We reached out to Sam and his team to manage the weeds in our front yard as well as to trim our tree that was overgrown. Once they came by and did this work within 20 minutes, we asked them about a larger future project that included designing our backyard. We had weeds and a dirt lot and Sam quickly gave us his feedback and ideas. My husband and I wanted to do the whole thing in parts so we could pay for it ourselves in cash. Sam and his wife were able to accommodate us and over the course of 2 months we completed our dream back yard. We are so happy to have found and supported this family business. We planted trees, bushes, did a paver path and pad and extended our concrete patio. We finished it off with turf and gravel along the trees. Everyone that worked was very kind and professional. Sam oversaw the entire process and checked in at each step. Once again the timeline was on our time and they were truly understanding of that and very responsive. Hands down, the lowest quote I received. Needed a quote on getting my neighbor's tree pruned back, as it was dropping leaves everywhere in my back yard and pool. A little trouble with scheduling but once they were here they took down my big leaning tree in only an hour. Did a really great job though a bit worrisome they didn't wear gloves or eye protection while using the chain saw on the tree. Glad to have the tree gone before monsoon season. Sam responded very quickly though Yelp. He gave me a quote of $100 based on the photo and answers from the questionnaire I sent. We scheduled an appointment for January 31st with a rough estimate on the time, possibly before noon. The morning of the appointment at 7am I got a text message from Joanna letting me know when they were on their way. They got to my house at 2pm and they were done in less than 20 minutes. We had Aispuro take care of our property for a while. If you're looking for landscapers who do a better than average job taking care of your property, Aispuros is all that. But if it's important also they show up on the day they say and that they communicate their schedule then Aispuros might not be a good fit. If they could resolve their scheduling and communication issues, I would hire them back even at their higher prices. I believe for the prices I was paying beyond what other landscapers charged, their administrative customer service should match the quality of their landscaping service. read more

After sending a "request quote" to Aispuros through Yelp, Sam responded and was at my home the next morning. I had 4 trees needing to be trimmed and Sam was one of three estimates that day. He was very professional and was very clear on his vision for each tree. A very good listener as well. While the other companies were going to use my bulk pickup to keep their price down, Sam beat them all and that was with hauling away the debris himself. He scheduled the work right away, just 3 days later. The day of the appt not only were they on time but to my surprise, he didn't just send a team out and you never see Sam again. My experience with Joanna was not good! She wasted a lot of my time just because of lack of communication. Not returning messages and not taking the time to keep me posted when she was running VERY LATE, which is just a lack of common courtesy and kindness. When she did finally get here for a bid, she started out very defensive. When she finally de-stressed, I explained that I had one more bid to get and then I would let her know either way [common courtesy shown to her]. I did so, but I had to follow up a 2nd time, asking her to call me to set up a time to get started, but NO PHONE CALL. I guess her company doesn't need the business. Hope the owner agrees with her. I just can't believe people anymore! But, better I know up front what she is all about. read more

I was torn on exactly how to rate this company on a single grading scale. Overall, I'd say 3/5. 5/5 on the quality of the finished product so far. The yard turned out very well, and overall we are happy with it. 2/5 on their ability to keep to the schedule they told us. The turf was supposed to be done on a Friday, and it wasn't even close. So then they said their guys would be here on Saturday. That Saturday, nobody had shown up by 3pm, and then we were told that they weren't coming until Monday, but that it would be finished then. Long story short, the turf wasn't done until Wednesday. Their workers quite literally moved our patio furniture around and sat on the chairs for hours at a time playing on their phones. And then had the audacity to just leave the furniture without even putting the table and chairs back. I get it. It's Phoenix. But if you give us a schedule, we expect that schedule to be met. Especially when we see the workers sitting out back doing nothing, and they didn't get here until late in the day. We shouldn't have to cancel plans and reschedule our own things because they can't keep up with theirs. 3/5 customer service. We were told they would come back the following Sunday with the receipt for the final payment we gave them. They never showed up, and didn't bother letting us know they weren't bringing it. They also left bags of trash on the side of the house. This was a $20,000+ project for our backyard. Turf, gravel, pavers to extend the patio area, and planting bushes along the border. When I texted them to ask about the receipt for our tax records, all we got first was an email with the amounts. Not an actual receipt, and no response to the text messages. While they were always nice to talk to, their overall customer service was severely lacking. For over $20,000, I don't expect to find garbage bags on the side of the house, having to consistently ask for an actual receipt, and constant delays. Yes, the work turned out nice. There's no complaints there. But with all of the other aggravations, I would go some place else in the future. I understand that they have other customers, but we shouldn't have to pay the price for them taking on more work than they are able to handle. Not sure where the issue is in their business line, but it needs work in that regard. read more
