I contacted Sam and Joanna based on their location and positive reviews. They responded within 30 minutes and actually came to my home less than an hour later to speak to me and look at the yard. They are so kind, professional, and very polite. They removed two trees, and pruned a massive tree in my yard as well. The yard looks tremendous and they also did a great job with cleaning up and speaking to one of my neighbors as well (to clear the branches that fell over). I really appreciate how friendly and easy going they are. The yard looks impeccable. read more

I had the landscaper come out and trim my palm trees and help with getting my yard bushes trimmed. I also had a previous tree that was removed still rooting out all over the front yard. I asked them to help me root it out. They did such a beautiful job with everything I asked. They recently had a family emergency and still worked with me to get my yard completed. They are a hard working family unit. I'm very impressed with their work. read more

Sadrach (Sam) and the crew came out today and did a fantastic job! They took care of everything we asked for. Very detailed and quick! Citrus trees were trimmed, shrubs knocked down, leaves all around the property blown out and cleaned up. Weeds pulled and sprayed. They always responded to messages quickly, and kept us informed when they were on their way to our house. They will be our monthly landscapers now! Highly recommended. read more

We reached out to Sam and his team to manage the weeds in our front yard as well as to trim our tree that was overgrown. Once they came by and did this work within 20 minutes, we asked them about a larger future project that included designing our backyard. We had weeds and a dirt lot and Sam quickly gave us his feedback and ideas. My husband and I wanted to do the whole thing in parts so we could pay for it ourselves in cash. Sam and his wife were able to accommodate us and over the course of 2 months we completed our dream back yard. We are so happy to have found and supported this family business. We planted trees, bushes, did a paver path and pad and extended our concrete patio. We finished it off with turf and gravel along the trees. Everyone that worked was very kind and professional. Sam oversaw the entire process and checked in at each step. Once again the timeline was on our time and they were truly understanding of that and very responsive. We look forward to working with them on future projects and for all our landscaping needs. read more

We've used Aispuros a few times. Each time, they do a great job! This time they pruned and fertilized our huge citrus trees. We had several dead plants that they removed and made the areas look great! They came out ahead of time to give a quote (@the scheduled time) and arrived a few days later to do the job (@the scheduled time). I would highly recommend Sam and his team! read more

Hands down, the lowest quote I received. Needed a quote on getting my neighbor's tree pruned back, as it was dropping leaves everywhere in my back yard and pool. They came out at the time promised, and quoted the job within a minute. Had to get my estimated date pushed back, because their team was still working on a job, but when Sam and crew showed up, it was quick and clean. Very happy with the results :) If you need landscaping services, I highly recommend Aispuros! read more

I'd give so many more stars if I could! Our landlord decided at the last minute that we needed to trim a palm tree and fix some stray grass before we moved out... with four days' notice!! I called around, Aispuros was the only one who answered the phone. They came out the next day for an estimate and said they could do the work within the next few days before we moved. They came out the next morning!! I'm so impressed with the service, the way they crammed me in, the way things looked, the friendly service, and the price was reasonable. Thank you so much!! read more

Aispuros came out today and did such a great job removing a bush, and a palm tree that didn't make it through the hot summer. I'm so impressed with their Customer service, quick response to my message, and pricing. I've used them a few times, and it's always been an excellent experience. Sam responded very quickly though Yelp. He gave me a quote of $100 based on the photo and answers from the questionnaire I sent. We scheduled an appointment for January 31st with a rough estimate on the time, possibly before noon. The morning of the appointment at 7am I got a text message from Joanna letting me know when they were on their way. They got to my house at 2pm and they were done in less than 20 minutes. I would highly suggest Aispuros if you need any yard maintenance. Very quick response time and efficiency. They also take Zelle which is really convenient. read more

Aispuros Landscaping was great! I reached out through Yelp and they responded within an hour even though it was a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule time to get a quote from them for the following Monday. The process was quick and easy! We scheduled the work and the team delivered. Our yard looks great and the prices were competitive. We worked with Joanna on the pricing and scheduling and she was great. We will be using them moving forward when our yard needs a little sprucing up! read more

A little trouble with scheduling but once they were here they took down my big leaning tree in only an hour. Did a really great job though a bit worrisome they didn't wear gloves or eye protection while using the chain saw on the tree. Glad to have the tree gone before monsoon season. Thanks again but please be more careful of your safety on your next tree job. read more

Someone was quick to respond to my request, and someone came out to measure for my landscaping needs. However, that was the last I heard from anyone. Ghosted. I believe their skills are probably limited to mowing and raking. My project was a little more in depth. Rather than admit that it's outside of their skill level, they just ghost me. We had Aispuro take care of our property for a while. If you're looking for landscapers who do a better than average job taking care of your property, Aispuros is all that. But if it's important also they show up on the day they say and that they communicate their schedule then Aispuros might not be a good fit. If they could resolve their scheduling and communication issues, I would hire them back even at their higher prices. I believe for the prices I was paying beyond what other landscapers charged, their administrative customer service should match the quality of their landscaping service. read more

Aispuros Landscapers are the best. Great customer service, quality, & great prices. They are very knowledgeable about plants that thrive in AZ & know what plants to avoid. They completely renovated my backyard. My backyard is gorgeous now. I have grass, & garden, & beautiful plants surrounding my pool. They reinstalled & revamped my sprinkler system. Whenever I had issues or needed advice afterwards they quickly resolved it & never left me hanging. They even made multiple home visits to fix any issues. They're awesome, you won't be let down. read more

After sending a "request quote" to Aispuros through Yelp, Sam responded and was at my home the next morning. I had 4 trees needing to be trimmed and Sam was one of three estimates that day. He was very professional and was very clear on his vision for each tree. A very good listener as well. While the other companies were going to use my bulk pickup to keep their price down, Sam beat them all and that was with hauling away the debris himself. He scheduled the work right away, just 3 days later. The day of the appt not only were they on time but to my surprise, he didn't just send a team out and you never see Sam again. He comes with his team and does the climbing himself. So you know that what was discussed on the day of the estimate is exactly what is going to be done. I would use him again and again. read more

I was torn on exactly how to rate this company on a single grading scale. Overall, I'd say 3/5. 5/5 on the quality of the finished product so far. The yard turned out very well, and overall we are happy with it. 2/5 on their ability to keep to the schedule they told us. The turf was supposed to be done on a Friday, and it wasn't even close. So then they said their guys would be here on Saturday. That Saturday, nobody had shown up by 3pm, and then we were told that they weren't coming until Monday, but that it would be finished then. Long story short, the turf wasn't done until Wednesday. Their workers quite literally moved our patio furniture around and sat on the chairs for hours at a time playing on their phones. And then had the audacity to just leave the furniture without even putting the table and chairs back. I get it. It's Phoenix. But if you give us a schedule, we expect that schedule to be met. Especially when we see the workers sitting out back doing nothing, and they didn't get here until late in the day. We shouldn't have to cancel plans and reschedule our own things because they can't keep up with theirs. 3/5 customer service. We were told they would come back the following Sunday with the receipt for the final payment we gave them. They never showed up, and didn't bother letting us know they weren't bringing it. They also left bags of trash on the side of the house. This was a $20,000+ project for our backyard. Turf, gravel, pavers to extend the patio area, and planting bushes along the border. When I texted them to ask about the receipt for our tax records, all we got first was an email with the amounts. Not an actual receipt, and no response to the text messages. While they were always nice to talk to, their overall customer service was severely lacking. For over $20,000, I don't expect to find garbage bags on the side of the house, having to consistently ask for an actual receipt, and constant delays. Yes, the work turned out nice. There's no complaints there. But with all of the other aggravations, I would go some place else in the future. I understand that they have other customers, but we shouldn't have to pay the price for them taking on more work than they are able to handle. Not sure where the issue is in their business line, but it needs work in that regard. read more

Aispuros Landscape - Landscaping Near Me

Set up 2 appointments to review property and landscaping needs. No call, no email, no show to both. Not worth a 3rd disappointment.

My experience with Joanna was not good! She wasted a lot of my time just because of lack of communication. Not returning messages and not taking the time to keep me posted when she was running VERY LATE, which is just a lack of common courtesy and kindness. When she did finally get here for a bid, she started out very defensive. When she finally de-stressed, I explained that I had one more bid to get and then I would let her know either way [common courtesy shown to her]. I did so, but I had to follow up a 2nd time, asking her to call me to set up a time to get started, but NO PHONE CALL. I guess her company doesn't need the business. Hope the owner agrees with her. I just can't believe people anymore! But, better I know up front what she is all about. read more

I just purchased home in AZ and did not know how to take care of cactus or bushes native to AZ. I found it difficult to find someone to do the basic yard work I needed ...calling upwards to 10 companies (many that had bad reviews due to using crews where work was sloppy) --that is until I stumbled onto Aispuros Landscape on Yelp. He had great reviews and decided to call. Sam answered and said he was in area and could stop over within 30 min!!. I talked to him about the yard and status of bushes that needed trimming. He said he could come the next day to do my yard! He called just before he came and pruned all my bushes(front/back), climbed palm tree to trim it as well all in 2 1/2 hrs. I am very pleased with he and his wife's work. They are prompt, efficient and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend using Aispuros Landscape. read more
