After making a purchase, I sat down to do some work, but there are only three power outlets in the seating area, and the guest Wi-Fi was not functional at all. I asked if they could restart the router to see if it might work, and I was met with blank stares. I ultimately had to use my phone's hotspot just to answer emails and even write this review. The most frustrating experience, however, was using the restroom. The men's restroom has an electronic lock, and customers are not given the code. I had to ask staff to open it for me, wait, and endure uncomfortable looks--despite the door being less than ten feet from the counter. Meanwhile, the women's restroom has no lock and allows unrestricted access. This inconsistency is confusing and offensive. Overall, this location is uninviting and inconvenient for guests. I will not be returning. The only reason I visited this location at all was because it was the only nearby option while I waited to pick someone up from work.
