I called for an appointment to fix 2 broken risers in my 10-year-old irrigation system. It turned out to be an easy fix for the technician. Skyler inspected the system and replaced the two broken parts. The bill for services was lower than I expected. I am very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to use this company again for repairs. read more

Amazing company and service. Very polite, responsive and efficient. We had a prompt estimate and start time within days. They arrived exactly when they said they were coming and kept us updated all on the way. All the workers are respectful and polite and more than accommodated our wishes. There is no doubt we would use Sonora Sprinkler again. They were outstanding in every way. (Thank you, Ryan). read more

The technician was great. He called me to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, he was very courteous. He asked me what the problem was, and I told him what was happening. He said he knew exactly what the issue was. I needed a new timer for my irrigation system. After he replaced the timer, I thanked him and wrote a check. He said a receipt would be sent to my email. The whole experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Sonora Sprinkler to anyone who needs irrigation system service. read more

Sonora installed a new irrigation system and we couldn't be happier with their quality of work, knowledge, communication and professionalism! They stand by their work and were so helpful in handling all of our questions! They made 2 trips after installation to handle some questions we had. I highly recommend and we will use them for any future needs! read more

Wonderful service! They were all professional and knowledgeable. The work was started and completed on time. They kept things neat and tidy. I am beyond satisfied and will recommend them again and again. They even came out to check my pre- existing sprinkler valve box - free of charge- to troubleshoot. 100% highly recommend! read more

Had our 17 year old poly drip irrigation replaced with pvc. JD is a straight shooter. Got two other quotes and neither came close to the price he quoted. Their team did an outstanding job and you can't even tell they were here despite all the trenching they did. Mark came in after the install crew were done and went over everything. Made sure our landscape lights were all still working, emitters were spot on (even laid on the ground to get under shrubs), and our irrigation controller was updated. He walked us through everything and ensured we had no unanswered questions. You really feel like you're getting white glove treatment. Highly recommend and really looking forward to not spending my weekends fixing irrigation leaks. read more

Installed 12 quality valves for my home; I installed the system myself and I just use the stuff you can get at Home Depot, which is reasonable but they broke right away so I have good quality valves. Should last me for many many years. They did an excellent job subsequent to that that was three years ago subsequent to that they installed another zone at my daughters housewe were having problems with the timing and the amount of water coming out to some fruit trees we had planted they came today and adjusted my timers and everything and did really a great job at the house so I am just super happy with these guys yeah they're pricey. I mean your prices are sky high but they do good work and I'm willing to pay for good work. read more

My irrigation system broke 2 weeks ago. I called n Sonora Sprinkler yesterday. Today Skylar came out and repaired the line. He then assessed the system and set up the timer. Very fair price and I will definitely call them again. read more

I chose them because of the many reviews that mentioned they left peoples yards looking like they had never been there. JD came out and did a detailed walk through with me, once it was decided what the plane was he scheduled a time (the following week) for installation and sent me an exact quote later that day. They had an opening the next day and showed up on time. Mark showed the crew what to do and they went right to work. They completed the front yard and would come back on monday (this was a friday). Monday they showed up on time again and the crew went right to work, no standing around no confusion. When they were done both the front and back yard looked like nothing had ever happened. in fact it looked a little better than it did before. Mark came back and inspected everything verified it worked and made sure I had everything I needed. Worth every dollar. read more

We bought an older home in Sun City West that needed some rehabbing, and part of that rehabbing included the yard and irrigation system. It's taken us a year to sort the yard out like we want it, and Sonora Sprinkler, specifically Skylar, has helped us tremendously. We cut down and removed vegetation, and Skylar rerouted sprinkler lines, and repaired leaks. He is super skilled, very fast, and so pleasant even when we changed our mind midstream. We depend on Sonora Sprinkler and know the quality job we will receive when we hire them. read more

We purchased a home that needed the drip system inspected and possibly repaired. We were also not sure how to set the timing system. Sonora Sprinkler did a fabulous job! They came out quickly and assessed the drip system on the entire property, made a few replacements and set our timer for "spring time". They were on time, professional and the price was fantastic! We will definitely call them closer to our summer months to reset the timing system. I would highly recommend them! read more

If you are looking at getting your yard done, look no further. I just had my front and back yard installed with new sprinkler pipe and could not have been more pleased. Skylar was our technician. I thought we may need all lines replaced due to low/no water pressure. He quickly identified old valve was the problem. Replaced it and everything was working great. Saved a boat-load of money. We didn't need new lines this time, but when we do, DEFINITELY going with Sonora Sprinkler. They are fair, honest and dependable. (Skylar is a great guy!) After replacing the Tubing with PVC pipe, as requested, we kept flooding the street with a leak. Turns out they did not replace all the tubing as requested. Charged us another $500.00 to replace the remaining tubing. THEN, we noticed some of the plants are getting distressed, and the ones under the Oak tree are dying. Turns out, they connected the Hesper Aloe, the Wandering Jew, and never connected the Angelitas. NOW they want another several hundred dollars to fix the problem, because, ready, I just had surgery, was on Opiods, Mark, said "All Set, the three zones are working fine." Fourth Sprinkler Outfit in a row that screwed us over. read more

I decided to not invest in upgrading my irrigation system at this time, but I wanted to give a shout out to JD. He went out of his way to troubleshoot some of my property's suboptimal issues. This company uses quality supplies, including long lasting PVC pipe versus poor quality black poly tuning. My quote seemed reasonably priced for quality of supplies and degree of labor. Don't wait, this company is popular. read more

We have had a great experience with Sonora. We had our irrigation system installed two years ago in the front and back yard. They were professional and customer service was great. The back yard sat dormant for two years while we finished our landscaping. Our back yard was finished recently, and we tried to turn on the back yard irrigation system. It would not turn on by the control panel. We reached out to Sonora, and they responded right away, and they came out and troubleshooted the issue and fixed it. Ryan walked use through how to program our backyard system. If you need an irrigation system installed this is the company, I recommend. read more

This review will mirror many of the others on Yelp as our experience with Sonora Sprinkler was excellent. I called the office at the end of October. We had a scheduled appointment on 11/2, but the office called to reschedule for 11/5. No problem at all. JD arrived on time and gave us a thorough estimate of the work needed to replace our 13-year-old irrigation system that had several leaks among other issues. (This included documenting all the bushes/trees we have, including the type.) We've lost many bushes because of the failing system and were on the verge of losing several more. JD put us in as an emergency job, and a crew came out on 11/9 for the installation. They worked from 6:30 a.m. to around 4:30 p.m on 11/9 and again from 6:30 to about 2:30 the next day. Ryan was in communication with us about the status of the job as well as with questions regarding the piping for future landscaping projects we have in mind. He was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. The crew left our front and yard looking BETTER than when they started. They groomed the desert rocks, washed down the concrete, and even repaired several of our landscape lights that we knew were not working. At the close of the project, Ryan walked us through the now more simplified and logical sprinkler timer and answered the additional questions we had. The lines now match the watering needs of each particular bush and tree as well as our lawn. We can't say enough about this company--they exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond. We had a lower bid for the sprinklers from another company, but we had no confidence they would do the job well. So glad we went with Sonora Sprinkler. read more

I had a leak in my sprinkler system. Called and spoke with Ryan. He was very accommodating and agreed to to come to my house to assess the damage. He quickly fixed the leak, inspected the existing system for leaks, gave me a tutorial to set the automated sprinkler system, and inspected the entire system for any existing issues. I will always call them and recommend Sonora Sprinkler to my friends and neighbors in need of sprinkler repair. Great service at affordable price. read more

Our drip system had self-destructed. We began getting quotes and it didn't take long to realize that Sonora Sprinkler was a special company. Ryan was great! Very professional, listened to our needs and had answers for us. Very detailed in his quote, it came very timely, we felt very reasonable and they were able to accommodate our schedule when we wanted the installation. The installer were amazing and so detailed in their work. when the job was finished, you would have never known our yard was torn up. They put the rock back and made sure everything was in working order. I would highly recommend this company for any of your sprinkler needs. We are 100% satisfied with their work. read more

We met with J.D. on June 25th to discuss replacing our system with PVC. We have a corner lot and three drip systems. From start to finish it was a great experience. The office staff was quick with responses to our questions. When the workers came out on July 12th they were friendly and very hard working, there were nine total. They finished the project the next day. Mark the supervisor met with us the day after to show how everything works and answer questions. He also showed us how to program the new controller. The yards were actually cleaner than when they started. Great job and great company. Very refreshing. Andy Bowman Sun City Festival read more

Roan was my tech and was very knowledgeable and great work ethic. Got the job done and then some more problems I sprung on him last minute. This company was an absolute joy to work with. Ryan was extremely responsive with the initial quote, scheduling of the job, and regularly checking in during the work to ensure that everything was going according to plan. The installation techs did an outstanding job removing my old irrigation and installing new PVC. When they were done with the job, the cleanup was so good that you couldn't even tell that any work had taken place. Ryan then checked every new emitter and sprinkler head to make sure that everything was working correctly, and then adjusted the automatic timer. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of work that was completed. I couldn't recommend this company enough. read more

My 20-year-old irrigation system was shot--3 leaks just this year and several emitter lines clogged. That's when I called Sonora Sprinkler for an estimate to replace the whole system with PVC piping. JD came out and walked the front, back, and side yards with me to come up with a scope of work. Some plants and trees were not getting enough water and others were getting too much. He came up with a plan and gave me a written estimate the same day (not cheap--but a fair price, based on other estimates--AND this company is licensed, bonded, insured). Nice thing was that they sent a large crew of at least 8 or 9 workers plus a supervisor, so that the work was completed quickly with a minimum of disruption. They arrived right on time on the scheduled day and completed everything (including clean-up) around Noon the next day. Ryan, the company's general manager then came out to set the watering times and check everything out. Very pleased with the results. read more

I recently moved from CA, then my irrigation system died! I had black tubes on top of the ground to water individual plants -and hated it! I had Sonora come out, give me a price ( got 2 other bids also), and went with them. From start to finish and beyond, I cannot give a higher recommendation! They raked up my gravel and mulch in different piles, worked hard and got it done in 2 half days! They then put the gravel and mulch back, you can't tell that a new system was put in other than my yard looked better than ever before! The owner, estimator and workers were polite, worked hard and got done in record time. The owner went over the system with my son and I, left his label & phone number so we could call him with any questions changing from summer/winter needs. I had a question and Ryan called me within a few hours, explained the watering heads. A few days later he was in the area, called and said he'd come by to check things out! He was so kind to ease my mind! I cannot say how impressed I was with this pride of a job well done! (Haven't had that for a long time with anyone!! read more

Just had Sonora Re pipe my backyard irrigation system , 15 year old inefficient system replaced with rigid pvc and balanced heads. We also added a "zone" so plants are getting proper watering instead of "what's good for some will have to do for others" type of irrigation. also had another hose spigot added to the backyard so no more 100ft hose! Start to finish nothing but professional, they started and finished the job and about 4 days. Trenching , adding piping and new valve, connecting 40 plus heads for the plants, shrubs, trees etc. and clean up. IF i had not seen Ryan in the backyard checking the final work i would have NEVER known anyone was on the property. The yard actually looked BETTER after they left ! I can't say enough about Ryan and Sonora, They will absolutely take the stress out of the your irrigation issues. read more
