Weve been in Az now for 20 years and have never dealt with any better people then Anna, her daughter and the gentleman that works magic with every project he/them have done for us. The other day we had irrigation issues and he worked his magic fixing the leaks at a reasonable price. We wanted our trees in our backyard pruned and he climbed up the trees and did a perfect job cutting the trees back. Our Bouganvilla were out of control and he came up with a solution that now has them totally under control. When you hire Anna and her team you don't get the hardest workers that Ive ever experienced but the smartest, solution orientated landscapers. If you hire anyone else for any landscaping job then Anna and her team, you'll be over paying for a landscaper that cant compete with Anna and her team. I can't thank Ana and her company enough for how wonderful my front yard looks. I got a quote from them on the 11th to clean up my front yard. They were reasonable with the amount quoted so I asked when they could come out to do the job. The very next day they were out! I'm a single working mom so they were very accommodating to my schedule. I was able to get a quote without being there and I was able to send my payment electronically. A landscaper that didn't cut the grass.... Yes. We hired Meza landscaping and actually had to ask them to come back to cut the yard. When we hired them for the job we asked them to trim the trees and bushes, as well as kill the weeds along with the normal things included with a service. They did a fantastic job trimming the trees and then when they were leaving I noticed the yard had not been cut and the weeds were not treated. I sent Mesa Landscaping a message today and got a response back immediately. I called them and they came out same day. My wife and I needed the front of our house de-weeded and chemically sprayed. This is a family of husband and wife with the husband doing the work not speaking a word in english and the wife helping him sometimes and translating for him. After talking to the wife (Ana) on the phone and letting her know that I need yard maintenance every two weeks she agreed to it and both came out to give me an estimate. I accepted their price although it was higher than what I was paying before and agreed that they will arrive every other Friday to trim and blow our yard to keep it clean. At the first meeting they both showed up and trimed few bushes in the front of the house with the agreement that next time they will trim the bushes in the back of the house. Two weeks later when I expected them to show up for service I decided to double check and texted Ana to confirm that they are arriving. She responded that they would have liked to work for me but only once a month as they have too many customers. So they were not even going to show up or letting me know about it. These are not professional people that you can hire and count on them. They are looking for one time job where they can do as little as possible for the money they requested. I was looking for a reliable landscape maintenance company who would stay with me for years to come. They are just a joke. read more
