The customer service here is always friendly and genuine. You can tell they actually care about their customers and want to make sure you're happy with your drink. The place itself is pretty simple, but nice inside, with just a few tables, but it's always clean, and parking is easy. And the drinks are so good! I LOVE the cheese foam here... seriously soooooo good. I usually get it with jasmine tea at 25% sweetness, and it's so refreshing! I ended up telling the girl working tonight what had happened at the other boba shop, and she couldn't believe it either. The whole time I was telling her, I kept thinking that I already know the same situation would've been handled completely differently here. Same goes for the other boba places we frequent. Thankfully, most of the boba shops around us have really great customer service and actually care about their customers. Definitely makes you appreciate the good ones even more!

You definitely taste the banana and at 50% sugar level, it was just enough to make this drink a sweet treat. It's nice here.
