Last month, they only serviced my pool once out of the four weeks, despite me paying in full at the start of the month. I was told I would receive a refund for the three weeks they did not clean my pool on the 1st of the month, but I have yet to receive the refund or any response when asking when I should now expect it. Based on the lack of reliability, communication, and follow‑through, I cannot recommend this company.

I suggested we pause our weekly service until we get the pump fixed. After I thought we had come to an understanding on the phone, I received an email from the owner terminating our service. When I questioned wether when we get the pump repaired would be be able to start back up, I was told no. So because we can't afford to get the pump repaired due to other unforeseen expenses they dumped a loyal, long term customer. If this is how they treat loyal customers going though hard times, I wouldn't give them the time if day, let alone future business. Our monthly bill was regularly over $110 a month. I have always been up to date with payment, and considerate of rate increases. I am honestly shocked to be treated so badly.

I am medically disabled, physically weak, and use a walker, yet no effort was made to pause, redirect the debris, or allow me to pass safely. Leaf blowers already create significant dust, noise, and air pollution, but using one this carelessly around customers--especially someone with a visible mobility disability--is unacceptable. Basic awareness and consideration would have prevented this. This experience left me with the impression that this company places little value on public health, environmental impact, or the safety and dignity of disabled people.
