You've probably been driving past this place and didn't know it existed, but you're missing out on a real treat and treasure. Located on Berlin Cross keys road, nestled in a small shopping mall, next to a nail salon and a nondescript market is the Breakfast Nook. (Heavens, that's a long sentence) What a lovely treat in the middle of nowhere. We went on a Saturday morning, and were able to find a seat, but after a little while the place kind of got crowded. This is understandable for a Saturday morning. The prices are reasonable. I included a menu in the photos. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, on a jalapeno cheddar bagel ($6.50). My friend got a steak egg and cheese on a multigrain bagel. Steak is $4 extra. So their total came to $10.50. here's the big plus. They have Endgrain coffee from Pitman! They also have a variety of pastries that you can order with your coffee. I had an iced cold brew coffee. This had a decent enough kick to help me write this review. My suggestion is to bring a book here, have some coffee and a nice breakfast sandwich, with your significant other as a starter to your day of shopping or whatever. The folks are very pleasant. You won't be sad that you chose to go here. I highly recommend this place as a little oasis of enjoyment in the middle of nowhere. 5 out of 5 definitely

Food is always amazing. They are also so friendly here. They have paintings in the back that are not just nice to look at, but they are purchasable. Love this place

American cheese omelet with has browns! Yummy!

Awesome amazing such delicious food, I guarantee you'll go back as much as possible! The service is personal! They even support local artists! Buy a painting while you are waiting! I love it! My son has gone back four times since he had breakfast with me!

Great and friendly service. That's what I loved most about this place. Food was perfectly seasoned. Portions are just right. Waffle - it was just okay. Steak and Eggs - I loved this. I recommend trying out this dish. Omelette - quite good. Big serving. Potatoes were good too. I do hope they add more pastries or menu items. But overall, it was a good dining experience for us. I would recommend trying them out.

This is a great spot to have breakfast or lunch! Stopped by for breakfast today as I passed through town with my family. My daughter enjoyed a cinnamon roll and we had two bagel sandwiches which were fantastic. The coffee was good, the staff was great! If I lived in the area I'd definitely be back.

Two years after my original review, I still cannot call and order ahead. I don't understand why this restaurant hates phones.

From the moment you pull into the parking lot, it's complete chaos, cars double parked everywhere with no organization. Walking inside doesn't get any better. The place is overcrowded with DoorDash and Grubhub drivers just standing around, and there's no clear system for who's waiting, who's ordered, or where to go. You literally have to ask a dozen people just to figure out where the line starts. After finally placing our order, we were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. That turned into an hour... then an hour and a half... then nearly two hours, with zero communication or updates. We even went back in after an hour, only to be told our food still wasn't ready, but were offered a tiny spoon of water ice as if that somehow made up for it. Then, after waiting even longer, we were finally told they were out of beef bacon, the main ingredient in both of our sandwiches, and asked if we wanted a substitute. At that point, absolutely not. We canceled the order. To make matters worse, instead of issuing a proper refund, we were told to "monitor our bank account" and come back if the charge doesn't fall off. That's unacceptable. At least the receipt says voided but I already know where I'll be on Wednesday

The all-you-can-eat crab legs came out with 3 legs on the first round and 2 legs for the refills. The calamari was tasty, and the steak was cooked well with great flavor. Overall, the food and atmosphere were great. They also started trivia around 8 PM, which was a nice touch to the evening.

As for me I went simple. 4 cheese Mac n cheese, delicious and in a cast iron pot that kept the Mac and cheese ooey gooey throughout the meal! I figured I'd try the GRILLED wings....good move! I went for the honey hot version.... Cooked just right and bursting with flavor! Our kids had the Mac n Cheese also 1 original and 2 went with the Buffalo chicken cutlets on top...they all inhaled those plates without a complaint ! You gotta get to the JERSEY GOAT! When we were finally seated we had a great waitress who shared her recommendations. We landed on the Eggs Benedict and the $19 BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE FRENCH TOAST, which is baked cinnamon & vanilla custard-soaked brioche, butterscotch apples; topped with brown butter oat streusel & Philly whip. Unbelievable. The place was loud and popping on a Sunday around noon. Not intimate, but a fun post-church gathering of hungry souls. The space is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff was genuinely pleasant from the start. Julian, our server, greeted us promptly, got coffee on the table quickly, and kept everything moving smoothly. In addition to standard coffee, they offer craft espresso-bar style drinks, which is a nice touch whether you are there for breakfast or brunch. The restaurant also has outdoor seating, not ideal in December, but it would be great in warmer weather for people-watching along Haddonfield's main street. The menu has plenty of options, and I went with the fennel sausage frittata with roasted potatoes and bacon. It was hearty and well executed, the bacon was crisp, the potatoes were crunchy, and the portion was generous enough that I could not finish it. My wife ordered the green goddess roll, which she really enjoyed, though her potatoes came out cold while mine were hot, the only real miss of the visit. We also shared a bowl of lentil soup, which was perfect for a cool day and a nice surprise on a brunch menu. This spot works well for weekdays or weekends, breakfast or brunch, and it does get busy, so reservations are a good idea or be prepared to wait with a coffee. Pricing felt very reasonable for the area, and overall it was a good stop we would happily return to.
