I was told everything from the water in my city is harsh to the birds around were causing it. My levels always read normal, so the investigation stopped there. A month ago, I made a few phone calls to other pool vendors. I was referred to Jared and placed in contact with him after sharing my story. Jared came out right away and immediately started researching the problem. My pool was so pristine after the 2nd visit. Jared found the problem and scheduled the work to be done right away. Not only was he polite, communicative, and reasonably priced. He was very determined to bring my pool back up to speed. His dedication and love for what he does rendered stellar service to my pool. While it was no simple find and quick fix, I was able to afford the repair and enjoy my pool again. My family is so thankful for what he has done for us. I even emailed the old pool company photos and findings so that they prevent this type of negligence in the future. Solstice Pools is AMAZING, to say the least! I have used them for a couple weeks now and am very impressed. The service is great, my pool looks good, and I don't feel that I will be upsold on stuff I don't need. Very fair so far, and will be glad to update after it's been a few months but I expect everything will continue to be awesome. There are a ton of pool companies out there, but if you need one give Solstice a chance to earn your business.

Review of Algenie Pools / AZ Peaches This is the WORST…read morecompany I have ever worked with. I have hired many people / companies to work on my home - from repeat weekly jobs to major projects. I have never once had to withhold payment due to inferior work. AZ Peaches / Algenie will receive the balance due to them after I have an estimate to repair the damage they did to my pavers by setting a bucket of acid on the side of the pool, and, after I have my pump checked out for damage done by the excessive amount of sand used. I gave them the option of giving me their insurance information instead of withholding the balance due, they declined. To hit on the main points: *Set a bucket of acid on the side of the pool and stained pavers *Left a huge mess even after promising he would leave area in same condition as when he started (I had just had everything pressure washed) *Left a LOT of sand in the pool. Raises the question - did he actually do the acid wash? You really can't (or shouldn't) do an acid wash while there is sand in the pool. Claims he did it at night while we were gone, but the pool itself doesn't look any brighter. Only way we know there was acid there is the stain on the pavers. *Unplugged our outdoor refrigerator without telling us and ruined a month's supply of medication stored there. *Consistently showed up late and would leave for hours at a time without letting us know. Turned what should have been a 1 day project into a week long nightmare. *Left garbage on the sidewalk for over 24 hours. I had to request that he remove it. *Broke a slat on our Adirondack chair. I have attached photos so you can judge for yourself. The pic with the sand on the stairs is after 3 days of nearly non-stop running our robot vacuum while the pool continued to fill. Unfortunately, our robot doesn't do stairs.

Tuesday night we were awakened at 2:00 am with a water sound outside our window. The pool heater was spouting water and water was running down our street! Shut the system down and reached out to Pat for a recommendation early Wednesday morning. 5 minutes later Cameron called and said he would be right over. Bottom line, today is Friday and Camaron is just packing up his gear and we have a new pool heater!!
