The crew at Manning Sprinkler Service replaced my entire irrigation system, using about a third of a mile of tubing. Matt, Mark, and Javier worked here for two and a half weeks, and did an exceptional job. They were friendly, precise, and hard-working, hardly taking breaks. Each day, they kept me updated when they arrived and when they finished. They even texted to let me know they were on the way. Afterwards, the backyard looked as if it had never been dug up, even though the space had been Tropical and densely planted for over 20 years. I highly recommend them for any size job. Matt, Mark and Xavier - thank you - I appreciate your work ethic and your patience and teaching me to use the new timer. read more

After almost 25 years, my watering schedule of coming on became intermittent. In the summer heat of Phoenix, that was not acceptable per the wife. Given my experience, I deduced that the wiring from the solenoids to the controller finally corroded enough to become iffy. Instead of going through a trouble shooting process, I had Tony just replace the electrical line(s) from the solenoids to the controller. Tony knocked it out in an hour's time. Everything's got new wire, new connectors, and I've got a stable working watering system again. The wife is happy and I have peace. ;-) Thank you Manning Sprinkler for coming to my aid and the pricing for all that was done was good too. Manning Sprinkler is on my go-to list for sprinkler servicing going forward. Thanks again, Dave read more

I've been using Manning Sprinkler since I bought my house in Phoenix over 30-years ago and they have never let me down. It was time to replace the entire sprinkler system and once again they came through! It was a big job and they got it done quickly and my yard looks better than it did before they started. Matt the job foreman was amazing and a true professional and the whole crew was friendly and worked really hard the entire time they were at my house. The price was very fair and I definitely got my monies worth!!! Dana in the office was great to work with and answered all my questions and always got back to me quickly. read more

I needed to upgrade an existing sprinkler system and contacted Manning Sprinkler Services. Sergio rebuilt the valve distribution and put the proper head and spray pattern for each area. Excellent job for a fair price! Two months later a truck went over the line adjacent to the driveway and it broke underground. I scheduled a service call and it was thought to require cutting concrete to reach the broken line. Matt and Tate were able to make the repair without cutting the driveway and it looks great. I'm a repeat customer as Manning Sprinkler Services has the tools and skill to perform on time service. read more

After 2 false starts with other companies Darcy from Manning set me an appt with Sergio - what a great experience. She was correct when she said he really knows his job. He fixed all my issues and even identified a leak in my pool. I am very impressed with the knowledge of the staff at Manning and will call them for all my irrigation needs. It is so refreshing to work with experts from scheduling to job completion it was a 5 star experience end to end. I trust this company to do the job correctly and at a reasonable cost. read more

I had a very complicated sprinkler repair involving the main line feeding the backyard. It runs beneath the driveway, so it was necessary to cut through the concrete to allow a sleeve to be inserted to make future repairs easier. Matt and Xavier spent hours in the sun fixing this, plus another leak that had developed. They moved a riser that was in an awkward location, and finished with a very nice paver repair to the concrete. I'm very impressed with their work and the dedication to get the job done despite the extreme heat! read more

Manning Sprinkler Services - Paver repair across the driveway - Irrigation Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Sergio did a great job of handling all my needs, even taking care of a problem that he possibly could've passed as not being his job . He arrived when he said he was going to and explained things well. He also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. When you call Manning, you immediately get a dedicated person to schedule the job right away. I highly recommend Manning Sprinklers as a professional company that does what they're supposed to do and has the knowledge and expertise to get the job done quickly. In this day and age of service people not showing up when they say they're going to nor communicating that they're not coming, this company was a welcome relief. I also thought their price was quite fair. read more

once again Manning saved me from a crazy water bill as they found and fixed a leak under some pavers by the driveway. As always they came out quickly, fixed the problem and the cost was very fair. I recently had my entire drip system replaced by Manning Sprinkling Systems. Matt Kendal was the foreman and was on site the entire time making sure everything went smoothly. I can't say enough about Matt, the professionalism of the install team, their quality of work and how easy the company was to work with. It was a very large job where they replaced almost 800 feet of 20 year old black drip line with schedule 40 PVC. My backyard is a wash and natural desert which made the installation even more challenging. Since there was no access for a trencher all the trenches had to be dug by hand using a jackhammer. In addition, they also transitioned my system from one zone to three zones which required them to make additional penetrations in my block wall. Matt also took almost 50 pictures documenting all the work for future reference. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Manning Sprinkling Systems to all my family and friends. I truly can't say enough about Matt, the company, it's employees and the quality of their workmanship. read more

Manning Sprinkler was recommended by our plumber. We had 6 zones installed for our gardens and our timer system relocated. Not only was Tony informative but he was extremely well spoken and a fantastic worker. His work was clean and anytime he had a question, he'd ask my wife or I as he wanted to make sure he was doing everything we expected. We couldn't be happier and plan on using Manning for all our sprinkler and irrigation needs in the future. read more

Darcy and Andee went above and beyond to get someone out right away to take care of a valve that wouldn't shut off. I couldn't figure out which valve was running. The one I thought it was would not shut off at the valve. So I had to have the entire irrigation system shut off in this horrible heat. I was so worried about losing plants but Darcy and Andee to the rescue!!! I couldn't be more grateful! My regular guy couldn't come until next week so they found someone else in the company who was willing to help me out and he's coming first thing in the morning. Wonderful! Wendy S. Called Manning yesterday because my backyard sprinklers quit working plus there were a couple of puddles where there used to be some heads. Spoke to a young lady on the telephone who was delightful and got me set up for the very next day. Matt called and showed up promptly and solved the issues and check things out. Matt is very knowledgeable and was pleasant to just talk to you while he was doing his work. I would recommend Manning for any of your sprinkler needs and Matt is a one of a kind employee! They fixed our drip system, but took many different attempts and things were a struggle. Could tell the company was doing their best but communication was rough with the tech and the process felt unnecessarily dragged out. They can fix what you need just prepare it to be a month long process and communication overall will be frustrating. read more

They came highly recommended from a friend and she was right! Tony was extremely prompt, found and fixed the problem straight away. He reassured me about my water bill and meter readings, showed me how to change out the battery on my timer and quoted extending my system to the back. I feel he went above and beyond by clearing out the trash bits in the gutter to ensure the standing water in the road in front of my house was not coming from my system. Several payment options and very reasonable pricing! I will not be calling anyone else! read more

Because Zero Stars are available. Once again, I am in the yard restoring Irrigation to a Zone they bypassed. We have lost all ready 25% of our plantings due to thier negligence. Now, I have to install a head to another dying plant because they reneged on returning to run irrigation lines to keep it from drying up. And, I discovered, that the reason the Chocolate Plant died, is because they did not run a line into its container. I will have to hand water it until I figure out how to replace the line they removed, and never put back. It takes me three times longer because I am partially disabled, and at least two days to physically recover. Disgusted. read more

Manning came out and diagnosed the problem with our sprinkler systems quickly and were out a few days later to complete the work. We needed two complete rebuilds for front and back yard sprinkler valve systems and had a few additional leaks. They were professional and courteous from the beginning and continued that throughout the job, going above and beyond to do great work and ensure areas they worked on were clean and neat when they were finished. They also were proactive and AGAIN went above and beyond to remedy issues that came up during the work like additional leaks and improperly installed sprinkler heads. A leaky water main valve they replaced even fixed another unrelated problem we had!! Prices were very fair and work was done quickly and professionally. I couldn't be more satisfied and will recommend Manning to my clients, friends and family who may need their services!! read more

Recently, I contracted with Manning Sprinkler Services to install a new drip irrigation system in both our front and back yards. The original poly tubing from 2004 had failed everywhere and I was tired of patching it. Manning installed all new valves, manifolds, schedule 40 PVC pipe throughput, and even new lawn sprinklers. It was a big job, their crew worked six days on it. When complete, I could hardly tell they were here! And Jose, their foreman, was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company.
