My experience at this salon was really disappointing and unprofessional. I had an appointment, and when I got there, I was set up with a male technician. I politely requested a female tech due to personal reasons. They told me no female techs were available that day and rescheduled me for two days later -- and I understood. Since I hadn't made my preference known in advance, it was okay. I didn't have an issue with that at all. However, once I made the request, the attitude of the staff completely shifted. Everyone seemed upset, and their tone became noticeably rude and cold. It was uncomfortable, but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. For the next appointment, I made sure to clearly request a female technician ahead of time. But the day before, they called and canceled, saying there wouldn't be any female techs available for another two weeks. That didn't sit right with me, so my sister called the salon the very next day. She was immediately offered multiple same-day appointments with female technicians. So clearly, it wasn't about availability -- it was about how they chose to treat me. I was lied to, dismissed, and not taken seriously, even after being respectful and clear. It felt like they just didn't want to accommodate me. That kind of behavior is unacceptable. I won't be coming back, and others should know how they treat customers with personal boundaries. read more

I've visited D'or Nail Lounge twice now, and both times have been an amazing experience! This new salon has a modern chic vibe, and the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. On my first visit, I got cat eye nails and a pedicure, which included a luxurious steam treatment--such a nice touch! This time, I opted for Gel X French tips with a matching pedicure, and once again, everything was flawless. The attention to detail is incredible, and the experience was so relaxing. Louis has a steady hand and an eye for perfection. Sandy has a magical touch for a serene pedicure experience. If you're looking for a high-quality nail salon with great service and a beautiful ambiance, I highly recommend D'or! I'll definitely be coming back. read more

My first time at D'or, I was welcomed in by staff for just a nail color change on an acrylic set. Louis did my nails and he was so kind and was super attentive to detail with my nails which I appreciated because he made the almond shape so pretty and cleaned up my nails. I was extremely happy with the results! The salon itself was super clean and I loved the safety sign at the entrance on how they care about keeping their supplies clean as well. I definitely will be coming back and make this my go to salon. Thank you D'or !! read more

I love this nail salon it's so beautiful! Everyone here is kind and attentive. I was asked if I wanted a complimentary water soda wine or mimosa. They keep up with the latest nail trends as well as the old ones, like airbrushed designs. I got a powder dip manicure and regular pedicure, the price is very reasonable for the amazing quality of work they do. I paid under $100 for both services. I also love that they are very professional when it comes to appointments. They're always on time! I highly recommend them! read more
