AVOID AT ALL COST. Our HOA hired OSM to do our landscaping and irrigation. They have been awful…read more The management is very professional and well mannered. The actual landscapers are not. I have had unpleasant and threatening interactions with their tree trimmers. They do not pick up trash like they are paid to do. Instead they spray the trash with blue weed killer and leave it there. They do not rake the gravel. Only occassionally will they blow my entry way. Our grass is dead and our trees look rough. Management has gone back on their word. During an HOA meeting I requested that Craig provide a list, with pictures, of the trees OSM plans to plant in our community before the removal of trees that are in decline. He agreed that he could provide a list of trees for the community to look over so we could know what would be replacing our beautiful trees. He never provided a list and claims I didn't request one. They came into a hard situation so I understand things take time. However, it is unacceptable to pay $224 a month in HOA fees to have landscapers who do not to pick up trash. Our community manager has shared my concerns with OSM multiple times. They continue to ignore trash. We are so so sad. We have had George and his Dad Jeorge take care of our yard for three year's now…read more We have had problems with our irrigation system that George had originally installed. We have been charged an additional $300.00 to fix what Sun Valley Yard Care Originally installed. We have numerous plants dying and one sprinkler is adjust for three hours and has flooded our 80 year old neighbors yard. To add insult to injury George pruned our Ivy in our courtyard and took a sprig for himself. The Ivy trunk was damaged and the Ivy died. We brought that pair of Ivy plants from our old house and it had sentimental value. Finally we received a bill today that he was there last week. Please see the photos attached and judge for yourself. We are senior citizens on a fixed income, we feel so cheated and sad.

I have honestly never had a good experience with a landscaper (always late, no shows, half ass work, aren't helpful with questions,etc). From day one Jessie was very communicative and understanding. For the quote Brandon showed up on time as scheduled, talked to us about our needs, and answered all of our questions clearly. Even gave us a little lesson on dripper systems! We were given a very clear and, in my opinion, a very fair quote on the project. They were very flexible with scheduling which made it even better since we had some personal crap happen that forced us to reschedule once on them. Brandon showed up on time and got straight to work. He did the job solo and under the allotted time he quoted. We changed the project a bit on him the day of that most companies would cringe to do and not make adjustments for, but they did the extra requests without hesitation or asking for additional money-- even ran out for more supplies to make it happen!
