I was told everything from the water in my city is harsh to the birds around were causing it. My levels always read normal, so the investigation stopped there. A month ago, I made a few phone calls to other pool vendors. I was referred to Jared and placed in contact with him after sharing my story. Jared came out right away and immediately started researching the problem. My pool was so pristine after the 2nd visit. Jared found the problem and scheduled the work to be done right away. Not only was he polite, communicative, and reasonably priced. He was very determined to bring my pool back up to speed. His dedication and love for what he does rendered stellar service to my pool. While it was no simple find and quick fix, I was able to afford the repair and enjoy my pool again. My family is so thankful for what he has done for us. I even emailed the old pool company photos and findings so that they prevent this type of negligence in the future. Solstice Pools is AMAZING, to say the least! Best decision I could've made for the care of my pool!

I have used them for a couple weeks now and am very impressed. The service is great, my pool looks good, and I don't feel that I will be upsold on stuff I don't need. Very fair so far, and will be glad to update after it's been a few months but I expect everything will continue to be awesome. There are a ton of pool companies out there, but if you need one give Solstice a chance to earn your business.

Job was done in a very timely matter, and well synchronize between crews so there were no delays on the process. I was very impress with the amount of time it took to resurface our 12,000-gallon pool, took them 5 days to accomplish this. Extremely happy with the Pebble shin finish and looks great. Larry spearheaded the finishing touches and went well beyond scope of work, to ensure that when pool was turn over to us met our expectations. Integrity Pools, word says it all. It was very unfortunate for us as we have a handicapped/homebound resident and doing it ourselves is a huge chore. More unfortunate was the poor service and unprofessionalism provided by the AZ Oasis Pool Services, their employees, and especially Jessica B. Beware! I would NOT use this guy Dennis from this company. This guy is very shady. I asked if he…read morewas friends with Michael Maloney from Affinity Pools that jumped a block wall fence and stole a pool floor cleaning system. He seemed very hesitant when he was asked. Dennis was asked if he will give a complimentary filter cleaning if you choose him to take on your pool service as most do out there and he refused and said that he rather not do the pool at all whatsoever; all over $85.00. Here he purchased a new floor cleaning system to bring to the house and do the pool service than he backs out 1 hour prior to the appointment. Money is the root of all evil, and makes people very greedy. Here he was the one who initially installed the filter system on the pool in the first place which we already know he made lots on it already on it. I knew something was up when asked if he in fact knew Michael Maloney. I believe they are friends. He does not answer text messages in a timely manner either when asking him questions with needing answers while in a place of business.
