My friend and I tried out this place for the first time last week and initially, we were impressed by the ambiance and customer service. Upon completion of the service I was mildly impressed by my pedicure but after two days, my polish chipped. Which has never been an issue for me before. I called to let them know and to see what they can do and due to their "policy" that was not posted, the woman essentially said sorry, not their problem. That's the risk you take with regular nail polish. I've been to countless nail salons and every salon I've ever been to is kind and willing to fix any issue, especially to bring the customer back in. That is not the case here. I would have absolutely come back if they were willing to fix it but unfortunately I will never come back because of their customer service and poor policies. read more

I haven't really liked a lot of the nail salons in Temecula, but this one wins. They even serve alcohol for those days you wanna fully relax with your loved ones or just by yourself! Their receptionist is very professional, everything is always handled well, all the nail techs seem to full understand nail art (thank goodness)! I love coming here! Jenny is my fave and the only one I've worked with thus far! I just really appreciate that they listen to what you want! And they suggest what not to do! At least for me, I appreciate that! I have been going to D'or for almost a year and unfortunately will need to find a new nail shop. They are consistently late when I have a scheduled appointment and have had scheduling mix ups on multiple occasions (scheduling me with someone who is not at that location or off). This is the best nail salon I've found in Temecula. I've been to a few others and no place has actually done my nails the way that I wanted them and had good service. The service here was awesome, free drink when you arrive. I got the tequila punch and it was delicious! My pedicure was perfect, she did the best cuticle care and took care of an ingrown I was dealing with. My full set was super cute and she took her time shaping and making sure I liked the color. I came here to get my prom nails done, and I was very disappointed to say the least. The actual experience was fine, but my nails did not come out the way I wanted them to. They were filed wrong and I had to go and re-do them myself. I asked for a basic gel French tip with black polish, and it was completely lopsided, and extremely thin, not only that, but the pedicure topcoat was peeling off. The environment and building itself was fine but the end result of my service makes me definitely not wanna come here again. i was especially bummed because it was an important night for me and i wouldn't recommend, for $116 id expect better :( read more

This is about pricing for kids manicures and pedicures. So I went in with my daughter and got a gel manicure and pedicure for my 4 year old daughter and I understand it was gel but her nails are so small it shouldn't be more that $15.00-17.00. She didn't want her cuticles cut or anything so it was literally just polish. When she got in the chair she saw the water bucket and asked if she could just put her feet in the water so they charged me for a basic pedicure. Again no cuticles cut, no massage, no scrubbing of her feet she just had them in the water and they charged me $30 for the pedicure and $30 for the manicure. I was so disappointed. I called to schedule two pedicures for 5:30pm and as soon as we got there Jade greeted us and asked us why we were there. We were immediately seated together and two nail technician begun to prep our water. Ms.Lilly likes to make sure your water is hot she was trying to cook some chicken but quickly adjusted it for me. The prices are very reasonable and Jenny can do some good designs. I was going on vacation and wanted a Lemon design. Jenny did not disappoint me at all. I spent a week in the Virgin Islands was in the humid heat and on beaches all day long my toes still look fabulous. They have complimentary dry or sweet wine as well as a selection of sodas. Jade brought us our wine as we talked amongst ourselves and sip. They had some nice melodies playing in the background and the salon is very clean. They have been open since the beginning of this year and the word of mouth has quickly spread. Perfect spot in Temecula to get your nail services. Very clean establishment. They do accept walk in and they also have a point system that keeps track of the person whom is performing the service for you so if you forget their name you just have to ask. Jenny does NAILS ONLY. However, she will do a design on your toes for you if she doesn't have a client or if you inform them when you make your appointment. I will happily be returning for Ms.Lilly to treat my little piggies with some TLC. read more

Been here 3 times and each time the service has been amazing! Louis has done my nails and each time has done exactly what I asked for. I get the builder gel (hard gel) and he has shaped my nails beautifully! The pictures I attached don't even do his job justice because it's cat eye but I absolutely loved how they come out! I paid $124 for a manicure and dip, and a pedicure. DON'T LET "Jessica" DO YOUR NAILS! Horrible job! I was the first customer and I was not greeted and had to ask if they were open. The girl at the front desk looked so frumpy and was doing her makeup, lashed and had a flat iron plugged at the front desk doing her hair. Ugh! They had nothing set up. If you open at 9, be ready for customers AT 9! TV on, music playing, drinks ready, etc. The pedicure bubbles were weak and she scrubbed one foot longer than the other and they don't use sterilized packs for pedicures. Gross. I paid extra for a manicure. The water to soak my hands was cold and she only soaked my hands for 30 seconds. You can see, I still have hang nails and dry cuticles, and skin. Dip job absolutely horrible. I have club nails and the color is so uneven. Like why even allow people to do nails if they're not properly trained? Like I'm so pissed I wasted my money. And yes I could say something but I shouldn't have to correct you or tell you how to do a service that I'm PAYIMG FOR! Then had the nerve to ask for a tip! I cried on the way home! read more
