Im obsessed with everything about this place including the multiple TVs, the little firepits (with their own tvs!!), the lawn chairs, and the fact that it's right next to the water. I cant speak too much of the drinks but I appreciated their shot & beer combos/variations (I got the Tito's & Vodka which is a shot of Titos and a Nutrl Vodka seltzer). It looks like they also have a bbq spot that you can get food from but their vegetarian options were not my favorite (I dont want a baked potato with beans). I didnt really take a look at their meat options but Im sure they are better. What a quaint place and so glad I got to visit. Came right when they opened at noon on a Sunday stand the parking is well, not desirable. There are about 8-10 spots right in front and otherwise I have no clue where your park. Most of the seating is outdoor and the time we went there was plenty of shade from the trees and the fans along with the natural breeze made it absolutely beautiful! Seating is sanctioned to deck and gravel with camping chairs w/tables I. The gravel area. Bar inside was clean and easy to order, a 20% gratuity is auto added which I forgot about and tipped an additional 20%, oops. The food there was from Fiasco BBQ and well that was disappointing. Now this is where I can see myself hanging out under the sun for a few hours just enjoying great drinks and company. During SXSW, there was a pop-up show from Adventure Club and it led me to come checking out the Dainty Dillo for the first time. This space is so laid back and has indoor and outdoor seating. I really loved how they had Electric Jellyfish on tap. There was a food window available and it really helped people to continue to rally and not have to depart for a bite. Parking was a bit limited so I would recommend rideshare (unless I missed an adjacent parking spot). We snagged a low table with foldable chairs and it really felt like we were hanging out at someone's house. I appreciated how there was a mini stage for a dj or small band. Bathrooms were super clean and the space altogether was very well kept. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in town. read more

This place is a hidden gem. My wife and I were randomly driving around and decided to stop here on a whim. The venue is huge. There's tons of outdoor seating, which is great when it's nice outside. Dainty Dillo drinks & vibes are great. BUT they automatically add in a 20% gratuity WITHOUT making that obvious on the tablet when you are closing your tab. When closing there's a screen showing you 20, 25, 30% tip options. What you can't see on that screen is there is an automatic 20% already included in your total so any tip is on top of that 20. Misleading as a customer is used to tipping 20-30 percent normally for service. Met some friends for drinks on a Saturday night in July after dinner @ Ezov, just a few blocks away. The service was very friendly and professional. There were two people behind the bar and they were quick to say hi and take our orders. There were some vendors giving away freebies such as coolers and beer, so that was a nice bonus! My friends had beers, two different IPAs, and I had to try the espresso affogato martini. It's exactly what it sounds like... A well made espresso martini with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Came here with some friends for bachelor night and we had such a good time! Such a smart way to bring in a ton of people on a Monday night outside of football season. The Bachelor starts at 7 so we showed up at 6:30 and were able to find street parking nearby but it was pretty busy even though we thought we showed up early lol. Tons of outdoor seating and even lawn chairs set out to watch the show. On Mondays they have half off espresso martinis on tap which were great. We all got some apps to share and everything tasted great. Staff was nice and did a good job handling the crowd. I was already not super impressed, but the "valet" situation made me just give up on this place entirely. I arrived today right at opening, parked, got out, got my dog out, started to go inside, and then out of nowhere a man appears asking my husband if he needs to valet. My husband says no. The guy says we have to pay him anyway. I do not appreciate this weird shake down. We decided to just leave. I am certainly ok paying for valet service if someone is taking my vehicle to park elsewhere, as a convenience for me. This isn't that. When we pulled up there was a valet stand but no one was at it. It made sense that no one was manning the valet station yet because the lot was wide open so there wasn't a need for your car to be parked at another location. It's in a great location and has an unbeatable large outdoor space with TVs and occasional live music. A perfect casual and chill hangout vibe for gathering in the spring or early summer before it gets too unbearably hot. There is a covered open area section with some seating as well near the bar. Downsides are the parking is very limited. They do offer valet and for those who don't want to valet you can find street parking a short walk, across the way. The other downsides are the menus (food or drink) are quite high and there aren't many *filling* options of vegetarian friendly food. Lots of snacks/apps options (nachos, fries, salad), but would've liked to see some entrees like veggie burgers or veggie dogs like you can find at Lustre Pearl. I'd definitely be back for another friend gathering or occasion where a venue that can accommodate a large-group is needed, but otherwise probably won't make it a regular spot of mine. read more

We've been coming here weekly for Bachelorette nights. I love the option of indoor/outdoor seating so if it's too hot we can sit inside and hear the staff cheering for the men but if we bring the dogs there's plenty of room outside as well. I love all of the screens around the place. You can watch anything from sports or even dog shows as you're watching the Bachelorette. In terms of food, I think they're expanding their menu which is nice. The food is very American, they have a great patty melt, one of my all-time favorite sandwiches! I love that they have waffle fries and wish more places did. They seem to be strict with the extra ranch. There's great fire pits and camping chairs sitting overlooking the river as well as sizable patio with heat lamps up top. There's a stage for music which happens regardless of sports are on which kind of fun. Very doggo friendly! It seems they are doing valet parking now and there's not a ton of neighborhood parking. With a HUGE outdoor patio overlooking the river, a stage for bands, and solid, dirty (in the good way) food options so there's nothing not to love! We came on a chilly day and there were blankets for everyone to use, and tons of heaters and fire tables. They were doing crawfish by the pound when we came and I wish I'd known beforehand because every table but us had some and it smelled amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly, the drinks are tasty, and the vibe is real! You can order from a QR code and walk in and pickup at the bar which is convenient for a group! They have solid frozen options and even have some larger format frozens like the frozen dirty martini with pickled okra juice. They are super dog friendly and our pups loved laying the dirt taking in all the outside smells! They have valet parking for $9, or there is a parking garage across the street, as well as some neighborhood parking too! 10/10 will be back here instead of making the trek all the way down south the the O.G.
