Pool Care AZ showed up when they said they would and got both pools up and running at a reasonable cost! They've also consistently shown up every week on their normal schedule, actually spend time cleaning the pool, and have been very communicative when there are any issues with the pools. Our pools have never looked better. We're relieved and so glad we've finally found our pool care company in AZ!

Problem is that the seller didn't disclose this and I am trying to get this company prepare a statement saying what they did to get the pool ready. The only thing I received was receipts for some chemicals and maintenance but fail to show anything else that was done mentioned over the phone. I do not understand why companies like this protect dishonest previous customers but clamming up, guess they could be friends or even in on it. I am writing this review for James from Excellent Pool Service because he came to my home to fix someone else's crappy work and install a new pump that I had purchased from another pool service guy back in September. The other guy ghosted me and never installed it. Even though James doesn't service my area, he came to my home as a favor to help make things right with my pool equipment. I'm so happy James agreed to come by. James worked fast, efficiently, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. He installed the new pool pump, fixed the previous piping, and even painted everything so it looked nice. His fees were reasonable, he explained everything to me, and since he doesn't service my area he provided a recommendation for someone he trusts that can provide regular service and future repairs. I cannot thank James enough for his extensive knowledge and professional service. I feel relieved that I finally got an installation/repair worthy of a positive review. I highly recommend James at Excellent Pool Service to anyone who needs repairs. My pool pump area looks so much better because it was repaired by a true professional who actually cares about his work, his reputation, and the reputation of the pool industry as a whole.
