Hot, unless you can take it then get spicy (I do not recommend ) the spicy is very spicy lol. The wait time for you food is also pretty long, but you will get fresh food. Definitely worth giving a try

I usually try and give places a 3-star at a minimum, but I must be honest in the review. The beef was a frozen 1/4 pound hockey puck, and I would say as far as taste and quality goes: Bottom 10%. No flavor at all in that meat. So, this being a burger place, but with the Burgers being made of the lowest Quality meat and buns, the best I can do is a 2-star. I will opt for one of the other food places next time when shopping here.

It felt like I was the very first customer when they first opened up for the day because all the customer service was given to me, probably because I was the only one in there at the time, but nevertheless I enjoyed the brief moment of customer care!. I ordered a giant # 16 which consists of grilled onions and peppers and white american cheese!. I asked if they could put extra onions on my #16 giant sub. No grilled peppers on my sub but I would like to have them on the side. They obliged me and started to make my sub. As soon as the sub making began I was given a slip yo take to the register so the cashier could ring up my order correctly. After a short while they said could they make another sub because one of the employees made a mistake and put grilled peppers on my sub. I said no big deal we all make mistakes from time to time but all you have to do is make it right with the customer and they made it right. I started to leave off a star because of it but I said to myself. " why would I do that because they made a slight error between them when preparing my sub "?... so five stars the the employees at Jersey Mike's subs!!!.. they also was kind enough to give me two tickets for a free chips and drink when ordering a sub, so again kudos to them for making the right sub wrong but in the same breath they made it right times 2!!!.. I will also add the fact that I was the only customer in the store gave off a very relaxed vibe which you hardly ever experience when there are other customers in the store! I will definitely be back here again because I really enjoyed the experience they gave me. Outstanding customer service, hands down!!!.. You know since leaving Brooklyn NY it has been hard to find a good sandwich and I will say this place has the next best thing! Here in the south they call them subs, when I first moved down here I was like 'what is a sub'? Because in Brooklyn it was called a "Hero"!!!.. so let's say Jersey Mike's has the best hero in the south!!!..

The restroom facilities were horrible, it seemed like no one has cleaned it all day, it definitely needed some attention!. The reason for one star is because the cashier was kind and courteous and was doing the best she could so I could give her that!. Last but not least.. 5.I ordered a3 piece tender combo and a 6 piece classic boneless combo, which both combos came with a side and a drink! I also ordered a strawberry cream pie dessert. My bill came out as a whopping total of $26.74, and the took off $3.00 off because my bill total was over $15.00, so I should be grateful right? NO!!... This is fast food that is way overpriced and not what it should be at these prices. So needless to say this is my last time ever eating here, this is why I don't eat fast food. The prices have gone up tremendously and the food has fell off at the same time, or let's just say it tastes the same just a lot more expensive!.
