Installed 12 quality valves for my home; I installed the system myself and I just use the stuff you can get at Home Depot, which is reasonable but they broke right away so I have good quality valves. Should last me for many many years. They did an excellent job subsequent to that that was three years ago subsequent to that they installed another zone at my daughters housewe were having problems with the timing and the amount of water coming out to some fruit trees we had planted they came today and adjusted my timers and everything and did really a great job at the house so I am just super happy with these guys yeah they're pricey. I mean your prices are sky high but they do good work and I'm willing to pay for good work. read more

JD came out and did a detailed walk through with me, once it was decided what the plane was he scheduled a time (the following week) for installation and sent me an exact quote later that day. After replacing the Tubing with PVC pipe, as requested, we kept flooding the street with a leak. Turns out they did not replace all the tubing as requested. Charged us another $500.00 to replace the remaining tubing. THEN, we noticed some of the plants are getting distressed, and the ones under the Oak tree are dying. Turns out, they connected the Hesper Aloe, the Wandering Jew, and never connected the Angelitas. NOW they want another several hundred dollars to fix the problem, because, ready, I just had surgery, was on Opiods, Mark, said "All Set, the three zones are working fine." The back yard sat dormant for two years while we finished our landscaping. Our back yard was finished recently, and we tried to turn on the back yard irrigation system. This review will mirror many of the others on Yelp as our experience with Sonora Sprinkler was excellent. I called the office at the end of October. We had a scheduled appointment on 11/2, but the office called to reschedule for 11/5. No problem at all. JD arrived on time and gave us a thorough estimate of the work needed to replace our 13-year-old irrigation system that had several leaks among other issues. (This included documenting all the bushes/trees we have, including the type.) We've lost many bushes because of the failing system and were on the verge of losing several more. JD put us in as an emergency job, and a crew came out on 11/9 for the installation. They worked from 6:30 a.m. to around 4:30 p.m on 11/9 and again from 6:30 to about 2:30 the next day. Ryan was in communication with us about the status of the job as well as with questions regarding the piping for future landscaping projects we have in mind. He was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. The crew left our front and yard looking BETTER than when they started. They groomed the desert rocks, washed down the concrete, and even repaired several of our landscape lights that we knew were not working. At the close of the project, Ryan walked us through the now more simplified and logical sprinkler timer and answered the additional questions we had. The lines now match the watering needs of each particular bush and tree as well as our lawn. We can't say enough about this company--they exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond. We met with J.D. on June 25th to discuss replacing our system with PVC. We have a corner lot and three drip systems. From start to finish it was a great experience. The installation techs did an outstanding job removing my old irrigation and installing new PVC. When they were done with the job, the cleanup was so good that you couldn't even tell that any work had taken place. My 20-year-old irrigation system was shot--3 leaks just this year and several emitter lines clogged. That's when I called Sonora Sprinkler for an estimate to replace the whole system with PVC piping. JD came out and walked the front, back, and side yards with me to come up with a scope of work. Some plants and trees were not getting enough water and others were getting too much. He came up with a plan and gave me a written estimate the same day (not cheap--but a fair price, based on other estimates--AND this company is licensed, bonded, insured). Nice thing was that they sent a large crew of at least 8 or 9 workers plus a supervisor, so that the work was completed quickly with a minimum of disruption. They arrived right on time on the scheduled day and completed everything (including clean-up) around Noon the next day. I recently moved from CA, then my irrigation system died! I had black tubes on top of the ground to water individual plants -and hated it! I had Sonora come out, give me a price ( got 2 other bids also), and went with them. From start to finish and beyond, I cannot give a higher recommendation! They raked up my gravel and mulch in different piles, worked hard and got it done in 2 half days! They then put the gravel and mulch back, you can't tell that a new system was put in other than my yard looked better than ever before! Just had Sonora Re pipe my backyard irrigation system , 15 year old inefficient system replaced with rigid pvc and balanced heads. We also added a "zone" so plants are getting proper watering instead of "what's good for some will have to do for others" type of irrigation. also had another hose spigot added to the backyard so no more 100ft hose! Start to finish nothing but professional, they started and finished the job and about 4 days. Trenching , adding piping and new valve, connecting 40 plus heads for the plants,shrubs,trees etc. and clean up. IF i had not seen Ryan in the backyard checking the final work i would have NEVER known anyone was on the property. The yard actually looked BETTER after they left !
