NLKD pricing was very competitive and we trusted all the positive reviews along with a highly complimentary recent referral from a friend/neighbor. Angel and Hans did excellent quality work from start to finish. They carefully masked off our pool and all areas adjacent to the project. Well, I can't say that I am basing this review on the final product but I can say that this far…read moreit's been a let down. Jeff the sales professional is great but after his process was complete, things took a turn. I signed the paperwork towards the middle of October 2021. We didn't get permits for the initial excavation back until February 2022. The planning phase took SIX MONTHS. That's how long I was told the ENTIRE process would take. I've got pools going in all around me. Pools that were started WELL after mine. My neighbors will be swimming this summer and we will still be waiting. It is my opinion that this company over sells and under delivers. The companies that they contract out cannot keep up with the workload. My plumbers worked half days. So did electrical. The only team that did its job well was the excavation team. One of the plumbers was caught by my neighbor peeing on the side of my house - literally ON the house with the gate wide open where kids heading to school could see. The project planner responds to my concerns in single sentence responses. There is zero feeling of urgency or the understanding of it. We are paying 83,000 in cash for this pool and it seems like we are simply an after thought. Makes me wonder how warranty repairs will go in the future. For the record - here is the proof as to how long it took to get the basic planning stages done. I confirmed with the Buckeye permit office on 4/26/22. I sure do hope the finished product blows our mind because it may take a full year to get it. Edit 1) I am going to continue updating this as we move along in the process. So, shotcrete is a huge concern. Dawn was able to book our shotcrete less than two weeks after the inspection. This is unheard of due to them being so backed up. So this was a pleasant surprise to say the least. Edit 2) Shotcrete complete within 2 days. Plumbing and electrical and gas now complete. It's been moving along pretty well. Updating review score due to getting back on track. Edit 3) Randy the project supervisor came out and reviewed everything. He's a really good guy and you can tell he is concerned about getting the project done right. The finishing crew is here now and they too are really nice. They are plugging right along. Only typically working half days but this may be because they have other jobs going on at the same time.

Victory did a fantastic job on our new pool in Victory, Verrado. Only 45 days from first "shovel to…read moresplash"! (Be sure and ask them about the crushed Abalone shells added to Pebblesheen - it looks stunning!) There were very few days when somebody from Victory wasn't at work on our pool, hardscape or landscape. And there was never a time when we couldn't reach somebody if we had a question or request. In fact our Designer (Andy) left the day our dig began, but it made no difference as Nate (co-owner), Sean (co-owner), Pedro (site super) or his apprentice Michael, all immediately stepped up to make sure things progressed smoothly (and beautifully). We were about to contract with another firm but as we had 3 upcoming vacations taking us away during construction, I was concerned for all the miscellaneous and unsupervised "subs" the other firm utilized. But with Victory everyone is dedicated (and held accountable!) to them. The fact that Victory outfits everyone in "team shirts" tells you something about how Nate and Sean run this business. (Think about it - its pretty nice when you wake up to strangers working in your backyard - yet you recognize everyone of them belongs by their similiar Victory attire). Not only is the pool, yard, and daily clean-up first rate, but the equipment installed is as well. Now I have as maintenance-free a pool as I could have desired. And one who's style suits our lifestyle, house, and view perfectly. If I ever build another pool I will definetly use Victory again.

We had only been in the area for a couple of months and there were so few in the neighborhood who had even started on landscaping projects that we could compare notes with and ask their opinions, so we looked at a handful online and started requesting quotes. Four Sons Landscaping was on our radar as we saw one of their signs and we had also obtained one of their flyers. We looked them up online and submitted the contact form and were pleasantly surprised to receive not only a quick response within hours, but from someone who was very cordial and professional and seemed trustworthy and interested by wanting to come out to our house and give us a quote. That individual was Kristin, who is one of the family owners, and she scheduled to meet with us and her project manager Jonathan within a day. They both showed up promptly and on time at our home with such a pleasant attitude and showed us right away they were there to help us plan the design we were looking for. Our side and backyard are both very limited in space, so this project was smaller than most the company is used to handling, however, they assured us they were willing to make it happen. Right away, Kristin designed a 3D video of what the end result would look like, both in daylight and at night. We were so impressed with it and happily accepted their quote and start date. We would like to point out the communication was handled very professionally from beginning to end and every one of our questions and concerns were handled with care and addressed without any issues. Jonathan and his excellent crew were happy to help us with any added needs including watering our newly planted trees for us while we were away on a trip and helping us secure our privacy screens which we were so grateful for! Our project included travertine paver walkways in the front and side yard, pathway lights throughout the front and backyard, a newly installed turf with travertine paver steps integrated, and added irrigation to our trees we had already installed. We can't say enough how happy we are with how everything turned out and we were so relieved after going through the anxiety of finding the right team! I was worried at first that they would not be interested in the job as it is a small backyard but they had no such concerns. Kristin and team worked up a great model of what they could do for my budget and off we went! Communication was excellent from start to finish. Work was of very high quality.
